Agreed. This DLC is just boring fluff that adds nothing of value to the game and just makes it even grindier and more boring.

Gearbox has announced that Vault Card 2: Welcome to Pandora is available for Borderlands 3 now, offering powerful new Legendary loot and cosmetic items for anyone in possession of the Director's Cut DLC.
The second of three Vault Cards, Welcome to Pandora offers a bunch of new content, much like Vault Card 1: Fallen Heroes. New daily and weekly challenges present ways to unlock rewards even faster, although you can also earn new Vault Card 2 items simply through gameplay. You can check out the rewards in the image below.
Vault Card 2 is available for all owners of the Borderlands 3 Director's Cut DLC, with 28 new rewards to earn, including stuff inspired by Telltale's Tales From the Borderlands, like the Gortys skin for your ECHO Device and four themed Vault Hunter Heads. The Borderlands 3 Director's Cut can be purchased standalone, as part of Season Pass 2, or with the Ultimate Edition of the game.
