Dying Light 2: Stay Human has been delayed, and will now be releasing in February next year.
The zombie parkour sequel has been in development for a while now, first announced back in 2018, and was due to launch later this year in December. However, while the game is currently complete, according to developer Techland, it still needs more time in the oven for polish and optimisation.
“We are sorry to keep you all waiting a little longer, but we want the game to meet your highest expectations on release, and we don't want to compromise on this,” said Techland CEO Pawel Marchewka.
Techland has promised that there will be exciting news coming for Dying Light 2 at the end of the month, and that press will be going hands on with a preview of the game next month.
Dying Light 2: Stay Human will now be launching on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and PC on 4th February 2022.
