2K Games and developer Visual Concepts have revealed WWE 2K22 gameplay alongside a March 2022 release window. The first full-fat WWE game since WWE 2K20 and the first WWE game overall since last year's WWE 2K Battlegrounds, WWE 2K22 will no doubt be hoping to get the series back on track, following the bug-riddled launch of WWE 2K20.

Unveiled during tonight's WWE SummerSlam 2021 broadcast, the first video for the WWE 2K22 showcases entrances, moves, and celebrations featuring Superstars like The Miz, Drew McIntyre, Sheamus, Roman Reigns, Bobby Lashley, Shinsuke Nakamura, Finn Bálor, Rey Mysterio, Bayley, Ricochet, and Rhea Ripley, and legends like Goldberg and Kane.

WWE 2K22 will be Visual Concepts' second crack at developing a new entry in 2K's wrestling series without Yuke's, and will be undergoing a complete overhaul. You can take a first look at WWE 2K22 in the new SummerSlam 2021 trailer below, with the game due to hit PlayStation, Xbox, and PC in March 2022.

  • Wonder if they can make it worse than the last one lol
  • I wonder how outdated the roster will be? LOL
  • Will this have Cristiano Ronald? Cause the last one didn't
  • I've heard that things between WWE and 2K at the moment are not going so well, plus it seems that the roster's game is going to be the most unupdated than ever because of all the recent released talents.
