Interplay Entertainment has announced that Baldur's Gate: Dark Alliance II is getting remastered more modern consoles.

The fan-favourite action-RPG is making a return later this month, eighteen years on from its original release on the PlayStation 2 and Xbox. Interplay previously re-released the first Baldur's Gate: Dark Alliance game on PS4 last year, and the Dark Alliance name was revived just a month later for a new Dungeons & Dragons game.

This new version of Baldur's Gate: Dark Alliance II won't change much from the original release, but will include the game's local co-op multiplayer, as you guide five unique heroes through over eighty levels. You can see the game in action in the trailer down below.

Baldur's Gate: Dark Alliance II is coming to PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch, and PC on 20th July 2022.
