Call of Duty Season Four ‘Mercenaries of Fortune’ is coming to Call of Duty: Warzone and Call of Duty: Vanguard next week, and we've now got a roadmap showing what to expect from the new season.
Call of Duty: Warzone is getting the biggest addition in the form of the new Fortune's Keep map, developed by High Moon Studios. This new Warzone map will co-exist alongside Rebirth Island, and features a mercenary hideout built atop a peaceful town on a Mediterranean island. Caldera is also getting updated with several POI changes, Armoured SUVs, ATMs, and a new Golden Plunder limited time mode, which sees the player count increased to 120, with players dropping more cash on death. The first player to hit $5,000,000 wins.
Meanwhile, in Vanguard, classic round-based Zombies is making a return in the Shi No Numa map, while the USS Texas 1945 multiplayer map from Call of Duty: WWII is being reimagined for Vanguard and launching at the beginning of the season. Later on in the season, a new map called Desolation will also be arriving.
Additionally, fan-favourite mode Blueprint Gun Game is making its return in Vanguard multiplayer, while new ranked seasons and rewards launch. There's also plenty of new weapons, operators, and more coming to both games - you can find out more on the Call of Duty Blog here, or in the roadmap graphic down below.
