Resident Evil: Outbreak might be a good choice. As I recall, it came when online gaming was still a novelty and it was genuinely good. Capcom seems to be still struggling with an online RE game and remaking that might do better than say RE: Verse.Monday, June 05, 2023 @ 10:04 AM

With the Resident Evil 4 remake making its debut back in March, it appears that Capcom's attention has turned to its next RE remake, and a new survey is asking fans which game they'd like to see given the remake treatment next.
It's at the end of the survey (via VGC) Capcom asks that fans “Let us know if there are any other Resident Evil games you want remade”, after a procession of community and social media-related questions.
With Resident Evil, Resident Evil 0, Resident Evil 2, and Resident Evil 3 already available, the number of RE games ripe for a remake or remaster are dwindling, but there is one glaringly obvious choice - Resident Evil: Code Veronica.
In fact, many fans were surprised to see that Resident Evil 4 was chosen for a remake, given that Code Veronica is in greater need of modernisation. And last year, rumblings of a possible remake of Code Veronica surfaced. Surely, it's bound to happen at some point. Watch this space.
