Hot Wheels Unleashed is getting a plethora of DC content over the next few months, with a DC Super-Villains season kicking off in November, and a Batman Expansion coming in December.

The Batman Expansion DLC is adding a load of content to the game, including a new Career Map inspired by Gotham City, and a new Batcave environment to race through, with new tracks and items. Of course, there will also be new vehicles, based on Batman, Robin, The Joker, and Penguin, and a new Joker Funhouse module for the game's Builder mode. This DLC launches on 2nd December, and is available in the season pass or purchased separately.

Meanwhile, 11th November sees the start of the DC Super-Villains Racing Season, with six vehicles themed after some classic villains - Bane, The Cheetah, Poison Ivy, Black Manta, Deathstroke, and Harley Quinn. The season will also add customisation items for the Basement and player profile, as well as gears and coins. The season ends on 18th January 2022.

You can check out trailer for both the DLC and new season down below. Hot Wheels Unleashed is available now for PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC. You can check out our review of the game here.

  • Another game getting stupid seasonal shit, this is beyond a joke
  • 'Of course, there will also be new vehicles, based on Batman, Rob, The Joker, and Penguin'

Had to read this several times before I realized you meant Robin. Typo? Don't think he's ever been called Rob
