These days, most games launch with 4K enhancements for PS4 Pro, but not all of them include an optional Performance Mode too. It turns out that Warhammer 40,000: Inquisitor - Martyr will have both, according to developer Neocore Games.

"That’s the aim, that’s definitely the aim," said PR & Marketing Manager David Martha. "Usually what we do is that we give players the freedom to choose either if they want higher frame rate or higher resolution or they want a more balanced experience."

Ultimately, Neocore is planning to have its Warhammer 40K action RPG running with 1080p resolution at 60 frames per second in the game's Performance Mode and at 4K resolution at 30 frames per second in Resolution Mode, as is usually the case. "That’s what we are aiming for but we’re doing our best to aim as high as possible," Martha added.

Warhammer 40,000: Inquisitor - Martyr will be heading to PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC on 5th June 2018. Give our our lovely gameplay video a watch below.
