The Grocery Store level is actually you playing as a rabbit in a field. The controls for this section are not great, and will take a little while to get used to. Run through the stage until you get to a large grey rock and use it to start platforming above the grassy area. When you can jump across the stage, do so and jump into the water. Do a bit more platforming and run towards the stone archway you'll see when you platform across the water and this trophy will unlock.
