With New Game+ now available for Dying Light 2 Stay Human, as part of the new 1.3.0 update, developer Techland is planning more content for its first-person zombie-slaying parkour 'em up, starting with a Double XP weekend from today.
A total of four “special booster events” are lined up for May, helping you to gather even more materials, XP, and ultimately, survive the harsh nights in The City. Week 1 starts today and runs until 2nd May, with Double XP on offer. Week 2 will commence on 5th May, with the ‘Trove of Crystals’ event activating “better crystal cores” in Dark Hollows.
Trove of Crystals runs until 9th May, making way for the ‘Blue Moon’ weekend from 12th to 16th May, with enhanced night infection immunity and chemical resistance, so you can run wild through The City's most dangerous areas. ‘Hypermode’ weekend will arrive for Week 4 from 19th to 23rd May, with enemies catapulting into the air on impact.
