Absolver developer Sloclap has released a new trailer for Sifu, its upcoming kung fu fighting game, in which you play as a martial arts master on a mission to exact vengeance upon a gang of assassins. Starting at age 20, each time you're beaten in a fight, you'll return older, but wiser.

This latest Sifu trailer focuses upon the game's soundtrack, with Beijing-based electronic music composer Howie Lee on board for the score, in his very first video game collaboration. Taking traditional Chinese music as inspiration, fused with more contemporary electronic elements, Lee's soundtracks aims to fit Sifu's action perfectly.

You learn more about the sound and music in Sifu in the new behind the scenes trailer below. Sifu launches for PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4 on 8th February, and you can find out more about the game's ageing and death mechanics here, as well as how you it's possible to beat the game in one run without ageing once.
