Naruto to Boruto: Shinobi Striker Open Beta Coming This Weekend

Bandai Namco has announced that the Naruto to Boruto: Shinobi Striker open beta will be coming this weekend, giving you the chance to sample as much fast-paced fireball chucking madness as you can handle, ahead of the game's full launch at the end of August.

The Naruto to Boruto: Shinobi Striker open beta will include four maps, 25 different kinds of ninjutsu, new customisation options for the game's roster of characters, which for the beta includes new playable fighter Yamato. You'll be able to create your own custom ninja or play as Naruto, Sasuke, or Sakura.

Single-player and 8v8 PvP modes will be available play, including 'Destruction Battle' and 'Base Battle' during specific sessions starting from Thursday 19th July (11pm PDT) to Friday 20th July (2am PDT). The open beta will then continue on 20th July at 1pm - 4pm PDT, Saturday 21st July at 2am - 5am PDT, 10am - 1pm PDT, 6pm - 9pm PDT, and 11pm - 2am PDT on 22nd July.

Another beta session will then be running on 26th July at 11pm PDT to 28th July 11pm PDT on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, before Naruto to Boruto: Shinobi Striker launches on 31st August. The beta client is available to download via the PlayStation Store now. Check out a new trailer below.
