Introduction:

Welcome to The Psychoduck! Originally developed and published by Nibbgames and ported to consoles by Ratalaika Games, this game follows the adventures of a psychotic duck who seeks the crowns of each of the herons scattered across the land to create a collection out of every crown he wants to get ahold of as he sneaks through each level. While doing so, he must avoid being detected by the guards and hide behind blocks to achieve his goal.

Enjoy the game to your heart's content!
As with other games that were published/ported over by Ratalaika, there is nothing much to say other than to enjoy the game, since this trophy list will go up until the game's fourteenth level. Additionally, there is one other miscellaneous trophy, which is also the only trophy associated with a collectible in the game.

Upon completing this step, you will unlock the following trophies:

  • Get all other trophies.

Simply earn all of the game's other trophies in order to unlock the platinum trophy.
  • Complete your first level.

    Story related. Cannot be missed.

The key to every level in The Psychoduck is to sneak behind the heron by crouching with square.png and sneaking up behind him so he won't notice you and press cross.png to stab him from behind whenever you are near him to advance to the next stage. Otherwise, he will flee the scene once he finds out you are approaching him provided that you didn't duck and tried to approach him by normal means.

Needless to say, this trophy will be unlocked upon completing the first level of the game. You can also unlock Malacologist trophy_gold.png upon collecting the snail that's present in the level.
  • Complete level 2.

    Story related. Cannot be missed.

Beginning with the second level, the heron's bodyguards will start to appear in each of the game's later levels. On top of that, grey blocks will also appear that will allow the duck to hide behind them so he can prevent the guards from sensing his presence.

Once the guards are away from your line of sight, you should safely try to duck and sneak up by the heron and kill him as you did previously in the first level before they walk up and find out that you are in the vicinity of the level, regardless if you are standing or crouching.

You will unlock this trophy once you complete the second level for the first time.
  • Complete level 4.

    Story related. Cannot be missed.

Levels 3 and 4 follow the same ground rules as the second level, except this time, there will be two grey blocks for the duck to hide behind to prevent him from being seen by the guards. Be sure to use both blocks in these levels as you sneak up behind the heron and kill him like before.

You will unlock this trophy once you complete the fourth level for the first time.
  • Complete level 6.

    Story related. Cannot be missed.

Level 5 follows the same principles found in the third and fourth levels, but with the guard wandering around horizontally instead of vertically like before.

Level 6 will introduce the concept of longer levels in the game while having more than one guard keeping a close eye on the duck's presence in the level. Be sure to use the grey blocks to your advantage in both levels to hide from the guards while approaching the heron like usual.

You will unlock this trophy once you complete the sixth level for the first time.
  • Complete level 8.

    Story related. Cannot be missed.

Level 7 will take place at night with lanterns being placed in some of the grey blocks you will come across, while level 8 takes place during the day once again. Both levels use the same principles found in level 6, so be sure to make use of the grey blocks and hide from the guards when possible to prevent yourself from being caught by them or the heron as you approach the latter.

You will unlock this trophy once you complete the eighth level for the first time.
  • Complete level 10.

    Story related. Cannot be missed.

Beginning with Level 9, each level will now have an autumn theme to it, with the grass now being yellow instead of green. Meanwhile. level 10 takes place at night as level 7 did, so be sure to use the lanterns to your advantage while avoiding the guards in this level.

You will unlock this trophy once you complete the tenth level for the first time.
  • Complete level 11.

    Story related. Cannot be missed.

Beginning with Level 11, a new type of grey block designated with a crown on it will make its debut. These blocks can be pushed and are beneficial when you need to hide from the guards while moving them to approach the heron easily in this level, but be sure to keep a good distance while doing so since you can still be caught by the guards if you aren't careful enough with the pushable blocks.

As usual, this trophy will be unlocked once you complete the eleventh level for the first time.
  • Complete level 12.

    Story related. Cannot be missed.

Level 12 will continue to use the pushable blocks from Level 11, except with two guards walking horizontally. you can use the pushable blocks to your advantage, especially with the first pushable block so you can block the first guard's movement and prevent him from walking back to the heron's position.

You can also use the second block to have the second guard walk further away from the heron if you are careful enough with pushing the block before he notices you.

As usual, this trophy will be unlocked once you complete the twelfth level for the first time.
  • Complete level 13.

    Story related. Cannot be missed.

Level 13 follows the exact same ground rules and strategy as the level before it. Remember to carefully use the pushable blocks to your advantage, as there is a chance that you will be caught by the guards while moving them if you aren't fast enough to push them and block their respective paths (which also includes opening a path for the second guard to prevent him from going near the heron).

As usual, this trophy will be unlocked once you complete the thirteenth level for the first time.
  • Complete level 14.

    Story related. Cannot be missed.

In Level 14, you can use the pushable block to keep yourself safe while moving, but keep in mind that the guards move vertically once again, so be sure to remember your timing with how you push the block while also keeping the guards in mind.

As usual, this trophy will be unlocked once you complete the thirteenth level for the first time. It should be noted that despite the trophy list ending at this level, this is not the final level of the game, as it will continue even after you complete it for the first time.
  • Get your first snail.

    (Collectible)

This trophy will be unlocked upon collecting a snail for the first time. These snails are found on every level, but the earliest you will find them is in the first level of the game.
