House Flipper, the game in which you renovate houses to sell them on, is due to receive a new Luxury Flipper DLC today, adding hundreds of new items, twelve “luxurious” houses to flip, a new environment, twelve new jobs with accompanying cutscenes, an interactive map of the Moonrise Bay region, and more.
As part of the Luxury DLC, the new large and luxurious houses will feature glass roofs, plate glass windows for walls, high ceilings, and other high-end fixtures, while you can take dilapidated tenement houses and old industrial buildings, turning them into luxury apartments.
New antique and modern furniture types, smart devices for controlling the lights and doors in your swanky house, vintage furniture renovation, indoor swimming pools, door and window repositioning, new items in the shop, and more are also included in the Luxury Flipper expansion.
House Flipper is available for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC, while the new Luxury DLC goes live later today, and will cost $19.99/€19.99. Check it out in the trailer below.
