Introduction

This is a tale of ancient times. An era before the human and non-human worlds were forever divided. When the Holy Knights defended the realm, wielding their magical powers, they were feared and highly respected. But among them, a group emerged that betrayed the kingdom, and became enemies to all Holy Knights. They were known throughout the land as the Seven Deadly Sins.

Welcome to The Seven Deadly Sins: Knights of Britannia. This game is an action, beat-em-up style fighting game involving the popular manga, and Netflix original anime, The Seven Deadly Sins. If you've played something like J-Stars Victory Versus, then this isn't too far off. Fans of the series will get a bit more enjoyment out of this game compared to others as it essentially retells the story of season one in detail, and vaguely covers the events that occur afterwards as well. If you are not a fan of the series, but are looking to get a basic understanding of it and what happens, then this game will help with that. If you are just looking for an easy platinum, this game will help with that too.

Walkthrough

Step 1: Play through all the Main Quests

The first thing to do is play through all of the main quests. This alone is going to net you a lot of trophies, and get you through the majority of side quests since many of them are needed to advance the story after the events of season 1. Main Quests are found in actual named locations on the map under the "Quests" tab and are identified with a gold bracket. While playing through the story, try to obtain as many S ranks as possible since they aren't that hard and it will lessen the load for later, but don't kill yourself because you'll be grabbing some magical item upgrades later to help with them. You'll likely also do a couple of field quests in order to gain hearsay and advance the story, but try to keep track of which ones you do and do not S rank, because there's no way to track S ranks in the game other than going to the actual quest itself and checking the rank. Field Quests randomly disappear and respawn, making them hard to find at times. After completing all Main Quests, you'll have all characters unlocked which will allow all Field Quests to be able to appear. You will also have obtained a lot of Magic Crystals to use on upgrades.

Step 2: Complete all Side Quests

After completing all Main Quests, you should be able to play through most, if not all, Side Quests now. Side Quests are also found in named locations on the map under the "Quests" tab, but are instead distinguished with a silver bracket around them. You can also take this time to go to the "Magical Item Creation" tab and plan your route to create the Chic Hairpiece. This item boosts Appeal Point gain by 30% and will make getting S ranks easier. Look at the items leading up to it and complete the quests to create them and make your way to the Chic Hairpiece. Putting the cursor over an item will tell you the ingredient needed, the quest that gives the ingredient along with its location, and the amount of Magic Crystals needed. I highly suggest doing this as soon as possible in this step, because doing it early will allow for easier S ranks and less replays of quests. After that, I suggest focusing on creating the Floating Crystal magical item which allows The Boar Hat to fly. This will be needed for the next step in order to reach certain areas in Liones with Field Quests you could not otherwise reach.

Step 3: Complete all remaining Quests and obtain all S ranks

At this point you should be more than prepared to obtain the remaining S ranks you have. If you haven't already, go back and obtain S ranks in all Main Quests and Side Quests you need. After that, complete all remaining Field Quests and obtain S ranks in them. This will be the most time consuming part since there are a fair amount of Field Quests. Keep in mind that the bonus Side Quests (distinguished through bronze brackets in the Quests tab, and "+" symbol out in the field) are not required for the platinum. These are bonus quests made available through updates/DLC and have no bearing on the main game and its trophy list. As you progress through all the remaining quests, keep crafting magical items and feel free to use the ones that help you the most. Also remember that Field Quests randomly disappear and respawn, so if you don't see the quest you need, just keep completing other quests until it finally appears.

Step 4: Clean Up

At this point, you should have just about everything done. All you should have left are creating the remaining Magical Items, seeing everyone's Special Attack, and possibly some miscellaneous stuff you may have not obtained such as winning a battle with no damage. Just grind out Magic Crystals for the remaining items (it really shouldn't take you too long, if you even need to do it at all), and go into Versus mode on the Title Menu and use characters with Special Moves you haven't seen yet (You'll likely only be missing Ash Demon Hendrickson and Zeldris). After that, you should have your platinum.

You can see how many you have completed on the top left of the screen when navigating the map. Remember that the bonus Side Quests (marked with a "+" symbol on the map and bronze bracket in the "Quests" tab) are not needed.

  • Completed all quests.

