Beekeeping and greenhouses are returning in Farming Simulator 22, offering new ways to improve your farm.
Keeping bees on your farm will produce delicious honey, which can either be sold directly, or delivered to the cereal factory to create a “crunchy breakfast product”. Additionally, placing beehives near to canola, potatoes, and sunflowers, will see crop yields rise thanks to the stripy pollinators. However, while they're useful during the summer, they are far less active in the colder seasons.
To secure income during winter, you'll also be able to build greenhouses in various sizes. These glass building will allow players to grow stuff like strawberries, lettuce, and tomatoes even when its cold, to keep things ticking over until the warmer weather returns.
Developer GIANTS Software has also dropped a new trailer, introducing the many different animals and wildlife you'll encounter in the new game. You can check it out below. Farming Simulator 22 launches on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and PC on 22nd November 2021.
