Bandai Namco has revealed that Tekken 8 will be receiving another Closed Beta Test next month, enabling you to try out the game's online head-to-head competition with cross-platform matchmaking.

The Tekken 8 Closed Beta Test follows July's Closed Network Test, adding the Tekken Fight Lounge social space, in which players can interact one another, create custom Avatars, set up battles, and delve into various customisable game modes.

As well as Jin, Kazuya, Jun, Paul, Law, King, Lars, Jack-8, Xiaoyu, Nina, Leroy, Lili, Asuka, Hwoarang, Bryan, and Claudio from the Closed Network Test, the upcoming Beta will also include new Peruvian fighter Azucena, alongside Raven and Feng, the latter of which has been confirmed for the roster today in the trailer below.

Additionally, the upcoming beta will add the Battle Area, Customisation Shop, Dojo, and Beach Area, while in the Tekken Fight Lounge you'll also be able to play the returning Tekken Ball volleyball mini-game. Ortiz Farm will also be included as a new stage, and existing beta participants will be able to use the same client to play the new beta following an update.

Registrations for the Tekken 8 Closed Beta Test are open now until 11th October at 8am BST, before it all kicks off on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC on 20th October at 9am BST and ends on 23rd October.

Tekken 8 is set to launch on 26th January 2024 with a roster of 32 characters.
