Farming Simulator 22 will introduce new ground working gameplay and features, developer Giants Software has announced. That means, you'll be able to perform a spot of mulching, stone picking, and soil rolling, enabling you to improve the quality of your soil, before you plant all them crops and that.
Mulching will extend to the narrow spaces of new grapevines and olive groves, using fresh cut grass to bolster soul quality, while making your plot look lovely and clean. Stone picking involves digging up or cultivating stones, negating the risk of damaging machinery by using a tool attached to a tractor, or you can roll over stones with new rollers to sweep then below the topsoil. That's the soil rolling bit.
Rolling your soil will result in better yield bonuses, while grassland farmers can gain a fertilisation stage by rolling over their meadows. On top of all that, ground textures have been entirely revised for Farming Simulator 22, so your soil - available in a variety of states - will look well nice.
Farming Simulator 22 is coming to PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, Stadia, and PC on 22nd November. You can take a look at some gameplay from a short while back, below.
