    Locate Cyd in the Broken Capital

    Story Related. 

    This will unlock after you've activated and met Cyd in the Broken Capital. The glowing red platform for this one will be in the "second" area (after you've climbed up and through the first large tower where you meet Lyris the first time). When you leave the tower, it'll be down below, directly in front of you.
