Walkthrough:

Step 1: Complete Campaign mode

Campaign mode is the story mode of Transformers: War For Cybertron. You can complete each of the ten chapters of the game by yourself or with up to three players in online co-op. If you are playing in co-op, there will be several trophies that you and your partner(s) can earn even if only one of you accomplishes the task and I'll detail them in the guide when appropriate. The gameplay style is that of Gears Of War, so if you are used to open-area, third-person shooters, you can save yourself another playthrough and start the campaign on Hard mode, which will net you the other difficulty trophies as well. A useful workaround to playing all ten chapters on Hard is to complete the game on Easy mode, then go back and only replay the very last checkpoint of each chapter on Hard. You will unlock both the Medium and Hard difficulty trophies just for completing the final checkpoints on the higher difficulties (FULL credit to Cluster1990 for this tip).

Step 2: Mop Up in Campaign mode

Normally, I would say to do the mop-up routine as the last step before getting the Platinum, but you'll be spending the bulk of your time in Step 3, so for this game I would recommened getting any outstanding Campaign mode trophies done beforehand. This may include a majority of the combat-oriented trophies, the chapter-specific task trophies, and the 50 Autobot and Decepticon collectibles spread all across the story. All of these are detailed in the guide. Once you are done with this step, you will have acquired all of the offline trophies.

Step 3: Online - Unobtainable

Online play, currently, consists of various Player vs. Player events ranging from your standard Deathmatch to team-based Capture The Flag. You'll be doing an intense amount of grinding here to attain the majority of the game's online trophies and it should take many hours. You also have a "horde" mode for the game, here called Escalation, where a team of up to four players will try and survive wave after wave of enemies of increasing difficulty. It will take time and a good deal of skill in the game, but after completing this final step, you will have all of the online trophies and the well-deserved Platinum itself.

Story related. You can't miss this. Complete Chapter X (Autobots campaign) to unlock this.

  • Revive 5 Autobot soldiers in Defend Iacon.

In the "Defend Iacon" chapter, you'll come across five different Autobots who become wounded during the battle. A "Revive" icon will appear over these Autobots. Just approach them and hold down the button to revive them and earn credit toward the trophy. You have to move rather quickly as these downed Autobots will self-destruct within a few seconds. After you save the fifth one, the trophy will unlock. If you are playing in co-op, you and your partner(s) can earn this trophy no matter who is Reviving the fallen comrades. You CANNOT earn this trophy by playing as Ratchet, since you will have to dash over to #5 and Ratchet doesn't have this ability. Here are the five locations listed in their corresponding checkpoints:

    (1) "Iacon Under Siege" - After you speak with JetFire near the destroyed statue at the beginning of the chapter, you will see a group of Autobots that get blown away by Jet Soldiers. Only one survives and you need to revive him. He's located along your path.

    (2) "The Broken Lift" - After you encounter a Decepticon War Machine, you'll come to a section with a balcony through a hole in the wall. The way to continue the chapter is to the left, but go right instead to find an Autobot fighting a Decepticon Jet Soldier. He gets blasted and you'll need to take out the Jet Soldier then revive the fallen comrade. If you stick around after reviving him, he'll open a nearby secret room with some goodies.

    (3) "Road To The Decagon" - When you see the snipers for the first time, there are three Autobots out in the open and two get killed while the other gets downed. Again, take out the snipers quickly and revive this one, who is along the main path of the stage.

    (4) "Iacon Speedway" - In the area of the second Decepticon War Machine that you'll fight. When you look to the right on an elevated part of the streets, you will see an Autobot that gets downed. Jump up and revive him before taking on the Decepticon War Machine.

    (5) "Central Ventilation System" - This is perhaps the most difficult of the five to reach. When you get to the area where you have to jump on the circling turbines and Megatron is giving his booming speech, look to your right before you jump on the third turbine platform to see an Autobot fighting a Rocket Soldier. You'll be under fire from Jet Soldiers, but you can choose to ignore them if you wish. Wait until the the platform rotates around close to this balcony he is on and then quickly double jump and dash () to reach the platform. After he is revived, you'll gain access to a room with a Null Ray and Thermo Mines, but more importantly, the trophy will unlock as well.

  • Shoot the 3 Hidden Laserbeaks throughout Kaon Prison Break.

Laserbeak will appear in 3 different areas in the "Kaon Prison Break" chapter. You will simply have to shoot him each time to get the trophy. He looks like a bird and he'll fly off each time after he is shot. Any weapon will do as long as you hit him and the trophy unlocks once the third one is hit and flies off. If you are playing in co-op, you and your partner(s) both can earn this trophy no matter who is shooting Laserbeak.

    (1) "Prison Entrance" - Shortly after you break out of your prison cell at the beginning of the chapter, you'll come to a room where you reacquire your guns and ammo. There is a barred window on the right. Look out that window and you'll see some spikes jutting out from the building across the way. On top of the right spike you'll see Laserbeak.

    (2) "Hangar" - When you walk into the first large, open room after the Prison Command Room, turn around and look above the door that you entered from. Laserbeak is perched on top of it.

    (3) "The Final Approach" - Near the end of the chapter, you'll enter an area where the ground shakes and splits beneath you. Midway through this open section, you'll come around a corner and there will be a large pillar in the distance to your left. Laserbeak is on top of this tall pillar.

  • Save the Slug before it is executed in To the Core.

You'll encounter large, worm-like creatures called Slugs throughout Chapter VIII. After the "Divide and Conquer" fight in this chapter, you'll see a lone Slug to your left. A Decepticon Tank Soldier will be fast approaching the loner with intentions to kill it and a hanging rock will be above the two. You have to shoot the hanging stalactite above them so it drops on the Decepticon before he gets to the slug. Wait for a moment until the Tank Soldier is directly underneath the stalactite before shooting the rock so it will crush him. If you are playing in co-op, you and your partner both can earn this trophy no matter who shoots the stalactite onto the Tank Soldier. Should you fail, just restart the checkpoint without moving further: you won't be far from this area and you can try again.

  • Fly through the coolant tunnels in 23 seconds in Aerial Assault.

Navigate the "Coolant Tunnels" in jet form as quickly as possible and boost as often as possible with . As long as you stay on the path and don't bump into any walls, you should just make it in time. The path is full of twists, but fortunately, it is only a short flight. Should you not get the trophy when the path ends, simply restart the checkpoint until you get it before proceeding further.

  • Get smashed by Trypticon's hand as he falls into the energon goo in One Shall Stand.

Trypticon is the final boss of the Autobot campaign. Once you have destroyed him completely and the fight is over, he will give one last effort to destroy you by smashing you. If you stand at the front of the lower platform, between the two health power-ups in the middle, he'll smash his head over you. This will damage you greatly when you are hit by it. I found that if you are playing in online co-op mode, either you (or your partner) can even die from this and you will still complete the stage and get the trophy as long as one of you survives. You and your partner(s) can unlock the trophy if only one of you gets smashed, as well.

  • Autobot Campaign Complete (Easy).

Complete the entire Autobot campaign on Easy mode to unlock this trophy. The difficulty stacks, so completing the campaign on a higher difficulty will also unlock the trophy.

  • Autobot Campaign Complete (Medium).

Complete the entire Autobot campaign on Medium to unlock this trophy. The difficulty stacks, so completing the campaign on a higher difficulty will also unlock the trophy.

  • Autobot Campaign Complete (Hard).

Complete the entire Autobot campaign on Hard to unlock this trophy. If you are playing on Hard to begin with, you'll unlock both the Easy and Medium difficulty trophies as well. If you complete the game on Easy mode, you can go back and replay the very last checkpoint of each chapter on Hard and after completing each, you will unlock this trophy as well as the one for Medium difficulty (FULL credit to Cluster1990 for this tip).

  • Complete Dark Energon on any difficulty.

Story related. You can't miss this. Complete Chapter I (Decepticon campaign) to unlock this trophy.

  • Complete Fuel of War on any difficulty.

Story related. You can't miss this. Complete Chapter II (Decepticon campaign) to unlock this trophy.

  • Complete Iacon Destroyed on any difficulty.

Story related. You can't miss this. Complete Chapter III (Decepticon campaign) to unlock this trophy.

Story related. You can't miss this. Complete Chapter IV (Decepticon campaign) to unlock this trophy.

  • Complete The Final Guardian on any difficulty.

Story related. You can't miss this. Complete Chapter V (Decepticon campaign) to unlock this trophy.

  • Kill all but 1 of the neutral prisoners in Dark Energon.

In the first chapter, "Dark Energon," there will be a room with a troop of captured Autobot prisoners bound with purple, energon waist shackles. Simply go through the entire room, killing all but one prisoner and ride the elevator up. Try not to use explosives... only use either melee or normal weapon attacks, since the splash damage will kill these guys easily. Once you are on the elevator and travelling up, the trophy unlocks. If you are playing in co-op, you and your partner(s) can earn this trophy no matter who is killing the prisoners.

  • Find and disable all security trip-wire switches in Fuel of War,

This trophy is earned by disabling all 5 detection barriers in the "Fuel of War" chapter. They appear as glowing red cores behind several security fields. Merely shoot these cores to disable the barriers. If you are playing in co-op, you and your partner(s) can earn this trophy no matter who shoots the cores.

    (1) The glowing conduit is located behind the first barrier, directly in front of you.

    (2) Face the detection barrier, transform into a jet and fly into the small pathway on the right until you reach another trip-wire. Look through it (upper left) to see the core.

    (3) After another fight and the next trip-wire is in front of you, fly straight up and you will see a door you need to shoot to get past. On the other side of it, you will see the core in front of you.

    (4) On the left side of the circular arena when you fight a group of Autobots, behind the final set of barriers.

    (5) In the same area as #4, but on the right side of the circular arena.

  • Destroy the planets in the Stellar Galleries in Iacon Destroyed.

In the "Iacon Destroyed" chapter, you'll enter a large room with a model of Cybertron in the middle and planets rotating around it along your path. Simply shoot all of the planets around Cybertron to destroy them. When you've destroyed them all, the model of Cybertron will corrupt and the trophy will unlock. If you are playing in co-op, you and your partner(s) can earn this trophy no matter who destroys the planets.

  • Race across the Chasm Bridge in 33 seconds in Death of Hope.

Use Soundwave and his boost ability ( while in vehicle form) to achieve this more easily. You'll need to quickly race down the circuit while avoiding many rolling mines. Near the end of the mostly linear path, you'll need to dart either to the left or right to avoid an obstacle in the middle of the bridge. Boost before and after you navigate the curves and one final time after the section where you have to dart to the left or right and you'll attain the trophy rather easily.

Credit to XCVii007r1 for the video:

  • Destroy all cover in the arena in The Final Guardian.

In this boss fight with Omega Supreme, there are many cover spots in the circular arena. During the second phase of the fight, Omega Supreme's weak point will be his chest that you have to shoot at while he slowly rotates around the arena. Omega will shoot these giant orange fireballs at you that will destroy the cover in one hit. Your best bet is to stay in vehicle form the entire time and let Omega shoot at you as your dart around the arena while he is destroying all of the cover points. Everything must go, including the cover points on the upper ledge and the overhanging columns too. Once they are all destroyed, the trophy unlocks during the fight. If you are playing in co-op, you and your partner(s) can earn this trophy at the same time.

  • Decepticon Campaign Complete (Easy).

Complete the entire Decepticon campaign on Easy mode to unlock this trophy. The difficulty stacks, so completing the campaign on a higher difficulty will also unlock the trophy.

  • Decepticon Campaign Complete (Medium).

Complete the entire Decepticon campaign on Medium to unlock this trophy. The difficulty stacks, so completing the campaign on a higher difficulty will also unlock the trophy.

  • Decepticon Campaign Complete (Hard).

Complete the entire Decepticon campaign on Hard to unlock this trophy. If you are playing on Hard to begin with, you'll unlock both the Easy and Medium difficulty trophies as well. If you play through the game on Easy mode, you can go back and replay the very last checkpoint of each chapter on Hard and after completing each, you will unlock this trophy as well as the one for Medium difficulty (FULL credit to Cluster1990 for this tip).

  • Complete both Campaigns (Any Difficulty).

Complete the entire Story Mode to unlock this trophy. It doesn't matter if you begin with either the Decepticons' or the Autobots' story just as long as all ten chapters are complete.

  • Ignite a Brute's back 5 times in Campaign or Escalation.

The large, hulking enemies found throughout the game are the Brutes. The glowing, blue spot on the Brute's back is its weak spot. Wait until its back is to you and just keep firing away until the Brute starts shaking and looks as if he is about to blow. The splash damage will hurt you if you are near the Brute when it explodes, so back away. The trophy unlocks after you've defeated the fifth one and the game provides you with an on-screen counter to help track your progress toward the trophy.

  • Destroy a Jet Soldier's foot thruster 5 times in Campaign or Escalation.

The Jet Soldiers will hover about an area where they appear and try and attack you in robot form. Simply shoot (or melee) at the glowing thrusters on their feet and elminate the enemy. Once you've done this for five Jet Soldiers, you'll unlock the trophy. The game provides you with an on-screen counter to help track your progress toward the trophy. I found the Null Ray (sniper rifle) is the best weapon for this.

  • Headshot a Cloaker when it is invisible in Campaign or Escalation.

This is a one of the more difficult trophies at first, but when you arrive at an area with the disappearing Cloaker enemies, study their patterns. When they begin to cloak, there will be a tiny spark of electricity and then you can see their outline as they are moving around while cloaked. When you see that spark of electricity, aim just slightly above it where you think their head will be and shoot. They have to be cloaked and one headshot will kill a Cloaker. It will most likely take some practice, but there are several areas in the game's chapters where Cloakers dominate a particular checkpoint, so get your shots in there. I found the Null Ray (sniper rifle) to be a useful weapon for this and I got the trophy during Chapter VII (Kaon Prison) when trying to rescue Air Raid - there are about 6 or 7 Cloakers that fight you and the room has narrow halls in which to attack.

  • Kill 2 Snipers in 5 seconds in Campaign.

Snipers will appear throughout the game and they always attack from a distance and you'll see their distinct scope "laser dots" showing where they are aiming. One of the best places to earn this trophy is in the "Dark Energon" chapter (Chapter I), where you'll encounter your first snipers and two of them will be side by side in the distance on an upper platform slightly to your right. Simply take them both out within five seconds for the trophy. It's easier than it sounds. Megatron's default arm cannon will suffice.

  • Multi-Kill 3 car soldiers at once using an explosive weapon in Campaign or Escalation.

You have to kill 3 Car Soldiers with an explosive (usually a Flak Grenade) to earn the trophy. Early in the "Fuel Of War" chapter (Chapter II), you'll enter an area where an image of Zeta Prime will be talking to four Autobot Car Soldiers all lined up nicely in tight formation in the open room below. They won't be alterted to your presence right away, so grab the Flak Grenades just to your left and chuck one at them where they stand, blowing them up (FULL credit goes to darktransition for mentioning this method).

  • Destroy 100 Spiders in Campaign or Escalation.

During the Autobot campaign, you'll encounter Decepticon Spiderbots in several chapters. They are virtually harmless to you unless you allow a group of them to gang up on you. They are plentiful in the "To The Core" chapter (Chapter VIII) especially. You should get this trophy (or be very close) by the end of the Autobot campaign. If you don't, just replay Chapter VII's "Divide And Conquer" checkpoint where two waves of about 20-30 Spiderbots rush at you. Once both waves have been destroyed, simply kill yourself and restart that checkpoint: you'll begin where the first group appears and just repeat this process until you unlock the trophy. Another good grinding spot for this is during the final boss battle of the Autobot campaign, where Spiderbots can be spawned infinitely during the fight (credit goes to Yohaan93 for mentioning this). The game gives you an on-screen counter to help track your progress toward the trophy.

  • Melee-kill a Jet Vehicle in the air in Campaign or Escalation.

Jet Soldiers will hover over, shooting at you and your squad, and they appear in both the Autobot and Decepticon campaigns. Approach one, stand directly underneath him and, if they are low enough, simply jump up and click to preform the melee which will be a one-hit kill. They must be in jet form, not the hovering robot form, to earn the trophy. One easy place to earn this trophy is late in Chapter I, "Dark Energon." There will be several waves of Jet Soldiers attacking you at low altitudes on the floating platforms. When they are close enough to you, jump and smash 'em!

  • Finish any level in Co-Op.

    UNOBTAINABLE DUE TO SERVER CLOSURE

Simply finish any campaign chapter in online co-op on any difficulty for this trophy.

  • Finish any level in Competitive Co-Op.

    UNOBTAINABLE DUE TO SERVER CLOSURE

Before beginning a campaign chapter in online co-op, turn the Competitive Scoring ON. Now, just complete the level with your partner(s). Scoring-wise, win or lose, you'll unlock the trophy.

  • Earn a 1st Place MVP award in Multiplayer mode.

    UNOBTAINABLE DUE TO SERVER CLOSURE

You can earn this trophy by being the top scorer in a Multiplayer mode game for both teams (credit to ONUOsFan for the tip). It doesn't matter if you are on the winning or losing team, just as long as you are the top scorer. Possibly the best way to earn this, as an inexperienced player, is just in a simple Conquest match. Use the Soldier and its Whirlwind attack as much as possible (). When you hear the message "We are losing (Point 'X')," it means the enemy players are at that point. Just go to that area and spam the Whirlwind, killing as many enemy players as possible. Do this until the conclusion of the match. You'll more than likely end up with more kills than deaths and stand a better chance of getting the MVP of your team. You can also have a friend help you boost this: pick the Scout (Melee - ) or Soldier (Whirlwind - ) and have your friend play as a Leader. Every time your friend is near you, have them use the Leader's Warcry ability (). This will make your character stronger for a short time. Use this to your advantage and spam the attacks I have listed in parentheses on enemy players. Otherwise, as your skill increases, you'll certainly get this trophy in time.

  • Reach level 5 in any single class in Multiplayer.

    UNOBTAINABLE DUE TO SERVER CLOSURE

Simply play a few Deathmatch or Conquest matches with the same character class and you'll have this trophy within an hour. When playing for the first couple of times, use a strong attacking class, such as the Soldier.

  • Reach level 25 in any single class in Multiplayer.

    UNOBTAINABLE DUE TO SERVER CLOSURE

It'll take quite a bit of grinding to reach Level 25 for a single class, somewhere in the neighborhood of 330,000+ XP for each. Probably the easiest way to achieve this the quickest is to play Conquest matches as either a Scout or Soldier, as those two classes can rack up faster kills for an inexperienced player. As your personal skills improve in the game, and your character grows, you can earn additional abilities for each class and customize your characters to kill quicker and more effectively.

  • Reach a combined class level of 50 in Multiplayer.

    UNOBTAINABLE DUE TO SERVER CLOSURE

Achieve enough levels between the four classes to total 50. You'll earn this the quickest by getting all four classes to level 10 and then working on a single class until it reaches level 20 (or two classes to level 15), since the XP needed to reach new levels grows ever higher as you level up.

  • Reach a combined class level of 75 in Multiplayer.

    UNOBTAINABLE DUE TO SERVER CLOSURE

Same as above, just reach a cumulative level of 75 between all four classes.

  • Reach a combined class level of 100 in Multiplayer.

    UNOBTAINABLE DUE TO SERVER CLOSURE

You must have all four Multiplayer classes of Transformers reach Level 25 for the trophy: Scout, Scientist, Leader and Soldier. Prepare for a LOT of grinding. Conquest mode is probably going to give the best XP rewards the fastest.

  • Unlock Prime Mode.

    UNOBTAINABLE DUE TO SERVER CLOSURE

Once all four classes reach Level 25, Prime Mode will become available. Just like Call Of Duty's Prestige and Red Dead Redemption's Passing Into Legend options, this option you can select will reset your status to zero and will give you an animated Prime icon next to your PSN ID in multiplayer mode.

  • Spend 25,000 Power in Escalation mode.

    UNOBTAINABLE DUE TO SERVER CLOSURE

You gain "Power" points in the online Escalation mode and you can spend them on various upgrades, including new weapons, health and ammo refills. Simply play until you spend enough Power points on Weapons, Health and Doors. You will undoubtedly earn this over time as you play.

  • Complete the 15th wave in Escalation mode.

    UNOBTAINABLE DUE TO SERVER CLOSURE

In Escalation mode, wave after wave of increasingly difficult enemies will swarm you. Survive the 15th wave in Escalation mode for the trophy. Get a 4-player team together and have a game plan: stick together, make use of your upgrades, share your points between all members of the team and know the layout of the area. After a few difficulties, you should succeed. Don't waste ammo on Spiderbots: melee them instead. A player functioning as the group's "healer" on your team is most helpful on this mode. This is, perhaps, the most challenging trophy in the game.

The best strategy I've seen for getting this trophy was posted on this site by Yoshi594 and you can read it at this link: LINK

  • Destroy all hidden Autobot symbols in the Decepticon Campaign.

There are 25 Autobot symbols hidden throughout Chapters I-V. Find and shoot them all for the trophy. An on-screen counter will help track your progress toward the trophy. If you are playing in co-op, you and your partner(s) will earn credit toward the trophy no matter who shoots the symbols. All five of the Decepticon chapters have 5 Autobot symbols each.

Here is a list of each Autobot symbol in Chapters I-V (FULL credit to Mazztadawn for the list):

    Chapter I – Dark Energon

    1. Checkpoint: Ambush
As soon as you pass the flames shooting out of the pipes and enter the room where the mortar weapon and Starscream’s ambush is waiting for you, look up and to the left, to find it hanging out on the rafters.

    2. Checkpoint: Ventilation Shafts
On the way down the shaft that you need to destroy the fans in, you'll find this emblem in an alcove almost at the bottom.

    3. Checkpoint: Laboratory
When you reach the large room with the flyers, head up the ramp and go across to the right. Make another right and go to the far end. Look to the opposite side to see the emblem sitting there, directly above where you came in.

    4. Checkpoint: Detritus
After making your way across the broken platforms, the emblem will be on a ledge to the upper left side of the doorway, where the sentry guns appear.

    5. Checkpoint: Detritus
After the floor breaks apart in the room after you drop down, hop to the stationary floor on the right and find this emblem hiding around a corner, just before the door.

Chapter II – Fuel of War

    6. Checkpoint: Kaon Cliffs
As soon as you start the chapter, head forward and up to the first column that spans across the area. The emblem will be sitting on top.

    7. Checkpoint: Energon Reservoir
After the autobots lock you out on your way to find the underground entrance, you will head down a shaft on the right side of the room. Once you reach the bottom, immediately look to the left to see the emblem behind some pipes there.

    8. Checkpoint: Energon Reservoir
Once you are flying through the caverns, you will reach some Autobots and a spinning fan at the end. When you reach that, do a 180 turn and head to the back wall. Make a left around the corner at the far end to find the next emblem.

    9. Checkpoint: Nearing the Energon Bridge
Once you descend the caverns again in the tunnel with the pistons that are extending and retracting, you will come to a waterfall ahead of you and a path that goes to the left. Fly through the waterfall to find the next emblem.

    10. Checkpoint: Autobot Command Station
Once you open the locks in the large room that's swarming with Autobots and has two turrets on the upper level, enter the next room through the door at the bottom of the ramp. Head left and fly up to the left hand side corner to find the emblem in a small alcove there between some boxes.

    Chapter III – Iacon Destroyed

    11. Checkpoint: Infiltrating Iacon
As you make your way to the Stellar Galleries, you will encounter some snipers. Clear them and head across a bridge. Look up on the wall above the entrance to find the first emblem chilling out there.

    12: Checkpoint: Iacon City Subsystems
When you pop the locks on the door and then send it falling to its doom, you will enter a room with a few spinning blades. Hop on the first blade and let it take you around to the far side. There the emblem will be on the pillar just begging for you to shoot it.

    13. Checkpoint: Autobot Transit System
As you enter the second room where the Autobots are getting off the train, clear the room and then head to the far side. Hop up on top of the rain, then the ledge to the right and look to the right, down the tunnel. In the opening will be an emblem on the other side of the force field at the top.

    14. Checkpoint: Assault the Anti-Air Guns
When you reach the "destroy the anti-aircaft guns" objective, the next emblem will be down on the bottom floor beside the door way that leads you up to the controls for the guns. Before entering the doorway, make a quick left and the emblem will be on the wall there.

    15. Checkpoint: Inside the Iacon Vaults
Once you enter the vault doors and Zeta Prime is harassing you with his hologram images, there will be pillars that come crashing down in a hallway. Enter the doorway and look behind you to the top of the doorway to find an emblem in a tricky spot.

Chapter IV – Death of Hope

    16. Checkpoint: The Omega Key is Angry
At the start of the chapter, exit the ship and drop down to the bridge. Look back and up to find the first emblem there.

    17. Checkpoint: Enemies Within
After you have dealt with Omega Supreme’s hand, you will head right, into a shaft that has a glass dome dangling. Directly behind it will be another Autobot symbol. Shoot it and move along.

    18. Checkpoint: Heavy Resistance
When Starscream shows up to distract Omega Supreme, make your way around the left side of the area until you reach the far side of where you entered from. There will be a rather large alcove there with the emblem hanging on the left side of the wall.

    19. Checkpoint: Maintenance Tunnels
After you head through the energon power conduit, you’ll encounter some aerial bots. Take them out and then look across the area – under the conduit above you – to find an emblem sitting waaaaay across from you on top of the tube that you just ran up. Pop it and get moving.

    20. Checkpoint: Across the Bridge
After you make it across the bridge where Omega Supreme is attacking and after you make the jump to the other side, head to the room on the left and the emblem waiting there will be behind a shield as you enter. To get the emblem, use a grenade or mortar and lob it through the opening above the shield. If you don`t have either, you can pick up some grenades directly behind you.

Chapter V – The Final Guardian

21: Checkpoint: Megatron Vs. The Omega Key
As soon as you have control, look directly across and down and you will see the emblem by Omega Supreme's legs, against the wall on the lower level, behind an Overshield pickup.

22: Checkpoint: Megatron Vs. The Omega Key
Up the ramp from where you begin the mission, there is a Scrapmaker weapon. Directly to the left of it and up high on the wall is another emblem.

    23. Checkpoint: Megatron Vs. The Omega Key
For this symbol, it can take some time. You need to get Omega Supreme to destroy the walls surrounding the battlefield. Whether it`s all the walls or it just happened to be the last wall I needed, I`m not entirely sure – but regardless – you will need to get OS to use his tractor beam on you, so that you start to get red circles around you, and then hide behind the wall. Each wall has two sections. Once you pull enough off, the symbol will be revealed.

    24. Checkpoint: Megatron Vs. The Omega Key
This symbol is located up high on the right wall – if you are facing where the Overshield and the first emblem were -around the middle of the arena. Take a peeksy upward to find it just hanging around.

25: Checkpoint: Megatron Vs. The Omega Key
The final emblem for this chapter is on the left side – again assuming you are facing where the Overshield and first emblem were. You can only see half of it, but it`s there, high up just like the previous emblem was.

  • Destroy all hidden Decepticon symbols in the Autobot Campaign.

There are 25 Decepticon symbols hidden throughout Chapters VI-X. Find and shoot them all for the trophy. An on-screen counter will help track your progress toward the trophy. If you are playing in co-op, you and your partner(s) will earn credit toward the trophy no matter who shoots the symbols. All five of the Autobot chapters have 5 Decepticon symbols each.

Here is a list of each Decepticon symbol from Chapters VI-X (FULL credit to Mazztadawn for the list):

    Chapter VI – Defend Iacon

    26. Checkpoint: Iacon Under Siege
As soon as you have control of Optimus after leaving the lift, listen to the giant holographic Jetfire blab on for a bit. As you do, take a peek between his legs to see the first emblem there.

    27. Checkpoint: The Broken Lift
As you get outside of the glass walkway where the Decepticon War Machine was, hop over the barrier and continue along the walkway until you see the emblem on the far right. It will be quite a ways across, sitting on a pipe – judging you, silently making fun of you.

    28. Checkpoint: Iacon Speedway
Once you get past the few war machines and continue through the tubes, Bumble Bee will say” oh great! The speedway’s out!” From here, the other two Autobot’s will zoom off to the lower level. Don’t jump down just yet as the next emblem is waiting for you directly across the way.

    29. Checkpoint: Central Ventilation System
The easiest way to find this emblem is to reach the circular platforms that rotate around large pillars. Before jumping over to them, do a 180 turn to the edge of the walkway behind you and look down and to the left a bit. The emblem will be right there staring at you.

    30. Checkpoint: Inside the Decagon
When you enter the room that makes you realign the data streams, head up to the broadcast room by riding the large boxes that form. Once you take the ramp up to the third lift, ride the box and shoot the emblem directly across and up from you before you reach the top.

Chapter VII – Kaon Prison Break

    31. Checkpoint: Courtyard
After you pick up your first weapons, head across the walkway into the next room. Clear it out and continue through the next door to another walkway. Once on it, look to the left side to find the first emblem just floating there above some wires.

    32. Checkpoint: Megatron’s Ambush
As you break out of prison with your axe – because having an axe in prison seems to be ok with decepticons – head down the hallway all the way to the end and to the right you will see the emblem in a cell with some autobots. Wonder what the emblem did wrong to end up there. Shoot it with the weapon you grab in the hall and free it of its misery.

    33. Checkpoint: Hangar
After you free Air Raid and the rest of the the Autobots, you will eventually come to a room that has a window in the floor and you can see a swarm of Autobots running. In the next room, after you clear it out, look out the middle window to see the Autobots hopping into dropships. Above the farthest left ship, will be another emblem.

    34. Checkpoint: The Final Approach
Once you destroy the crawlers and hop out, you will come to some missile firing decepticons that are taking out the floor around you. Once you get past the second set of them, head up the ramp and the next emblem will be on the far right – plain as day, almost as if it’s winking at you, saying “hi, how YOU doin?”.

    35. Checkpoint: The Final Approach
After you pass the missile firing cons, keep following the giant arrows until you finally reach the last ramp and bridge where you will hear Megatron chime in with “you’ll never leave this place alive, Optimus”. When you hear that, you are at the final ramp. Make a right before going up and find the emblem there under the bridge.

Chapter VIII – To The Core

    36. Checkpoint: Omega’s Holding Cell
Just after the start of the chapter a little ways, you will pop three locks on a door and then run into some cloakers. Kill them and then head to the left of the next door you see. In the corner, across from the ramp leading up, will be a doorway with bars across it. Smash through to find the first emblem inside.

    37. Checkpoint: A Plague of Corruption
This emblem is a clever girl. When you encounter your first spaceslug, you will come to two batches of metal cables. Prime’s Fist icon will show up on both, so pull it out – your axe I mean – and smash through the left batch of cables. Simply head along the walkway, jumping over the gaps and the emblem will be awaiting your arrival at the end.

    38. Checkpoint: Cybertron Slugs
After a large battle, another Slug will make its appearance known. After it does its thing, hop down the hole in the floor and drop all the way to the bottom. As you land, turn around to find another door that is covered by bars. Shoot the emblem through the bars and a cut scene will start.

    39. Checkpoint: Sea of Corruption
After the Slug has been saved on the bridge – you did save it, right? – head to the elevator and go for a ride down. Once at the bottom, follow the ramp down and make a right at the bottom. You will need to hop over some energon to the next rocky platform there. Once on it, look across to find the emblem in the back.

    40. Checkpoint: Sea of Corruption
When you enter the area that is flooded with energon, you will need to shoot the rocks on the ceiling so that they fall and give you conveniently placed platforms. To find the emblem here, make your way to the center platform where the door is and then head to the right of it. Shoot the rocks for your path and you’ll find the emblem by a slug that is hanging out on the wall.

    Chapter IX – Aerial Assault

    41. Checkpoint: Attack on the Relay Station
As you start the chapter, you will need to follow the beam through some rings and tunnels. The very first tunnel you enter will be all red and molten-ish. As you enter, look to the right/center for the emblem, where a metal plate comes loose. You can alternatively keep going straight as you enter the tunnel and go right through the emblem instead of hooking left as the other Autobots do.

    42. Checkpoint: Coolant Chamber
When you enter the cooling system, you will come to some sentries that are guarding a vent door that needs to be blown open, just past the control bubble. Before you shoot open the door, there is a door to the left that houses an emblem inside it. Give that opening a good barrage of bullets and collect your reward.

    43. Checkpoint: The Nerve Center
Once you have made your way through the tunnels. You will come to a large room with turrets and the Pulse Regulator. Look up, way up, to the large tube that spans the ceiling and there will be an overshield and the next emblem on top of it.

    44. Checkpoint: Approaching Trypticon
When you enter the large room with numerous turrets scattered about, a flood of Decepticons will enter. Clear out everyone and the Access Lift in the center of the room will rise with its orangey glow. To find the emblem, hop on top of the access lift and look to the left. Look for 2 boxes sitting on a ledge and the emblem will be cowering behind there.

    45. Checkpoint: Inside Trypticon
Once you enter Trypticon – you’ll know because he never shuts up – you’ll be faced with another swarm of Decepticons. There will be tanks and Demolishers as well to make things more interesting. Once everyone has exploded into little itty bitty robo parts, head to the front of the room and take a look down into the first opening in the floor to find the emblem there.

    Chapter X – One Shall Stand…

    46. Checkpoint: The Threat Emerges
As soon as the mission starts, walk forward through the doorway and turn around. The emblem will be right there, above the doorway. Easy peasy!

    47. Checkpoint: The Threat Emerges
When you reach the energon battery that needs to be destroyed to proceed, do so and continue down the tunnel. Once you exit, immediately look in the alcove on the right. In here, the emblem will be high up on the far wall. Be careful that you don’t go too far though once you exit the tunnel as Trypticon will trigger a cutscene and you won’t be able to return to get it.

    48: Checkpoint: The Threat Emerges
When the gang falls to the ground and Trypticon starts with his bravado, head to the bottom floor and go to the far back and there will be a destroyed wall with the emblem sitting on the other side.

    49. Checkpoint: The Threat Emerges
You see that large pillar in the middle of the battle arena? Sure you do. You’re probably hiding behind it. Well, go around to the other side of it to find an emblem there.

    50. Checkpoint: The Battle Continues
Once you reach the second part of the battle with Trypticon, head to the far left side and you will see two circle-ish metal plates against the wall. There will be a crack in the middle with some flames in it along with the final emblem of the game. Shoot it and do a dance or a jig or whatever it is that you do.

  • Get 10 kills using detached turrets in any mode.

Turrets are the stationary guns located throughout many of the levels and mostly during an epic boss fight or large gathering of enemy soldiers. You can detach a turret by approaching it, manning the gun and holding to detach it. Simply kill 10 enemies over the course of the game with detached turrets to unlock the trophy. This will probably be the first trophy you will earn, as you'll find two turrets together in Chapter I (Decepticon campaign) and waves of enemies in one area. The game also provides you with an on-screen counter to help track your progress toward the trophy.

  • Get 3 kills while downed in a Co-Op Campaign or Escalation mode.

    UNOBTAINABLE DUE TO SERVER CLOSURE

Even though the trophy description says "3 kills," it's most likely that you have to get 4 kills for the trophy, as I had to do this as well as a few others have reported that. You MUST do this in co-op, as the mission fails if you die in Single Player. When you run out of energy in co-op, you will go down and must be revived by one of your partners. During this time period before you are revived, you can still aim your arm cannon and shoot. The easiest location is Wave 1 in Escalation mode: at the end of the wave, there will be a large group of Spiderbots attacking you. Simply get overwhelmed by them, get downed, then use your arm cannon to destroy 3 or 4 of them. The trophy unlocks as soon as the 3rd or 4th enemy has been destroyed.

  • Ram-kill against an enemy who is stunned by an EMP grenade in Campaign or Multiplayer.

The Ram-kill is done when boosting () in vehicle/truck form and hitting to do a dash forward in the direction you're driving. Simply toss an EMP grenade at an enemy and, while he's stunned, press to transform to vehicle mode, to boost and to Ram-kill the enemy and earn the trophy. The best place for this is probably near the beginning of Chapter VII, "Kaon Prison." Use Optimus as your character as the other two don't have the Ram ability. Once you re-acquire your weapons a second time, you'll find the EMP grenades down the next hallway on your left. Shortly thereafter will be two regular Decepticon Car Soldiers in your path. Throw an EMP grenade, transform into a truck and Ram-kill the enemy. Alternatively, you can do this in co-op as well: have your partner throw some EMP grenades at any enemy while you simply Ram-kill it. Soundwave also has the Ram-kill ability as well as Optimus.
