@2: The fact they're a pre-order bonus, makes them a monetized item because you have to fork out for the over-priced collector's editions to get them.

Bethesda has revealed that fans who pre-order Rage 2 will be able to add the popular NBA Jam Announcer Tim Kitzrow to their game to narrate everything.
Considering this news came out on 1st April, you'd think that it's some kind of April Fools prank, but shockingly this is a legit thing. The NBA Jam Announcer pre-order bonus will let players have their game narrated to them by Kitzrow and will feature him saying all kinds of iconic phrases, which go nicely with some of the insanity that happens in Rage 2.
You can check out the new trailer below, which features Tim Kitzrow narrating all kinds of bloody action in the game. Rage 2 will be heading to PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC on 14th May.
