I played both modes. To me, it almost seemed like different games. I preferred the Classic mode mostly because it "felt" more Darksider-y (??) to me. Purely subjective, I know. I won't say I disliked Original mode because it was still fun to me.Friday, May 31, 2019 @ 03:00 PM
@4 you realize that no one believes you right? Or cares And more importantly he is right. It was unplayable if you had hdr. It was so bright it was literally unplayable. @5 I haven’t finished it yet but I did give it a whirl after classic mode was released and I agree. @6 I don't like how he sounds like bragging either but what was so hard to believe that he can beat Apocalyptic? Twice in the first week kinda seem a little hard to believe but if he just sitting at home all week playing just that then it is absolutely believable. The same thing happens with Sekiro, i beat Madam Butterfly and the dude with bow on my first time while everyone else failing dozens of time and that automatically make me a liar. I actually liked the 3rd one. Didnt change the controls or anything. I enjoyed all darksiders games. I cant wait for the 4th one and hopefully 5th to bring the entire story to conclusionSaturday, June 01, 2019 @ 12:52 PM
@4 no need to believe me psn is freezin7 go to psnprofiles.com and look for yourself and he said nothing about it being unplayable in hdr he just said the game was unplayable.@6 not bragging just sick of people saying games are "unplayable" because they arent easy. And just checked got first trophy 11/27/118 at 11:34am and got the platinum on 12/5/18 and beat It twice on apocalyptic soooo not the week, first 8 days, my bad

A "brand new" Darksiders game has been outed on the official E3 Coliseum website, with a talk scheduled for Thursday 13th June at 10:30am local time titled 'Darksiders: Action Adventure Evolved'.
During said talk, developer Gunfire Games will apparently be hosting a panel that will offer insight into the inception of the Darksiders universe and "where it's headed next". And where it's going next is to a fourth chapter, presumably featuring final Horseman of the Apocalypse, Strife.
"This panel will coincide with the E3 2019 unveil of a brand new Darksiders game that takes the franchise in a fresh direction," the E3 Coliseum listing (via WCCFTech) states. "This is a panel discussion about the art and business of creating and maintaining an action adventure franchise rich in-game and corporate lore."
Darksiders III launched for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC back in November 2018, so we can likely expect the next entry in the series sometime in 2020. You can read our Darksiders III review here.
