They are really dredging the bottom of the barrel this time as none of those are must plays and are mediocre at best.Wednesday, March 29, 2017 @ 04:33 PM
On a positive side, next month will have much better games by default. I doubt they'll be able to find a larger pile of crap than this.Wednesday, March 29, 2017 @ 04:39 PM
I would have thought with them celebrating a decade of the ps store they would have given something decent away, especially as Xbox have Ryse going free. Was the perfect opportunity to do something special for the fansWednesday, March 29, 2017 @ 04:44 PM
The only one I'll look forward to playing is Invizimals: the Lost Kingdom as I've played the demo and it was a decent enough game, all the others I either haven't heard off or are crapWednesday, March 29, 2017 @ 05:02 PM
@4 i have platinumed this game its a blunt game full of bugs and glitches good luck. usualy im 1 of the few that welcomes any game that they give with ps plus but not this time. exept maybe for Curses ‘n Chaos all the others are not worth even spending the time to download.Wednesday, March 29, 2017 @ 05:04 PM
PlayStation has a long way to go to even get close to GWG. Not only are the 'free' games poor, they aren't free either, they're rentals. I guess Sony feel they have such a lead they don't need to worry about keeping paid subscribers happy. Have a feeling it might bite them in the arse by the end of the year.Wednesday, March 29, 2017 @ 05:15 PM
it's bin ages since i actually played a plus title, about 5 months ago i got so tired of the indie titles. they've given us some easy plats for sure, but these games are so damn boring. still, ya gotta stick em on your download list just in case you get totally stuck and have nothing to play. which will never happen.Wednesday, March 29, 2017 @ 05:15 PM
Wow I usually don't complain with PS Plus games but this is just ridiculous. Go to Twitter guys and get the attention of @PlaystationUK @PlaystationEU @AskPlaystation @Playstation... let them know how disappointed you are...Wednesday, March 29, 2017 @ 05:18 PM
OR maybe it's an April Fools joke? LOLWednesday, March 29, 2017 @ 05:29 PM
#9 I was thinking the same thing.Wednesday, March 29, 2017 @ 05:42 PM
I'm usually labeled as a PS fan boy but nothing I will say can defend the crap being released in the past few months As if now that you more or less have to pay for PS Plus, no reason to even try to give us something goodWednesday, March 29, 2017 @ 05:50 PM
And xbox gets ryse this month. Sure it wasnt that well received but still a big AAA title. While playstation gives away a bunch of indie crap. Got the psplus last month because they had a deal where it only cost 1 pound but i will def not renew this time.Wednesday, March 29, 2017 @ 05:57 PM
Why do people keep bringing up xbox gets Ryse the game is 4 years old & costs under $10 at basically every storeWednesday, March 29, 2017 @ 06:10 PM
@13 Sony still has not give us Killzone or knack, order1886 Those game are old like ryse that why everyone is bringing it up. Hope there holding out for june like they do every year.Wednesday, March 29, 2017 @ 06:22 PM
@13 there are plenty of early PS4 titles that's could be offered, like Ryse for GWG. I have downloaded a lot of the ps plus games but imo the past 2 months haven't appealed to me at allWednesday, March 29, 2017 @ 06:29 PM
@14 and 15 why would you want older games that you can get cheap killzone knack and the order are cheap like $6 on amazon or gamestop you would prefer that over newly released gamesWednesday, March 29, 2017 @ 06:39 PM
I'm happy as i don't have any of the games so I'm happy. and unless you have played them you can't really say they suck. at 14 and 15 i know most of the older games so I don't want them to be free unless someone is going to give me back the money i paid for them at the time i pick them up. and as for xbox gold i own 3 of the 4 games so that's a wasteWednesday, March 29, 2017 @ 06:43 PM
We are being laughed at by Sony.Wednesday, March 29, 2017 @ 06:48 PM
@17 the reason you don't have any of those games if because they either have cobwebs on them or they completely suck (Especially Drawn to Death, which was a free to play title, when I was testing it, but now they want to charge for it. Don't waste your time.) Invizimals: the Lost Kingdom was a title given to all those in the additional settlement, if they selected the game, so it almost guaranteed that no one has actually bought the game in quite a while.Wednesday, March 29, 2017 @ 07:46 PM
