Square Enix has released a new trailer for Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade today, the upcoming expanded and enhanced version of the game heading to PS5 in June. Billed as ‘the final trailer’, the new footage offers a look at the upgraded PlayStation 5 visuals, as well as new content from the FF7R Episode INTERmission, featuring Yuffie Kisaragi.

Yuffie and partner Sonon Kusakabe will find themselves on a dangerous mission to infiltrate Midgar in INTERmission, seeking to pilfer a powerful materia from the Shinra Electric Power Company. Playing as Yuffie, you'll be able to unleash devastating ninjitsu combos, teaming up with Sonon in battles against Scarlet, Shinra's Director of Advanced Weaponry.

Joining Scarlet will be Nero, a member of the Tsviets, an elite Deepground unit. You'll also have access to Lord of Levin, Ramuh, a new Summon Materia that you can use to aid you in battle, so that's nice. In the trailer, you can even get a first glimpse of ‘Fort Condor’ - a new tactical mini-game playable in FF7R Episode INTERmission.

Check out the latest Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade gameplay below, then look out for the launch of the upgraded, expanded version of the game for PlayStation 5 on 10th June. Intergrade will also be available as a free upgrade for existing owners of the PS4 version of Final Fantasy VII Remake (though not if you claimed it via PS Plus).
