No Escaping Fate Trophy in The Dark Pictures Anthology: Little Hope

  • No Escaping Fate

Everyone died at the ruined house

How to unlock No Escaping Fate

In order to get this ending, a few things will need to happen. Obviously all of the playable characters will need to survive until the end of the game, but you'll also need to make sure that none of them have the traits that will save them from dying. The easiest way of achieving this is to combine this with your Heart playthrough, and choose to fight with the other characters whenever possible. Basically the worse person you are, the better chance you have of dying.

There are four instances related to each character's monster where you will need to choose the selfish or cowardly option. This prevents that character from being "saved," an important step for this trophy. The four instances are:

    1. Taylor needs to beg Daniel to save her while being dragged away outside the factory
    2. Daniel needs to panic while being pulled out of the hole in the factory, causing Andrew to fall.
    3. Angela needs to be selfish during the conflict outside the ruined house, instead of urging John to run
    4. John needs to beg for help while holding the door shut in the ruined house

The final two steps involve Vince and Mary. Things with Vince need to be left in a good way after the church, so if you do fire your gun at him, either let him in the church or convince him to go for help. The goal with Mary is to blame her for the trouble in the past, so the final flashback should end with her being burnt alive.

If you do all of these things, the game will end with everyone dead, and the trophy is yours.

  • How can this be done on Hearts playthrough when you lose Angela midway thru the Hearts playthrough (in the Crossing chapter, both choices are Head when Andrew tries to help her escape her monster)?????
  • Nevermind, figured it out. On a Hearts only playthrough, you need to help John and then pass the QTEs as Angela and she'll be fine.
  • Funny enough, the trophy popped for me even though Angela died to her demon outside the ruined house. I was forced to kill her there in my hearts only playthrough since John had to make the decision to run away instead of saving her, and I guess Andrew not having the gun kept him from interfering.
  • For some reason, this did not pop for me altough i met the requirements. Only thing i can think of is that i was doing movie night playtrough. Anybody knows if it has to be done in a solo game?
  • In order to combine this with the trophy That Dream is Your Enemy to get them both in one playthrough:
Make sure you pick up the gun in the chapter Off Track and have it until the ruined house at the end of the game
