Capcom has revealed that it has had another successful year of record-high profits thanks to the success of Devil May Cry 5, Resident Evil 2, and Monster Hunter.

The gaming giant has shared its Q4 2019 results showcasing that Capcom's net sales are up by 5.8% and its operating income is up by 13.1%. A lot of its success is due to Monster Hunter: World hitting 12 million sales just a few months back along with Devil May Cry 5 and Resident Evil 2 performing well around the world.

Capcom is expecting to see net sales of 85,000 million yen by the end of the next fiscal year along with an operating income of 20,000 yen. On top of that, Capcom will also be strengthening its digital download and catalogue sales in the future and aims to double down on its commitment to eSports.

Devil May Cry 5, Resident Evil 2 and Monster Hunter: World are all available now on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.

  • Q4 2019,?
  • Great to see Capcom have turned things around and with the quality of the last few games, it is very much deserved. Hopefully they will return to some other older games like the onimusha series, Dino Crisis and for me personally Strider and bionic Commando! That would be brilliant!
  • Congratulations and keep 'em coming.
  • BoF pretty please? :)
  • Capcom has made a major comeback
  • All they need now is to make a good fighting game again because boy howdy they've kept quite on the StreetFighter season 4 content since Kage at Christmas.
  • Why cant konami get a CEO that will do the same My childhood was , capcom , konami , Nintendo, sega
  • Can we spend some of those success $ on a Dino Crisis remake?