Simply complete all Quests found within the game (excluding bonus Side Quests). This includes Main Quests, Side Quests, and Field Quests. You can check how many Quests you have done in each area by looking at the top left of the screen when navigating the map.

  • Completed all quests with "S" rank.

To obtain this trophy you must obtain a S rank on all Main Quests, Side Quests, and Field Quests in the game. This does not include bonus Side Quests found in certain areas. This is the hardest trophy in the game as some Quests can be annoying to get a S rank on and the game has no way of tracking your S ranks for Field Quests unless you personally see the quest and approach it to see your rank. To obtain a S rank, you will need to achieve an end total of at least 10000 points in a Quest. For Errand Quests you will need to obtain an end total of at least 3000 to get a S rank. For the most part, this won't be too difficult, but there are a handful of missions that can prove troublesome. If you are having difficulty, I highly recommend creating the Chic Hairpiece Magical Item. This item boosts your Appeal Point gain by 30%. Appeal Points are the base points you obtain during a Quest. This item will be a big help on those Quests that make it hard for you to gain points. Here are some general tips:

    - For Quests that take place on the Vaizel Fighting Festival Stage (or any map with a lack of destructible environment), prioritize your combo count. Try to obtain a combo of at least 20 Hits so that your Hit Count Bonus will give you at least 1000 points. Perform your character's longest combo string then dash in with ( + ) to close in and continue the combo. Also, try to beat the Quest with enough health and enough time to net you 2000 points on both the Health Remaining Bonus and the Time Remaining Bonus. This means you will need to obtain a base score of at least 5000. This shouldn't be too hard if you implement Magic Attacks into your combos as they give points just for using them and more points for landing them.

    - For Errand Quests, try to complete them without getting hit. The later Errand Quests become harder to get a good Time Remaining score because the maps are bigger with more enemies to deal with. This means a large part of your score will come from the Health Remaining bonus. Full health will get you 2000 which means you just need to have enough time left to get you 1000 points which is very lenient. Make sure to be on the lookout for Knights that fire arrows since they can be hard to spot at times. Remember to use Hawk to clear nearby enemies so you can gather ingredients without trouble.

    - Use the environment to boost your score. Destroying the environment can get you incredible amounts of points so make sure you are using your Special Attack and Magic Attacks to damage the field around you if you can.

    - Try to use your Special Attack while your opponent has a lot of health left. Special Attacks still give you a few points for use but their big damage allows you to rack up a ton of points. Make sure your enemy has a lot of health remaining so the Special Attack can get you a lot of points for the damage it inflicts. It's not really useful to use it when your opponent has almost no health, you are better off just doing a combo in that case.

    - For Quests that require you to beat up groups of small enemies, but not many of them, make sure to be fast so that you keep your combo string up. This will get you a bigger bonus at the end.

    - If you know that you are going to finish a Field Quest with less than a S rank, hit the button and select "Return to menu". This will take you back to the map while still keeping the Field Quest you were doing on the map. This is so you don't complete the Field Quest with a lesser rank and then have to complete other Quests just to make it respawn and get another attempt.

  • Acquired 100% of an area's Gossip Points.

This should come naturally as you complete Quests. Completing Quests will earn you Gossip points. Simply earn enough Gossip Points to reach 100% for any area, and this trophy will unlock.

  • Acquired 100% of Gossip Points for all of Liones.

Like Famous at Last, this should come naturally as you complete all Quests. Completing Quests will earn you Gossip Points. Earn enough Gossip Points to reach 100% in all 6 areas of Liones to earn this trophy.

  • Found Magic Crystals on the field map 100 times.

As you travel across Britannia on The Boar Hat, you may walk over a spot and have Magic Crystals randomly appear. This happens at random and spots reset after completing a Quest. You can also create Magical Items that allow The Boar Hat to search for Crystals by pressing . Simply find Magic Crystals 100 times to earn this. You will most likely unlock this naturally.

  • Got a total of 100,000 Magic Crystals.

This is cumulative, so you do not need 100000 Magic Crystals on you all at once. You can get Magic Crystals by destroying objects in Quests, completing Quests, and finding them randomly in the map while traveling. After you obtain 100000, this trophy will unlock. You will most likely obtain this naturally.

  • Maxed out HP for all members of the Boar Hat crew.

