Conspicuously absent from the Resident Evil 4 remake, the Separate Ways episode was previously available as an unlockable bonus in the original version of Capcom's survival horror. Now, as per a dataminer, the Separate Ways chapter, featuring Ada Wong, could also be coming to the RE4 remake as DLC.
Said datamine comes from Gosetsu, shared on Twitter by Resident Evil Central. The dataminer managed to unearth a file titled ‘The Another Order’, which was the Japanese name for what was dubbed Separate Ways in the west. This suggests that the Ada epilogue could be coming shortly after the addition of The Mercenaries on 7th April.
While The Mercenaries will be added to Resident Evil 4 as free DLC, we're unsure whether the same will be true of Separate Ways (which fills in the gaps as to the whereabouts of Ada during Leon's journey through the main storyline), should it eventually come to the game, as the datamine suggests.
Thanks to Gosetsu from the RE Wiki Discord, they managed to datamine Resident Evil 4 Remake and find evidence that "The Another Order", otherwise known as "Separate Ways" exists in the files.
I would very much hope it is free DLC, considering it was already included in all previous versions of the game except Gamecube. Charging for it again on top of the game would be...well, not unexpected, but it'd suck real bad.
@Unger it was roughly 3 hours long ish. Without speed running it anyways.
@TNDS oh yes that would be lovely rather having it on DS only :( (If you didn't already know that it exists on the DS)
OT:
If only all this and mercenaries came out with the game had 10 days work booked off to hammer the game entirely :( oh well glad to know it's not too far away though! :D Then come end of April MH:Sb :D
