Rocking up a little late, the latest UK retail charts are here, and this week's highest new entry is Digimon Survive, making its debut in the PlayStation 4 top 20 at number one, pushing F1 22 down into fourth place.

Gran Turismo 7 buoys up into second in the PS5 charts, as Horizon Forbidden West stays put at the top, and Battlefield 2042 makes a chart comeback in seventh, presumably thanks to numerous patches and a welcome price cut.

Far Cry 6 is also back in the PS5 top ten this week, as the physical version of the excellent Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shredder's Revenge launches into fifth place in the PS4 rankings, and Farming Simulator 22 returns. Take a look below.

  • As much as I love Digimon, I did not expect to see a strategy RPG/Visual novel at number 1.

    Awesome.
  • The situation regarding Digimon Survive is really weird, there is like one review from a critic on Metacritic, complete media silence from big websites, people review bombing it because it is a Visual Novel despite it being super clear from all the information out there, the game was impossible to find on the digital stores (PS store and E-shop) prior to release and physical releases are "order only" in most stores in Scandinavia at least.

Fascinating that it still somehow manages to reach the number 1 spot in UK.
