Publisher Deck13 Spotlight has announced that Chained Echoes, the SNES-style pixel art JRPG announced earlier this year, will be launching this December, and there's a new release date trailer to prove it.
The game feature mechs and airships as part of its epic story, and arrives after seven years of development by solo creator Matthias Linda. Set upon the continent of Valandis, which has finally found peace after centuries of war, you'll seek to avoid another looming conflict amid rumours of weapons of mass destruction being proliferated.
Assembling a party of strangers to help preserve peace and destroy the weapon, you'll wield magic, swords and more in turn-based combat with plenty of tactical depth. Chained Echoes will be heading to PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch and PC on 8th December.
