Marvel's Avengers Content Roadmap Dates Spider-Man, Klaw Raid, Cosmetics, and System Reworks for 30th November

First revealed back in September, the fall/winter part of the latest Marvel's Avengers content roadmap has been given a release date, with patch 2.2 set to deliver a selection of new stuff, including the long-awaited addition of Spider-Man, new Klaw Raid, a new enemy type known as ‘Echoes’, new cosmetics, and a selection of reworked systems, by the end of this month.

Spider-Man will be arriving as part of the latest update coming on 30th November, exclusively for players on PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5. The webslinger will have his own ‘With Great Power’ Hero Event, telling Spidey's story via unlockable challenges that will see him partnering with the Avengers to foil AIM's plan to use tech that could render its Synthoid army unstoppable.

As for the ‘Discordant Sound Raid’, this will see the return of Klaw in a boss battle at the Vibranium Mound, and destroying him for good will earn the “highest-end gear”. An increase to the maximum Power Level from 150 to 175 will also be implemented, while gear of a higher power level can be recycled and used to upgrade your current gear to match the higher power level of the consumed item.

Meanwhile, ‘Shipments’ will offer a new way to earn Cosmetic items in-game, with each Shipment available for 500 Units (earned in-game) a pop. You can see what's in the current Shipment before purchasing it, with a small chance of acquiring a premium Outfit, which can also be automatically unlocked after claiming 100 Shipments.

Weekly Hero Objectives available with the Seeking the Super Adaptoid Mission Chain and the Klaw Raid: Discordant Sound will also enable you to farm weekly rewards once per week for each Hero, rather than for only one Hero per week. And, the Tachyon Anomaly Event is set to make a comeback from 14th - 18th November.

The Klaw Raid, reworked systems, per-hero weekly objectives, new cosmetics, and more will all be heading to Marvel's Avengers on 30th November.

  • Too late, the world moved on
  • Most people have probably already finished with it, bit late doing it now
  • This is all too little, too late and should have been in the game from the beginning, not added over a year later when the playerbase has collapsed and no-one cares about it.
