Eidos Montreal has revealed in a recent blog post that players will have the option to tweak the difficulty of puzzles, combat and traversal in Shadow of the Tomb Raider.
Within the options menu, players will be able to change the difficulty to either Easy, Normal, or Hard when playing through Shadow of the Tomb Raider. There is even a fourth option dubbed 'Deadly Obsession' for those of you feeling like an absolute mad bastard, ramping up the difficulty of all three categories.
Setting Combat to easy will make it simpler for players to get ammo and fight enemies whereas Traversal on easy will light up camps highlighting to the player where they need to head. You can just set Puzzles to hard if you like, and have Traversal on easy. It's completely up to how you want to play the game.
