Teacup's favorite beverage is none other than a hot cup of tea and to celebrate her love for it, she wants to throw a tea party. The only problem is that she is all out of herbs and tea! With the big day approaching, she'll need to venture out into town and enlist the help of the townsfolk to locate the ingredients she needs to throw the best tea party in Little Pond. This game is quite easy and is meant to just be a relaxing time through a colorful world so don't expect to run into any issues as you make your way to a new Platinum.

Step 1: Play the game

It's as easy as that, just play through the game and find the missing herbs and teas. If you get lost at all or forget where it to go, the step-by-step instructions for each ingredient are provided in the guide below. Alternatively, simply speaking with the townsfolk will usually help steer you in the right direction.

Once you've completed the story, you will have earned  the following (in roughly the order they will unlock):

The Tea Encyclopedia trophy_gold.png
A Fresh Drink trophy_silver.png
Is this just fantasy? trophy_gold.png
Carpet Tamer trophy_gold.png
A Puzzling Letter trophy_gold.png

Step 2: Clean up

There's a pretty good chance you'll get these during step 1 but if you complete the game without doing so, just start the game back up from the main menu and you'll load in just before the tea party, allowing you to freely roam around, allowing you to clean up the 2 miscellaneous trophies.

At the end of this step, you will have earned the following:

  • Find the tea book.

    Story Related

Before you can leave your house at the beginning of the game, you'll need to pick up the Tea Encyclopedia sitting on the dining table. When you do, the trophy will unlock.
  • Find mint.

    Story Related

When you gain access to the Market, speak with Wren (the badger running the produce stand). She'll ask you to help her rearrange her stand while she goes to get some water. The solution to the puzzle is the following:

After you're done, you'll need to go to the Pond and speak with Salamandro (he's the orange salamander on the bridge side of the pond). When you talk to him, he'll agree to give you the mint but only if you beat him in a race. You need to press the buttons shown on the screen in the correct order to gain speed and pass him. When you do, the race will end and Salamandro will agree to give you the mint. Make your way to the Meadow and speak with Salamandro outside of his house and he'll give you the herb.
  • Find rooibos.

    Story Related

When you gain access to the Villa, go inside the large blue house and speak with Olimpia. She'll tell you that she has some Rooibos but only enough for one cup. Luckily, she knows where you can get some more and tells you that Mr. Rikard up at the Lighthouse is who she got them from and can probably help you out.

Make your way to the Pond and towards the Lighthouse area. Go into the Lighthouse and all the way up to the top, then speak with Mr. Rikard. He'll tell you about his dream of having a Lighthouse, even if it is by a pond instead of an ocean, then tell you that he can't get it working because he can't figure out how to place some gears properly. You'll, of course, need to help him with this. Place the gears so they match the following image:

After completing the minigame, Mr. Rikard will reward you with the Rooibos.
  • Find hibiscus.

    Story Related

When you gain access to the Villa, make your way to the far right to find a half-buried Hobbit-like house. Go inside and you'll find Georgina. Speak with her and exhaust the conversation. When you're done, she'll give you the Hibiscus (no minigame is required for this one).
  • Find chamomile.

    Story Related

When you gain access to the Field, there will be a handful of townsfolk sitting on blankets and flying kites. Make your way to the right side and on the bottom of the screen will be a sparkling bush. Interact with this bush to pick up the Chamomile.
  • Find lemon verbena.

    Story Related

After you gain access to the East Forest (see Carpet Tamer trophy_gold.png for how to open it up), go up past the group of bad-looking knitters and in the next screen, there will be a sparkling bush just by the water on the right. Interact with the bush to pick up the Lemon Verbena.
  • Find jasmine.

