Original Story

SEGA has released the English subtitled version of the announcement trailer for the upcoming Yakuza: Like A Dragon (AKA Yakuza 7) and confirmed the game will be seeing a 2020 release date on Western shores following the game's 16th January 2020 release in Japan.

The trailer, which we've embedded below, also adds a few extra scenes of context for us, and formally shows off the English-language logo for the first time. In case you've not been keeping up so far - the game will follow new protagonist Ichiban Kasuga as his adventures take him through the three-times-larger district of Yokohama. It'll have a new turn-based battle system, and even feature Dragon Kart racing.

Yakuza: Like a Dragon (or Ryu Ga Gotoku 7: Hikari to Yami no Yukue) will be a PlayStation 4 exclusive. Check out the trailer below.