@6 I'm pretty sure when the XB1 was released GWG changed(or at least for XB1 games themselves) so you could only play them as long as you were goldWednesday, March 29, 2017 @ 08:26 PM
The good thing about that is all the people who did not renew their PS+ subscription will be glad they didn't.Wednesday, March 29, 2017 @ 09:59 PM
As some said before me, althought I add every game to my library, I can't remember the lasto PS+ title I've played.Wednesday, March 29, 2017 @ 10:14 PM
Drawn to Death looked kinda interesting, something unique to play with friends but you guys are all saying it's awful so I'm not sure now. The rest of the games look like arse though I will say. Some with really bad reviews, 2D platformers for the 527th month in a row and stuff not worth paying for. At this point I'm more than happy to sacrifice either the PS3 or the Vita games every month just to get something better on PS4. Like mentioned before this is a PREMIUM service we're PAYING for, we are entitled to complain when we get a lackluster lineup.Wednesday, March 29, 2017 @ 10:39 PM
Does PlayStation even know the definition of Instant game collection?Wednesday, March 29, 2017 @ 11:20 PM
There's a lot of negativity regarding ps plus games every month. I really don't get that. We get the chance to play games we normally wouldn't try. And there are lots of gems between those games if you ask me. Drawn to Death is a David Jaffe game. That guy is a genius if you ask me. He made Twisted Metal and God of War. Great games. So I'm curious to see how this one turned out. Then we have two couch coop games; lovers in a dangerous space time and curses n chaos. The latter one can even be played coop on the PS TV (not enough love for that machine). Couch coop is great old school fun when you have friends over. 10 second ninja seems great too. Perfect game for the Vita it seems. And I love my Vita. Don't know about the two PS3 games, but they don't seem too bad. Okay maybe Alien rage does :) . Anyway, for me every month of PS Plus is like a bit like Christmas. Too bad it's impossible to play all those awesome games, because there's just too much content and too little time in life. Maybe I should give up sleeping, dump my girlfriend and quit my job.Wednesday, March 29, 2017 @ 11:28 PM
And to think it only costs about 4 euros a month! 4 euros!!!! If you drink two beers less every month, you've earned it back. How anyone can complain about this is beyond me. I'm getting a LOT more fun out of these games then I would get out of two beers that's for sure.Wednesday, March 29, 2017 @ 11:49 PM
@25: Because $ony raised the price of PS+ and it doesn't seem justified with games like these, month after month.Thursday, March 30, 2017 @ 12:06 AM
Jesus christ 0.16cents a day hobos. Smoke 1 less pack a cigarette a day you can afford 2 months of psplus.... Games are an experience plus gives you not the main thing. Sony should really advertise their service better though so people dont feel like they are entitled to amazing 60$ AAA games when they sadly pay fking pennies a day.Thursday, March 30, 2017 @ 12:14 AM
@Comment #2 by Hankoney This is not bottom of the barrel. This would be though. PS4: NBA 14 Live and Natural Doctrine PS3: Chaos Guns and Trash Panic PSV: Aabs Animals and My name is mayoThursday, March 30, 2017 @ 12:17 AM
I wish SONY would do a vote to play on all 3 platforms in one month and give us good games to choose from. Not saying this is a bad month but for myself there is only 1 game I want which does make paying for PS+ worth while and that game is Invizimals.Thursday, March 30, 2017 @ 12:19 AM
PS+ should be on two payment levels. 1- Those who want the games and online gaming access 2- Just online gaming access Half of the price would at least be fair because a large group of people wont even touch these games.Thursday, March 30, 2017 @ 12:19 AM
