Atlus has announced that Persona 4 Arena Ultimax, the much-loved fighting game released in the west in 2014, will be coming to PlayStation 4 in March 2022, arriving as part of the series' 25th anniversary celebrations.

Bringing back ‘the Midnight Channel’ for more face-punching brutality, Persona 4 Arena Ultimax will offer another chance to pummel old friends and foes in the ‘P-1 Climax’, in a continuation of the story from Persona 4 Golden.

Persona 4 Arena Ultimax will be heading to PlayStation 4 on 17th March 2022, alongside versions for Nintendo Switch and PC. You'll also be able to order a digital edition with a range of bonus, as shown in the image below.

  • It's coming to PS5 as well.
  • Nice
  • Now we just need a Persona 3 remake that combines the content of FES with the additions and QoL of Portable.

I'd also settle for a collection of 1 and both halves of 2 on console/steam
  • Glad it's also coming with P4A story mode, since Persona 4 Arena Ultimax is actually a sequel to Persona 4 Arena. I played P4AU before P4A and Persona 3 and was rather confused by the new characters and much of the dialogue.