    Story Related

When you gain access to the Plaza, go into the Carpet store speak with Pankrati. He'll tell you about some flying carpets in his shop that he can't bring down and will ask you to go talk to the Magicians for help. Make your way to the Meadow and over 1 screen to the right to find their large tent. Interact with it to go inside and speak with the Magicians. They'll ask you to help find some items in their tent that they've misplaced. The location of the items are as follows:

After you find everything, you'll go to the Dream world, then back to the tent. Exhaust the dialogue and when they give you the powder, go back to the Plaza and speak with Pankrati. You'll need to help him bring down the carpets by clicking on each of them twice during the short minigame. After you're done, he'll give you the Jasmine.

The path to the East Forest will open up after you get this herb.
  • Find honey.

    Story Related

When you gain access to the Plaza, go towards the Theatre and speak with Bertol just in front. He'll ask you to stop into the Post Office and give Vincent the dues for his monthly Manga. The Post Office is in the Plaza as well (on the right side) so go and speak with Vincent and he'll tell that he knows how to get some honey but needs some help creating some Stamps for the Mayor. There are 3 you need to "fix" by solving slider-puzzles (these will probably be the easiest slider-puzzles you've ever done so solutions aren't really necessary). When you've fixed the Stamps, he'll tell you to go speak with Otto.

Otto is located in the West Forest. Climb up the hanging ladder and speak with him inside his house. You won't have to do any favors for him, just talk with him and he'll give you the Honey.
  • Find sugar, white, black and green tea.

    Story Related

When you gain access to the Field, make your way over 1 screen to the right to find a coffee/tea vendor (Kerim). You'll try some of his tea, which much to his surprise, you don't like. After sharing some of your tea brewing secrets with him, he'll ask you to help serve some customers while he practices making the tea you told him about. This minigame is pretty simple, just speak with Kerim to get some coffee and deliver it to the customers in the order they appear. They'll all take the same drink and will wait a good bit before getting antsy so as long as you're steadily moving along, you'll be more than fine.

After helping the customers, Kerim will thank you by giving you the Teas and Sugar.

Secret trophies

  • Find dream tea.

    Story Related

When you have to talk with the Magicians for Pankrati, you'll need to help them locate some lost items within their tent. When you do, you'll take a whiff of a not-so-clean teapot which will take you into the Dream world. When you speak with the Magicians in here, they'll give you the Dream Tea.

Since this is all required for the Jasmine, the solution to their task is provided under Carpet Tamer trophy_gold.png.
  • Find lemon balm, ginger and rose hip.

    Story Related

When you go to the Villa the first time, there will be 2 workers chopping some wood that's blocking a path leading up. When you come back later, there will be only 1. Speak with him and he'll tell you that his partner left to go watch the show at the Theatre. Head to the Plaza, then to the Theatre stage. Speak with the actor on the stairs and he'll ask you to fill in for a missing actor. Complete the minigame, then head back to the Villa. The pathway will now be clear. Go up and you'll take a gondola ride to your Grandma's house. Exhaust the dialogue with her and follow her to the Kitchen. She'll tell you to grab the Rose Hip from the living room and when you give it to her, she'll give you all 3 Herbs.
  • Talk with Lyndon and Bertol at the Pond.

When you gain access to the Plaza, speak with Tar who is sitting in front of the Bakery (just to the right of the Theatre stage). He'll tell you that he can help with giving you Cookies but will need you to go find Lyndon first. Make your way to the Pond and head towards the Lighthouse. Lyndon will be standing just by the shore by the boat. Speak with him and he'll ask you to take a boat ride with him and Bertol. Halfway through the ride, Lyndon will accidentally drop the snacks into the water, which you'll need to "fish" out with your hand. Afterwards, the ride will end and Lyndon will tell you to meet him back at the Bakery. The trophy will unlock here.

If you want the Cookies, make your way back to the Plaza and go inside the Bakery. Speak with Lyndon and he'll give you the Cookies.
  • Talk with Adele and Evangeline at the Kite Festival.

When you gain access to the Field, there will be a handful of townsfolk sitting on blankets and flying kits. On the left side will be 2 girls sitting on a pink-ish blanket (an orange salamander (I think) and a rabbit). Speak with them and exhaust the dialogue. When you're done, the trophy will unlock.