@27 I just don't see why these games are that bad in your eyes. I've been a gamer for almost 30 years now and I've played many, many games in that time span. From defender and pac man all the way to the games that are released today. Very few of those games were so bad that I wish I hadn't played them. There's something interesting in a lot of games, but yoy have to give them a chance first. Ps Plus makes this easier by giving a sample of different games for you to play for a small price. Besides that I'm loving the trend of indie games and the focus on playability before looks. To me gameplay is way more important than graphics. So lots of ps plus games are right up my alley because of this. But even if your critical of those kind of games and only like triple a, mainstream games, I think it wouldn't make you a worse gamer if you tried to open up to some of these games before writing them off as crappy.Thursday, March 30, 2017 @ 12:40 AM
@Comment #27 by twyz The reason why SONY raised the price was because security and running the PSN is getting more expensive.Thursday, March 30, 2017 @ 07:14 AM
@#33 That's the excuse they use. They have been running it for 10 years and it gets hacked literally every year.Thursday, March 30, 2017 @ 07:22 AM
@31 that is a great idea the only reason I have ps plus is to play online I don't think I've downloaded a ps plus game for a long time, just indies "although there are a few good indie games" and just very old rubbish. We really need a bit of a mix up with some decent games, Xbox are wiping the floor with Sony at the moment, gwg and bc.Thursday, March 30, 2017 @ 07:26 AM
And the download rate for this months offering will be 0% id rather contract polio than waste my time with this crapThursday, March 30, 2017 @ 07:55 AM
My PS+ runs out next month, don't think I'll be renewing until they get some half decent games.Thursday, March 30, 2017 @ 08:29 AM
I wanted to pick up Lovers at some point so I'm getting my money's worth. Alien Rage has some terrible reviews, but at least the trailer looks like something I'm interested in. A dumb Doom clone without an original idea, but I'll have a look anyway since it's free.Thursday, March 30, 2017 @ 08:49 AM
@Comment #34 by Westwoodo When you get over 3,000 hack attempts a day that is over 1 million attempts in a year and SONY hasn't been hacked 10 times. I'm not talking about peoples accounts getting hacked either because that is their fault for not paying for trend micro online security and visiting porn sites and other shady sites on their PS3/PS4 web browsers.Thursday, March 30, 2017 @ 11:14 AM
basically guys here is the issue.. Sony's nuts have gotten SOO big, and they are SOO bold that they can do this, just to piss everyone off and hey lets be honest with all of the exclusives, us little peons are not going to do a f@@&*ng thing about it!!. and yes we probably wont, you know they hear us complaining but they own the rat infested hotel that we are paying rent in, and since we don't want to be kicked out in the street, we are going to keep paying rent.. I have stopped worrying about what games they have to offer now, I use the psplus subscription for mp and discounts if there is something I want to buy, which is rare. I totally gave up like maybe a year ago!! hAThursday, March 30, 2017 @ 05:46 PM
Well Kingdom Hearts collection coming so that'll keep me busy for the month at least. It does look pretty bad this month but I always give every game a shot because sometimes they're good. I don't have high expectations for the free monthly games anyway. I feel like some of you overreact a little too much to these every month. This does look better than March's garbage, discjam wasn't the "new rocket league" game it was called and the other 2 wasn't my kinda games either.

With springtime upon us, today sees Sony unveiling April's PlayStation Plus line-up, including the previously revealed Drawn to Death. The unconventional shooter/brawler that takes place within the hand-scrawled pages of a high school kid's notebook, will be joined by a bunch of other sweet games, free for Plus subscribers.
There's couch co-op game Lovers in a Dangerous Spacetime, in which you pilot a neon spacecraft through a colourful galaxy, alone or with up to three friends online or via PS4's Share Play funtionality. Fleshing out April's offerings is Invizimals and Alien Rage on PS3, and a couple of decent PS Vita titles.
These include the fast and frenetic platform puzzler 10 Second Ninja and 2D co-op wave-based arena brawler, Curse 'n Chaos. Check out April's PlayStation Plus games below:
