Overview:
Introduction:

After becoming stranded on an island after a horrible storm at sea, you'll need to repair your ship before you continue your sailing adventures. With the help of the townsfolk (who just so happen to be frogs), you'll complete quests to get the parts you need to put everything back in order. If you want, that is. As you progress along, the frog folk will take a liking to you and you'll actually be built your very own house, should you want to stay.

Glitch/Bug Notes to be Mindful Of

Sea Legs trophy_bronze.png  on patch 1.02 and earlier: This is the only glitched trophy in the game and it's due to a coding error. While the trophy description says a distance of 10km, the trophy was actually made with a requirement of 1000km, making this trophy take painfully longer than it should. The 8-10+ Hour Platinum time above is due to this trophy, as running 1000km will take you close to 8 real-time hours. After the patch comes, that will easily shave off about 4-5 hours of time required for Platinum.

Day 2 Blacksmith and Shopkeeper Quests: Starting on Day 2 of the game, the frog-folk will be available to talk to around town. When you're in the central Townsquare area, you should see the Blacksmith running around in a panic looking for this Doggo. The Shopkeeper will also be in town looking for the Doggo. If they do not appear in this manner, you've hit a bug. Further confirmation for this will be that the Blacksmith spawns working at his house and the Shopkeeper is stuck talking to the green fuzzy guy just North of town. If you hit this bug, you will be blocked out of all 7 trophies listed under the "Glitched Trophies" above. The only way to fix it is to start a new game, erasing any progress you've made thus far.

The Mayor and his Bell: You'll need to talk to the green fuzzy guy just North of town to get an item for the Shopkeeper, but in order to do so, you need to break the town bell. Before doing this, make sure you talk with the Mayor, then get/complete his quest to give him a cold drink. If you do this after you break the bell, you'll have to replace the bell and his quest for the cold drink can potentially break. If he refuses to take the drink from you, you know it's bugged. The only way to fix this is to start a new game, so just be on the safe side and do his quests as early as possible.

Walkthrough:

Step 1: Play through the game, bearing in mind the notes above, while going for Just Here for the Food trophy_silver.png

Your first playthrough will be your do everything possible run, which will get the majority of the trophies. The main trophy you want to make sure you prioritize is Just Here for the Food trophy_silver.png which requires you to complete the quests in the Tavern prior to repairing your boat. You can complete the other quests and move the boat pieces around, you just can't physically place any of the pieces on the boat until you finish up with the Tavern. After the trophy unlocks, you are free to do as you please. Once you complete the story, you will have earned:

Shipwrecked! trophy_bronze.png
Mad Scientist trophy_bronze.png
Caught Ya! trophy_bronze.png
Just Here for the Food trophy_silver.png
Hoist the Sails trophy_silver.png
Secure the Sheets trophy_silver.png
Hands on the Helm trophy_silver.png
Replace the Rudder trophy_silver.png
The Journey Continues trophy_gold.png

Step 2: Cleanup/Miscellaneous Trophies

After you complete the story, you'll be able to jump back into your game by hitting "continue" at the main menu. From here, you can clean up all of the random stuff outside of Who Even Needs Keys trophy_silver.png and Crunch Time trophy_gold.png. All of these can be done in any order, so just go at your own pace and just remember, Sea Legs trophy_bronze.png is going to take you a few hours to get on the current build, so this step will take you the longest by far. After you've up everything available on your current save, you will earn:

Frogs Legs trophy_bronze.png
Yeet! trophy_bronze.png
Sea Legs trophy_bronze.png
Socialite trophy_bronze.png
One with the frogs trophy_gold.png
Shrub-Seeing: Lights in the sky trophy_bronze.png
Shrub-Seeing: Townlife trophy_bronze.png
Shrub-Seeing: Ruins of old trophy_bronze.png
Shrub-Seeing: Silly Birbs trophy_bronze.png
Shrub-Seeing: Ancient Extractor trophy_bronze.png
Shrub-Seeing: Seen it all! trophy_gold.png
Couch-surfing trophy_bronze.png
Sailor Swift trophy_silver.png
No Evil trophy_gold.png
Safe Investment trophy_bronze.png
Bank of Me trophy_bronze.png
Honey, I'm Home trophy_bronze.png
What?! trophy_bronze.png
Return to sender trophy_bronze.png
Fantastic Fungi trophy_bronze.png
Vandal trophy_bronze.png
Home Sweet Home trophy_silver.png
Falling with Style trophy_silver.png
Froggy Friendship trophy_silver.png

Step 3: Speedrun

The last two trophies you should need are Crunch Time trophy_gold.png and Who Even Needs Keys trophy_silver.png. The shortcut related to Who Even Needs Keys should absolutely be used for Crunch Time so you save yourself a good 6-7 days (a few in-game hours). The recommended task list per day is provided under Crunch Time trophy_gold.png, which breaks everything down into 4 days (it'll only take 5 if you're unlucky with the weather). Since you've already played the game once, you should be familiar with the locations of everything already, but just in case, a video walkthrough for this trophy has been provided as well.

Once you've completed your 5 in-game day speedrun, you will earn:

Who Even Needs Keys trophy_silver.png
Crunch Time trophy_gold.png
Island Completionist trophy_platinum.png

36 trophies ( 10  20  )

  • Get all trophies

Earn all of the other trophies in the game to unlock this Platinum.
  • Jump 1000 times

This needs to all be done in one game. If you start a new game, your progress towards this trophy will restart back at 0.

Unlike Yeet! trophy_bronze.png and Sea Legs trophy_bronze.png, this one actually isn't too bad mostly because you can use the mushroom bounce pads and your bed (once your house is built) to grind out the jumps. It's highly recommended you use the bed after you complete the game because you tend to move around a lot on the bounce pads whereas on the bed, you jump up and down in one single spot (much quicker than the bounce pads as well).

There's no in-game tracker for this one so you'll just need to wait it out, but based on how much you need to jump during the story, if you clean this up afterwards, it should only take about 10-15 minutes to do.
  • Throw 1000 objects

Out of the 3 "grind" trophies (this one, Frogs Legs trophy_bronze.png, and Sea Legs trophy_bronze.png), this one is the least fun to do. You do need to actually throw the objects (hold square.png) versus just picking them up and placing them down. It of course doesn't need to be 1000 different objects (there aren't even 1000 objects in the game to actually throw) so you can just do the same one over and over again.

To make your life easier, get the Frog Tongue upgrade from the brewing machine (see Mad Scientist trophy_bronze.png for the recipe) so when you throw an object, you can easily just catch it with your tongue to throw it again. A good spot for this one is the farm since you can have multiple pieces of fruit to toss in quick succession. Quick being a bit of an overstatement, though, as you'll need to spend a good 35-40 minutes grinding this one out.

There's no in-game tracker so just keep at it and as soon as you've thrown your 1000th object, the trophy will unlock.
  • Walk 10km

    Glitched.

This trophy is currently glitched in the sense that it was coded incorrectly. Instead of only needing 10km, you'll need to walk/run 1000km, making this trophy take much longer than it otherwise would. It's very unlikely you'll come anywhere near 1000km while playing through the story and finishing up the quests, so you'll need to do some grinding after finishing the game to get this one (until a patch is released, of course).

Luckily, there's an easy, hands-free method that you can use. This method is 100% thanks to gamefreak6667 over on TrueAchievements. When you pick up a bee hive in this game, you will automatically start running on your own. You'll still be able to control the direction you run, but you won't have to physically run yourself. At the top of the Eastern Island is the Ancient Extractor that you'll need for Shrub-Seeing: Ancient Extractor trophy_bronze.png. This island also has a few bee hives that you can use, so don't worry about carrying one from the main island. Before you start, remove the purple gem from the Extractor (if there is one in it), then grab a bee hive, and hop in the Extractor. The walls are just high enough that you won't walk over them and because you're on autorun, you'll hug the walls and just continuously run in a circle.

Once you start running, go run some errands, go see a movie, or hell, even pick up knitting. This grind will take anywhere from 7-9 hours to complete. Make sure your system's settings are set to not sleep or power off on its own after a set amount of idled time. After you've hit 1000km, this trophy will unlock.

Please note that this is currently how Patch 1.02 works. There is a patch in the works to fix this issue, bringing it back down to 10km, but the ETA of the patch is currently unknown.

  • Evaluate the damage from the storm

    Story Related

This trophy will automatically unlock once you complete the first quest with the Painter and place the yellow plant on your boat.
  • Replace your ripped sail with a new one

    Story Related

This trophy will take 2-5 in-game days to complete, depending on when you get the blueberries. When you first start the game, talk to the Painter just West of your campsite/ship. He's painting a yellow plant sitting on a rock, which just so happens to be yours. They'll ask you to get them a bottle with some orange liquid in it to replace the flower. The bottle is sitting on the beach just by your ship (unless you already tossed it around randomly). Pick it up with square.png and talk to the Painter again to give it to them. If you want to get this trophy done in 2 days, stop by the farm and grab some blueberries off their bushes and just place them on the ground. You'll need these for the second part of the quest. Go to sleep and starting the next day, you can talk to them again about the Sail. They'll ask you for a blue worm-like creature to complete the painting on the Sail with.

East of your campsite (a bit of a way away) will be a small area with some white worm-like creatures roaming about. When you feed them fruit, they'll turn into the color of the fruit. To turn them blue, you need to feed one of them a blueberry. If you didn't grab a blueberry on day 1, you 'll need to grow your own (to learn how to grow the blueberries, please see One with the frogs trophy_gold.png and look under the Farmer's questline). When you have a blueberry, take it to the worms and drop it on the ground. When one eats it, it'll turn blue. Note the worms will not appear if it's raining. They only come out when it's sunny outside. Pick up the newly blued worm and take it back to the Painter. They'll finish the painting on the sail and give it to you.

Pick up the sail and attached it to your ship to unlock this trophy.
  • Replace your torn rope with a new one

    Story Related

You'll need to complete the Guard's questline (see One with the frogs trophy_gold.png) before you'll be able to get the Rope, depending on if the bridge to the Western Island is complete or not.

To start the process of getting the rope, you first need to talk to the Fisherman (located on the Western side of the main island). You'll ask him about the rope and he'll tell you he needs a Feather. There are two ways to get a Feather:
    • Open up the bridge to the Western Island and steal one from the birds on the Northern mountain.
    • There is a funky-colored fella laying in a hammock behind the Guard in town that will exchange the Feather for a flower.
If you're getting the flower from the fella behind the Guard, you'll need to complete the Guard's questline first. Once done, talk with the fella in the hammock and he'll ask you for a blue droopy flower. On the Eastern Island will be a few patches of Sunflowers. They will be Sunflowers when it's sunny outside, then blue and droopy when it's raining. You'll need to wait until it's raining, pick up the droopy flower, then give it to the fella in the hammock. He'll give you the Feather in return.

Take the Feather back to the Fisherman and he'll give you the Rope in exchange. Put the Rope on your boat and the trophy will unlock.
  • Replace your broken wheel with a new one

    Glitched.

This trophy is affected by the game-breaking bug mentioned in the Roadmap. This is also the questline that can potentially break the Mayor's questline (see One with the frogs trophy_gold.png for more info).

Starting on Day 2, you'll be able to start getting quests from the townsfolk in town. When you first go to town, you should see the Blacksmith and Shopkeeper running around town, both looking for the Blacksmith's doggo. If they are not in town, you won't be able to get the Wheel. Mostly, if the Blacksmith is at his house and the Shopkeeper is stuck standing next to the green fuzzy guy just North of town, the game has bugged out. You'll need to start a new game to get the Wheel (as well as the Rudder for Replace the Rudder trophy_silver.png).

To start this questline, you'll first need to retrieve the Blacksmith's doggo from the Eastern Island. Talk with both the Blacksmith and the Shopkeeper before you do (if they didn't bug out, of course), and then head to the Eastern Island. On the Southern shown is a small inlet with the doggo as well as a scarecrow head you need to complete the Farmer's questline. Toss the doggo up to the grass and then take it to town (it may just run on its own). If you don't already have the doggo in your hands, pick it up, then talk with the Blacksmith. Drop the doggo then talk to the Shopkeeper about the wheel. You'll need to get him a lantern from the green fuzzy guy. You can find him by crossing a bridge about halfway up the Northern mountain. Before going to him, make sure you speak with the Mayor in town and get his quest for a cold drink. If you progress too far when the Wheel questline, his quest will bug out (this is a new issue on Patch 1.02, 1.01 does not have this issue). See One with the frogs trophy_gold.png for more info on his questline.

When you're ready, talk with the green fuzzy guy and he'll complain about the town bell making too much noise. To get rid of the bell, go to the left side of his house and drop down to the ledge below. The belltower will be directly in front of you so hop on over and remove the bell. Talk with the fuzzy green guy again and he'll tell you that he wants a cold drink before he'll give you the lantern. You'll need to brew it yourself, so please see Mad Scientist trophy_bronze.png for all the Tavern recipes. Once you have your drink, give it to him and he'll give you the Lantern. Give the Lantern to the Shopkeeper and he'll give you the Wheel. Attach the Wheel to your boat and the trophy will unlock.
  • Replace your broken rudder with a new one

    Glitched

This trophy is affected by the game-breaking bug mentioned in the Roadmap.

As mentioned with Hands on the Helm trophy_silver.png, starting on Day 2, you'll be able to start getting quests from the townsfolk in town. You'll need to start a new game to get the Rudder (as well as the Wheel for Hands on the Helm trophy_silver.png).

To get the Rudder, you first need to reattach all of the other parts to your boat. This includes the Sail, Rope, Rudder, and two wooden planks to fix the side of your boat (there are wooden planks scattered throughout the Southern section of the Main Island). Once everything is attached, talk with the Blacksmith about the Rudder. He'll tell you that he needs to special ore to create the Rudder with. The Ore can be found in a cave, just East of the Lumberjack's home. Grab the Ore and take it back to the Blacksmith. You'll need to sleep once before it's done, so go ahead and do so, then walk to the Blacksmith the next day and get the Rudder.

Attach the Rudder to your boat to unlock the trophy.
  • Leave the island in your fixed boat

    Glitched.

This trophy is affected by the game-breaking bug mentioned in the Roadmap.

As mentioned with Replace the Rudder trophy_silver.png, starting on Day 2, you'll be able to start getting quests from the townsfolk in town. You'll need to start a new game to get the Rudder and the Wheel, meaning you also won't be able to finish the game and leave the island.

To leave the Island, you need to replace all the broken parts on your ship. This includes the Sail, Rope, Wheel, Rudder, and two wooden planks to patch up the side of the boat with. Once you're all done, you need to wait for the weather to be sunny (if it's not already). Place your plant on your boat, then interact with the Wheel to sail off. Once you do, this trophy will unlock.
  • Complete the game within 5 (in-game) days

    Missable / Glitched

This trophy is affected by the game-breaking bug mentioned in the Roadmap.

As mentioned with Replace the Rudder trophy_silver.png, starting on Day 2, you'll be able to start getting quests from the townsfolk in town. You'll need to start a new game to get the Rudder and the Wheel, meaning you also won't be able to finish the game and leave the island.

Depending on your luck with the weather on Day 4, this can actually be done in 4 days. It's highly recommended you play through the game at least once so you have an idea of where all of the townsfolk are and can quickly move about. Keep in mind that Frogs Legs trophy_bronze.png, Yeet! trophy_bronze.png, and Sea Legs trophy_bronze.png all need to be done on one single save so if you've already made decent progress towards those on your first save, you might want to finish them up before erasing your progress. The steps you want to take each day are as follows (if you prefer a video guide for this, please see below the list for a walkthrough video on getting this done):

    Day 1
    • Complete the Painter's first quest (for the bottle)
    • Put the two planks in the water on your boat (after Day 1, there will only be one in the water instead of two)
    • Pluck a few blueberries from the farm
    • Get a frozen flower from the top of the Northern Mountain (you'll need to bypass the door, which will earn you Who Even Needs Keys trophy_silver.png, so see that trophy on how to get around the door)
    • Place the frozen flower in the brewer at the Tavern
    • Go to sleep

    Day 2
    • Talk to the Painter and get his quest for the blue worm
    • Take a blueberry to the worms East of the farm, feed one, then take the newly blued worm back to the Painter
    • Put the Sail on your ship
    • Go to town and talk with the Blacksmith and Shopkeeper about the Blacksmith's doggo
    • If you're planning on doing all of the quests on this save, talk to the Mayor and get his quest for the cold drink, then grab him one from the Tavern. Doing the next step before this will block you from being able to complete this quest.
    • Talk to the green fuzzy guy just North of town about the bell
    • Remove the bell
    • Retrieve the Blacksmith's doggo from the Eastern Island
    • Give the Blacksmith the doggo and then talk with the Shopkeeper
    • Grab a cold drink from the bring it up to the green fuzzy guy North of town
    • Give him the drink and grab the Lantern, then give it to the Shopkeeper
    • Grab the Wheel and take it to the Fisherman
    • Drop the Wheel, talk to the Fisherman about the Rope, then pick up the Wheel and take it back to your boat
    • Attach the Wheel and go to sleep

Day 3 (it should be raining)
    • Go back into town and talk with the Guard
    • Bring the love letter to the Painter
    • Bring the next love letter to the Guard
    • Talk with the fella in the hammock
    • Go to the Eastern Island and grab a blue droopy flower, then bring it back to the fella in the hammock
    • Grab the Feather and take it back to the Fisherman
    • Grab the Rope and bring it to your boat, then attach it
    • Go back into town and talk with the Blacksmith
    • Pick up the Ore from the cave just East of the Lumberjack's house
    • Give the Blacksmith the Ore
    • Go to sleep

    Day 4
    • Go back into town and grab the Rudder from the Blacksmith
    • Attach the Rudder to your boat
    • If it's not raining, interact with the Wheel to leave
    • If it is raining, you'll need to sleep once more and leave on Day 5 (which should be sunny)

  • Speak to every frog on the island

There are 11 frogs you can speak with on the island, 10 of which are associated with at least one quest required for One with the frogs trophy_gold.png. The only one that doesn't have a quest associated with them is the Queen, who can be found roaming in town during the day. Make sure you speak with her at least once and the rest will come naturally as you go for Platinum. Do keep in mind that you need to speak with them all on one save, so if you've restarted the game for whatever reason, you'll need to talk to them all again.

    The frogs are as follows:
  • Obtain the Ice Herb before opening the mountain door

    Missable.

You'll need to use this method for Crunch Time trophy_gold.png so you don't waste time opening up the Mountain Door.

To get this trophy, you'll need a speckled mushroom as well as a leaf. Make your way up to the Northern Mountain on the Main Island and about halfway up the grass section will be a patch of mushrooms mixed in with some logs. The leaves can be found where the dirt turns into the snow on the Mountain, just before the Mountain Door.

First, take a mushroom and run past the door until you reach a lake. On the far side of the lake is a rock wall you can climb up. Just left of this is a high ledge that you can't reach. Toss the mushroom over to this ledge, then go back down and grab a leaf. Take the Leaf to the same rock wall and use it to float over to the high ledge. Drop the leaf and pick up the mushroom, then place the mushroom on the dirt plot to grow a bounce pad. Pick the leaf back up and using the bounce pad, float to the ledge just right of the bounce pad. This may take a few tries, just a fair warning.

Once you're across, drop the leaf, then make your way up to the top of the Mountain. At the highest point will be a cauldron and 3 frozen flowers. Pick up one of the flowers to unlock this trophy.

If you need a visual reference, this process is shown in the video provided under Crunch Time trophy_gold.png, starting at 3:23.
  • Complete every quest and fully build your house

    Glitched.

This trophy is affected by the game-breaking bug mentioned in the Roadmap.

You'll need to start a new game to get the Rudder and the Wheel, preventing you from being able to complete every quest. Additionally, if you remove the bell from the belltower before giving the Mayor his cold drink (see below), you won't be able to afterward, preventing you from completing his questline.

All of the quests need to be done on one save, so if for any reason you start a new game, you'll need to complete them all over again. Most of the quests are associated with other trophies with only a few being unrelated to anything else. The quests broken down by townsfolk are as follows:

    Painter
    • Bottle with Orange Liquid (story related)
    • Blue Worm (story related, Hoist the Sails trophy_silver.png)
    • Give the love letter to the Guard (part of the Fisherman's / Guard's quests)

    Blacksmith
    • Find his Doggo (story related)
    • After reattaching all other boat pieces, retrieve the Ore from the cave (story related, Replace the Rudder trophy_silver.png)

    Shopkeeper
    • Find the Blacksmith's Doggo (Story Related)
    • Retrieve the Lantern from the green fuzzy guy (Story Related, Hands on the Helm trophy_silver.png)

Mayor (must be done before Green Fuzzy Guy's quests)
    • Brew and give him a cold drink (not story related, see Mad Scientist trophy_bronze.png for the Tavern recipes)

    Green Fuzzy Guy
    • Break the town bell (Story Related)
    • Brew and give him a cold drink  (Story Related, Hands on the Helm trophy_silver.png)

    Fisherman
    Farmer (+ the Diva)
    • Find all 3 Scarecrow Heads and place them on the Scarecrows
    • One is found on the scarecrow inside the fenced area the Guard is blocking (there area with the fellow in the Hammock)
    • One is given to you by the Diva in town after exchanging a Diamond with her (the Diamonds are found by breaking shiny/glimmering black rocks - one randomly appears on top of the Northern Mountain on the Main Island, but 2-3 can be found at a time on the Western Mountain on the Western Island)
    • One is found in a Souther inlet on the Eastern Island (where you also found the Blacksmith's doggo)

    Lumberjack
    • Find and return his Saw (it's located in the forest just North of the Fisherman's house)
    • Wait two days, then find and return his Hammer (there are two locations for this: there's one hammer in the cauldron at the top of the Northern Island, and there's also one on the pier of the East-most campsite, just South of the Lumberjack's house)
    • Wait three days, then give him 1 Gold each day for the next 3 days so he builds your house

Guard (you need to speak with the Fisherman first)
    • Bring the love letter to the Painter (Story Related)
    • Bring the Painter's love letter to the Guard (Story Related)

Fellow in the Hammock (you need to finish the Guard's quests before you can speak with him)
    • Bring him a blue droopy flower (Story Related - found on the Eastern Island, the Sunflowers become the droopy flowers when it's raining)

    Tavern Master
    Cartographer
    • Speak with the Cartographer in each location (this is required for Froggy Friendship trophy_silver.png, see that trophy for all of the locations)
  • Take your pet plant up the mountain to see the northern lights

This can be done at any time before or after you complete the game. Take your yellow plant to the top of the Northern Island on the Main Island (where the cauldron and frozen flowers are located) to unlock this trophy.
  • Take your pet plant into the town to see the frogs

This can be done at any time before or after you complete the game. Take your yellow plant into town, where the Tavern and Blacksmith are located, to unlock this trophy.
  • Take your pet plant to the western island to see the ruins

This can be done at any time before or after you complete the game. You'll need to have the Western bridge unlocked to access the Western Island (this is done by completing the Lumberjack's questline). Once you have access to the Island, head towards it, then go North as if you were going up to the Mountain with the birds. Just before the hill leading up to it will be a set of Ruins (these are the same Ruins you'll also need to meet the Cartographer at during her questline):

Once you're there, the trophy will unlock.
  • Take your pet plant to the western island to see the Dodos

This can be done at any time before or after you complete the game. You'll need to have the Western bridge unlocked to access the Western Island (this is done by completing the Lumberjack's questline). Once you have access to the Island, head towards it, then go North and up the Mountain leading to the Birds. Get to the highest point of this Mountain to unlock the trophy.
  • Take your pet plant to the eastern island to see the strange ruin

This can be done at any time before or after you complete the game. The Extractor is located at the top of the Eastern Island. This is the device you'll get the purple gem from to open up the Mountain Door as well as complete one of the Cartographer's quests. Take your plant all the way up to the device to unlock the trophy.

  • Take your pet plant to see all the sights

Take your plant to all of the locations provided in the other Shrub-seeing trophies to unlock this one.
  • Sleep in every camp

This can be done at any time before or after you complete the game. There are 3 camps available to sleep in:
    • Your main campsite (the one right next to your boat)
    • At the green fuzzy guy's house, there's a campfire directly in front of it
    • Just South of the Lumberjack's house, along the coastline, is a patch of grass with a bench and the campsite
Sleep at each of these at least once on one single save to unlock the trophy.
  • Find and complete the hidden time trial

This can be done at any time before or after you complete the game so long as you have the Western Island open.

On the Western side of the Western Island will be a small Mountain with a green starting line for the time trial:

There are only two checkpoints for this time trial, the start, and the finish. The finish line will be on the other side of the body of water in the middle of this island (it has the two bounce pads below it):

You'll need some help getting there in time, mostly in the form of two specific potions (though you can get away with just using one):

Optional: Frog Tongue drink (gives you the ability to grab chains to climb up walls quicker)
Speed Potion (increases your run speed by a substantial amount)

For both of these recipes, please see Mad Scientist trophy_bronze.png. When you drink the Frog Tongue drink, you'll have that ability forever, so you don't need to worry about it wearing off. The Speed Potion, however, will only be active for about 15 seconds, which, to be fair, is more than enough time to get this done. Create your Speed Potion, but don't drink it. Instead, take it to the starting line and when you're ready, chug the juice and with your newly found sonic speed, make your way around the water and up to the finish line. There will be a ticker noise going on letting you know how much time you have left to complete this, so just keep an ear out for it. Once you cross the finish line without time running out, this trophy will unlock.

  • Complete the frog statue ritual

This can be done at any time before or after you complete the game.

Up on the Northern Mountain of the Main Island is a large Buddha-like frog statue with 3 plates in front of it:

You will need to find the 3 smaller frog statues and place them on these plates to unlock the trophy. Their locations are as follows:

    Hear No Evil Statue:
Just above the large frog statue is a ledge with an ice cube on it. Take this ice cube and bring it anywhere there isn't snow so the ice cube melts. When it does, the Hear No Evil statue will be freed, allowing you to place it on one of the plates.

    See No Evil Statue:
This statue is purchased for 1 coin from the shopkeeper in town. If you don't have any coins, talk with the Shopkeeper and he'll ask you to bring him something in exchange for 1 coin.

    Speak No Evil Statue:
On the Eastern Island, near the Southern part where you find the Blacksmith's doggo and one of the Scarecrow Heads for the farmer, is a tall rock with 4 dirt plots surrounding it. Each of these plots will grow a bounce pad when you plant a mushroom in them. Plant all 4 mushrooms and when all four bounce pads are visible, the statue will appear on top of the rock:

It doesn't matter what order you place them down in, just as long as all 3 are there, the trophy will unlock.
  • Brew your first potion

You will get this naturally as you go for Just Here for the Food trophy_silver.png, Hands on the Helm trophy_silver.png, and One with the frogs trophy_gold.png.

On the East side of town is a Tavern where you'll be brewing all sorts of stuff for the Tavern Master. Most of the drinks will give you a temporary buff that eventually wears off, but two will give you permanent abilities that will stay with you forever (or until you start a new game). Each recipe requires two items: One for color, and one for the buff/ability. The color option doesn't really matter unless you're completing a quest for someone, but the buff/ability will only be tied to one item. Additionally, each drink will require one night cycle to complete (no same-day brewing).

Your color options are as follows:
    • Blue: Blueberry
    • Green: Green Apple
    • Red: Red Apple
    • Pink: Strawberry
    • Orange-like Fruit: Yellow
    • Coin: Gold (though it looks basically yellow)

Your perk/ability options and what they require are as follows:
    • Frozen Drink (temporary perk, slightly increases run speed): Frozen Flower
    • Frog Jump (permanent perk, allows you to frog jump by holding square.png): Speckled Mushroom
    • Increased Aim (temporary perk, has very little effect so it's hard to tell what it even does tbh): Blobfish
    • Frog Tongue (permanent perk, allows you to pick up and catch things with an extended tongue): Egg
    • Speed Increase (temporary perk, greatly increases your run speed): Flying Plant (the plant you pick up and hold triangle.png to run and fly faster with)
    • Weightless (temporary perk, allows you to float higher when jumping): Feather
Create any one of these to unlock this trophy.

  • Catch your first fish

Before you can fish, you'll need to get the Rope from the Fisherman. You don't need to actually attach the Rope to your boat, you just need to retrieve it so the Fisherman moves away from the fishing pier so you can use it.

On the Western side of the Main Island is the Fisherman's house. On the hill just above him is a fishing device with a trap and pully. When you pull the cage up, you'll be able to place bait inside the trap, then lower it again to fish. The fish will take one night cycle to get caught, so come back the next day and raise the trap to find your catchings. Catch at least one fish to unlock this trophy.

Not everything can be used as bait, but each type of bait is unique to one type of fish. The bait options and the fish they catch are as follows:
    • Red Apple: Purple Fish
    • Green Apple: Green Fish
    • Blueberry: Blue Fish
    • Strawberry: Red Fish
    • Orange: Yellowish/Greenish Fish
    • Speckled Mushroom: Pufferfish
    • Honeycomb: Blobfish
  • Duplicate a coin by farming it

    Glitched.

This trophy is affected by the game-breaking bug mentioned in the Roadmap.

Before you can get this trophy, you'll need to complete both the Farmer's and the Shopkeeper's questlines. When you complete the Farmer's questline, he'll start to work on the two-plot garden just next to where your house is (or will eventually be if you haven't built it yet, it's just South of the farm). When you complete the Shopkeeper's questline, you'll be able to trade requested items with him in exchange for a coin. When you have a coin, head down to the two-plot garden and plant the coin (it won't actually go underground but will just sit on top of the hole). Go to sleep and when you return the next day, the coin will have grown into a plant sprouting two coins. As soon as you wake up from your sleep, the trophy will unlock, even if you're no where near the farm.
  • Purchase something from the merchants shop

    Glitched

This trophy is affected by the game-breaking bug mentioned in the Roadmap.

Before you can get this trophy, you'll need to complete the Shopkeeper's questline. When you're done, you'll be able to trade requested items with the Shopkeeper in exchange for 1 coin each. There are 3 items you can purchase from the store:
    • A Moon (this acts as a leaf and allows you to float around while jumping)
    • A Green-Gemmed Bracelet (you can purchase this as part of the Diva's questline, but it's not necessary)
    • The "See No Evil" frog statue required for No Evil trophy_gold.png
Of course, out of the 3 of these, you'll want to be purchasing the statue since you need it for your Platinum. With the coin in tow, talk with the Shopkeeper to give it to him, then stand in front of the any of the 3 items to purchase them. Press square.png and when the item is released from the store, the trophy will unlock.
  • Proudly display a honeycomb in your house

You'll need to complete the Lumberjack's questline, including him building your house, before you can get this trophy. When your house is complete (it'll be just South of the farm), you need to find a beehive (these can be found within the forestry areas, mostly on the Western side of the Main Island. Pick up the beehive and toss it. When it breaks, a honeycomb will come out of it. Pick up the honeycomb and head back to your house. On the back wall of the house is a display board. Place the honeycomb on the display and this trophy will unlock.
  • Ask a frog about the same item 3 times in a row

When you talk to another frog while carrying something they don't want, they'll respond to you with a confused "?". Speak to any frog with the same item 3 times (and get that "?" each time) to unlock this trophy.
  • Throw an item then grab it with your tongue before it hits the ground

You'll need to brew the Frog Tongue drink (see Mad Scientist trophy_bronze.png for the recipe) and drink it to gain the perk permanently. With it active, you can extend your tongue to not only pick up items off the ground but also catch items that you throw. This is most likely unlock naturally as you go for Yeet! trophy_bronze.png, since you'll have many opportunities to get this (1000 opportunities to be exact). Hold square.png to throw the item, then press square.png to extend your tongue to catch the item. As long as you catch it before it hits the ground, this trophy will unlock.
  • Grow every bounce mushroom on the island

The bounce mushrooms are the bounce pads you grow by planting the speckled mushrooms in dirt plots. There are 15 bounce mushrooms total, but 2 will already be grown from the start of the game. There will be at least one on each island so you'll need to have the Lumberjack's questline done up to at least where he builds the Western bridge for you (see One with the frogs trophy_gold.png). You need to grow all 13 on the same save to get the trophy.

The location of the remaining 13 are as follows (there is also a video guide for this down at the bottom):

    Bounce Mushroom #1
    • Just West of your starting campfire and the painter's house will be a high ledge where you will first find the Cartographer. The mushroom is on this ledge (this one shows what the dirt plot looks like versus the actual bounce mushroom).
    Bounce Mushroom #2
    • Just South of the previous mushroom, down on a lower enclosed section.
    Bounce Mushroom #3
    • Just to the left of the Farm, along the river coastline going North, will be the next mushroom.
    Bounce Mushroom #4
    • Just East of the farm will be a small island surrounded by a pond filled with lilypads. The island has red and green apple trees, just as a further reference. The next mushroom is also on this island.
    Bounce Mushrooms #5-8
    • On the Eastern Island, near the Southern coast, is a tall rock with 4 mushroom plots surrounding it. This is the tall rock you need to get one of the Frog Statues off of for No Evil trophy_gold.png.
    Bounce Mushroom #9
    • Back on the Main Island, make your way up the Norther Mountain, and just near the start of the green hill (before the bridge leading to the green fuzzy guy) will be a mushroom on the right side.
    Bounce Mushroom #10
    • This is on a tall rock just below where the large Buddha-like Frog Statue is.
    Bounce Mushrooms #11-12
    • On the Western Island, go North of the inlet of water in the middle of the area and there will be two mushrooms on a rock wall. This rock wall is in the same one where you'll end your time trial for Sailor Swift trophy_silver.png.
    Bounce Mushroom #13
    • Back on the Main Island, go South from the Western bridge and just North of the Fisherman's house will the final Mushroom.
  • Knock over all of the carefully stacked stones in a day

You can do this at any time, before or after you finish the game. The stacked stones are only located on the Main and Eastern Islands, so if you don't have the bridge leading to the Western Island, you can still get this.

There are 9 stacked stones that you'll need to run up to and knock over. 8 are located on the Main Island and 1 is on the Eastern Island. You'll have plenty of time to get these done in one in-game day, so don't worry too much about having your time constrained. The locations of the stones are as follows (there is also a video guide at the bottom should you prefer to use those):

    Stacked Stones #1
    • At the very top of the Northern Mountain on the Main Island, it's just down the hill from the cauldron and frozen flowers.

    Stacked Stones #2
    • While still on the Northern Mountain, jump down on the west side to get to the large Buddha-like frog statue. The stones are just next to the statue.

    Stacked Stones #3
    • From the Frog Statue, follow the lower east as if you were exiting off the Mountain (without jumping) and about halfway down will be a small section with the stones on the edge.

    Stacked Stones #4
    • Make your way to the bottom of the Mountain where the snow meets the grass/dirt (there will be two leaves here as well). From here, go directly South until you reach the cliffside, where there will be two more leaves. Just next to the leaves is a narrow, very short dirt path between two large rocks. If you stand on the edge here and look over, you can see a hidden Mountain. Use a leaf to float over to the Mountain and the stones will be just to your right.

    Stacked Stones #5-7
    • At the Fisherman's house, there are 3 stacked stones in his yard.

    Stacked Stones #8
    • From where the Lumberjack builds your house (if it's not built, it's the stone flooring just South of the farm), go directly North until you pass through some bushes. Just after these will be the stones. This is immediately South of the crossroads with the signs pointing to the farm and town square (the bell).

    Stacked Stones #9
    • On the Eastern Island, make your way up to the Southeast corner of the island (stick to the high road when going South). The stones will be at the very end of the path.
  • Complete the tavern questline before accepting any boat pieces

This description of this trophy is just slightly incorrect. You can accept the boat pieces, you just can't place them on your boat. You can complete the quests and drop the parts of the boat off on the beach to make things easier if you want, it's completely up to you.

The Tavern questline all has to do with creating a variety of drinks and one stew. Before you can complete the latter of these, you'll need to complete the Lumberjack's questline up to at least where he finishes building the Western bridge (see One with the frogs trophy_gold.png). Each drink you make will take two days to complete: one day to mix, one night to brew, then it'll be ready for consumption the following day. There are 5 quests to complete in the Tavern, but it'll take 5 days to build the bridge, so you'll be looking at about 7-8 in-game days to complete this task. If you take a quest from another frog for a drink, their request will take priority over the Tavern Master, so just keep that in mind as you're exploring. The recipes you need to brew are as follows (including their ingredients):
    1. Cold Brew: Blueberry + Frozen Flower (the Blueberry will already be placed, the Flower is found on top of the snowy mountain)
    2. Frog Jump: Green Apple + Speckled Mushroom
    3. Target Aim: Strawberry + Blobfish (see Caught Ya! trophy_bronze.png for how to catch the Blobfish)
    4. Frog Tongue: Red Apple + Egg (the Eggs are found on the Western island where the birds are)
    5. Stew: Red Rock + Egg + Honeycomb (the Red Rocks are located on the Southern coast of the Western Island)
Complete all 5 quests before placing any pieces on your ship and the trophy will unlock.
  • Pay The Carpenter to build all three stages of your house

After the Lumberjack builds the Western bridge, he'll stand down by the stone floor where your house will eventually be (this is just South of the farm). It'll take him 3 days to build the house, but you'll have to pay him 1 coin each day before he'll work on it. To get a coin, you can trade items with the Shopkeeper. Alternatively, you can also grow your own coins in the two-plot garden just next to your house location (see Safe Investment trophy_bronze.png). When you wake up after the 3rd building day, the trophy will unlock whether you're close to your house or not.
  • Stay airborne for 7.5 seconds

You'll need two things for this trophy: A weightless drink (see Mad Scientist trophy_bronze.png) and a leaf. First, take a leaf up to the top of the snowy mountain and set it down next to the cauldron. Head to the cavern and brew yourself a weightless drink, then take the drink up to the top of the mountain as well. As quick as you can, you need to drink the weightless juice, grab the leaf, stand on the cauldron, then jump off the right side so you float off into the abyss. You'll eventually land in the water, but it won't be within 7.5 seconds. The trophy will either unlock as soon as you hit the water or when you wake back up at your campsite (it's varied across playthroughs).

  • Complete all of The Cartographer's quests

Before you can complete the Cartographer's quests, you'll need access to the Western Island and the Mountain Door on the Snowy Mountain will need to be open (you can open it before or after she requests it). You'll need to be the Cartographer in 7 different locations where she'll give you a quest each time. Her locations and quests are as follows:

Location #1: Southwestern high ground of the Main Island
    • She'll ask for your help retrieving her binoculars. Wait for her to move away from the hole in the wall, then squeeze inside and grab the binoculars, then give them to her. You'll need to sleep at least once before she'll move on to the next location.

Location #2: Just North of the Fisherman's house:
    • She'll be standing next to a dirt plot where you can grow a bounce mushroom. If you've already grown it, just talk with her. If you haven't, use a speckled mushroom to grow the bounce mushroom and then talk with her. You'll need to sleep at least once before she'll move on to the next location.

Location #3: Standing by the Flower Sign Leading to the Eastern Island
    • When you talk with her by the sign, follow her as she makes her way to the Eastern Island and she'll stop by a batch of Flowers. You need to talk to her with both the Sunflower and Blue Droopy Flower in your hands. The Sunflowers will appear just next to her when it's sunny out and the Droopy Flowers will appear just next to her when it's raining, so this particular part might take a few days to complete. You'll need to sleep at least once before she'll move on to the next location.

If the Western Bridge is open, you can next find her at the Ruins on the Western Island. If the Western Bridge is closed, you can next find her by the Mountain Door near the base of the Snowy Mountain. Whichever you do first, the opposite will be the last one that gets you the trophy. You will need to sleep at least once between these two get her to move.

    Western Island Ruins
    • She'll be just NE of the water inlet in the middle of the island. She needs a purple gem to "activate" the ruins. The gem can be found at the top of the Eastern Island mountain, just inside the Ancient Extractor.

    Mountain Door / Snowy Mountain
    • She needs you to open the door for her, which requires a purple gem. The gem can be found at the top of the Eastern Island mountain, just inside the Ancient Extractor.