The Boar Hat crew comprises of all the Seven Deadly Sins, Elizabeth, and Hawk. When you create Magical Items, some items will be a circle with the white mark of a Sin (or a Four-leaf Clover for Hawk, or a crystal with a star and moon for Elizabeth). That means that item will increase the Health bar of that character. Simply create all of those items to obtain this trophy.

  • All combat-type Magic Items created.

Combat-type Magic Items are those squares with pictures of a red, blue, or green icon. These items increase/decrease certain types of damage, or help boost your magic or Special Attack gauges. Just create all of these items to obtain this trophy.

  • All adventure-type Magic Items created.

Adventure-type Magic Items are those hexagons with yellow icons in them. These items provide various effects when equipped such as boosting Co-op power, increasing Magic Crystals gained, increasing the match timer, etc. Simply create all of these items to obtain this trophy.

  • All Boar Hat abilities enhanced.

In Magical Item Creation, the hexagons with a picture of the green Boar Hat are the items related to the Boar Hat abilities. Some of these abilities allow you to search for Magic Crystals while traveling while others allow the Boar Hat to travel in various ways to reach different areas. These upgrades will be necessary in order to access otherwise unreachable areas containing Field Quests. Simply create all of these Magical Items to obtain all Boar Hat enhancements.

  • Created a Magic Item.

When you obtain Magic Crystals, you can go into Magical Item Creation to spend them on upgrades for characters. However, upgrades will also require ingredients that you find through their correlating Quest. Simply create 1 Magic Item to obtain this trophy.

  • Created all Magic Items.

This trophy goes hand-in-hand with completing all Quests in the game since every Magical Item requires an ingredient that can only be found in a specific Quest. There are no duplicates which just means by completing every Quest in the game, you will obtain every ingredient. Just create all Magical Items in order to obtain this trophy. If you are lacking the necessary Magic Crystals, the Side Quest in Kaynes "A Helping Hand" is great for getting Magic Crystals. Just have Hawk destroy the environment by pressing and you should be getting around 3000 Crystals per run.

  • Unlocked all characters.

You will unlock this after completing the final Main Quest in the game "The Destined Battle". Progressing up to this point unlocks all other characters, and completing this Quest unlocks Zeldris, the final remaining character.

  • Fought with a Magic Item equipped.

After creating an Adventure-type or Combat-type Magical Item, go back to the Boar Hat main menu and select Equipment. Equip a character with that Magical item, then complete a Quest with that character to get this trophy.

  • Used 100 magic traps.

Magic traps look like crystals that are found in destructible parts of the stage. When you destroy parts of a stage, you may see a crystal. When you hit that crystal, you'll see a mark on the ground that eventually spawns some kind of effect. Activate 100 of these in order to obtain this trophy. If you are using attacks to send your opponent flying through the stage and using attacks that destroy the environment, you'll more than likely obtain this naturally.

  • Landed a 30-hit combo.

You'll likely obtain this naturally. You just need to get a 30 Hit combo on any Quest. This is very easy to do on Battle Quests that pit you against several waves of small enemies. If you are somehow struggling with this, there are Adventure-type Magical items that can extend the combo window.

  • Won a battle with no damage.

This trophy shouldn't be too difficult. You can even obtain this on the very first Quest. Just beat any non-Errand Quest without taking damage to obtain this.

  • Landed a Co-Op Attack with a partner.

You are introduced to Co-Op Attacks when you fight Twig as Meliodas alongside Hawk. When you have a Co-Op partner, you can hit to ask for help. The pink gauge next to your partner indicates their affection for you. This determines how often they will accept your offer. When a partner accepts, you have to fill up the pink gauge below your health bar to max by attacking the enemy. When the bar is maxed, you will land a Co-Op Attack. Just do this once to obtain this trophy.

  • Used a Special Move.

The gauge to the left of your character's picture is your Special bar. You can fill this bar by attacking or being attacked. When the bar is full, press to use your character's Special Move.

  • Used Special Moves for all characters.

If you are completing all quests, then chances are you are also using Special Attacks. After unlocking all characters, you can back out to the main menu of the game and select Versus mode. Fight the computer with any character you need and fill the Special Attack bar as you normally would, then press to use the attack. The only 2 characters you will likely need are Ash Demon Hendrickson and Zeldris.
