In a strange twist of fate, Observer: System Redux - the next-gen enhanced version of Observer - is making its way back to the last generation of consoles on PS4 and Xbox One.
While the PlayStation 4 version won't feature the impressive ray-tracing and next-gen visuals that we saw on PlayStation 5, it will take advantage of many of the improvements made to the original game as part of System Redux. These include some graphical boosts, such as upgraded textures, better character models and new animations. There's also plenty of gameplay improvements, with new mechanics, new secrets, added neural interrogations and entirely redesigned stealth.
Players on PS4 will also be able to play the three new missions added in Observer: System Redux, which add more depth to the game's story and themes.
Observer: System Redux makes its way to PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on 16th July 2021.
