Indie developer Mike Bithell has revealed that The Solitaire Conspiracy, the latest in a series of Bithell Short games, will arrive on next-gen consoles later this year.

First released for PC in 2020, The Solitaire Conspiracy takes the classic card game of Solitaire, and turns it into a gripping spy thriller, full of twists and turns. After Protego, the world's leading spy agency, is destroyed, you have to take control of C.A.R.D.S in order to bring together Protego's scattered spy network and save the world.

You'll be guided by Protego's one remaining analyst, played by Kinda Funny's Greg Miller, and you'll have to master the unique powers of each spy crew in a tactical game of Solitaire, in a world of AI spies and cyber-enhanced operators. Once the campaign mode is finished, you can dive into Skirmish, Countdown, or Campaign Plus mode, or take part in daily challenges.

The Solitaire Conspiracy is out now on PC, and arrives on Nintendo Switch next week, before coming to PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S in Autumn 2021.
