Siegecraft Commander is a real time strategy game with a unique twist. Instead of manually placing buildings, you fire them out of a cannon. You also do not spawn units manually, you instead simply place buildings that automatically spawn units themselves. There are two different factions, each with two different commanders that provide some slight changes to gameplay. The game has a campaign as well as online and offline multiplayer. The easiest way to achieve the platinum is by playing the multiplayer offline with two controllers. Therefore you can get the platinum without ever having to play the campaign.

All of the trophies for this game can be earned in offline multiplayer with two controllers. This is by far the easiest and fastest way to obtain the platinum. This guide is written under the assumption you will be following this method.

The game has two firing modes that you can choose from. The default mode makes you adjust the power of each shot with the right stick, sort of like how you aim while playing a game like Angry Birds. The second mode makes you adjust the aim with R2 and L2 which is definitely a lot easier when going for certain trophies. It also remembers your last power that you shot. To switch control schemes, press the button on the start screen and keep clicking on the button next to controller mode until it's changed to precision.

For visual aid refer to the picture below:

To get to local multiplayer select multiplayer at the start screen. Then select custom game, which will take you to a match settings screen. On this screen make sure connectivity type is set to local, turn mode is set to real time, and map is set to Crater's Valley.

Step 1: Lizards vs Lizards

Most of the trophies can be earned on one map as long as both players select lizard as their race (either commander is fine).

For visual aid refer to the picture below:

During this step you should get:
Full Speed Ahead
SAM Site
Booster Shot
Deconstruction
Spiteful Last Words
Too Many Eggs In This Basket
Cows Go Moo When They Boom
Lockdown

Step 2: Humans vs Humans

Start a new game and have both players select humans as their race (either commander is fine).

For visual aid refer to the picture below:

During this step you should get:
Got Milk?
Gibbed
Blitzkrieg
Winter War

Step 3: Clean-Up

Time to go back and finish any trophies that you still don't have.

During this step you should get:
Siegecraft Master

Congratulations on your platinum!

  • Obtained all trophies in Siegecraft Commander!

Simply get all other trophies and the platinum will be yours.

  • Crashed air units into each other

Have player one and player two both play as lizards (either commander). Once in game, have both players build war-camps near each other. From the war-camps build workshops next to them. Then launch a dirigible from each workshop directly at the opposing team's workshop. If done correctly, the flying units will collide and explode, giving you the trophy.

For visual aid refer to the picture below:

  • Shot down an air unit with a TNT

You can do this at the same spot you did Full Speed Ahead. Have both players play as lizards. Have player two spawn in a war-camp. Then from the war-camp have them spawn in a workshop. As player one, spawn in a outpost relatively close to player two's workshop. As player two, launch a dirigible at player one's outpost. Then use player one's outpost to launch a boombah container at the incoming dirigible. The shot can be a pain to line up, but once you hit the dirigible it will explode and the trophy will pop.

For visual aid refer to the picture below:

  • Killed a tower with a full power trebuchet shot

As player one, spawn in a war-camp. From the war-camp, spawn in a workshop. Then from the workshop, spawn in a trebuchet. Now this is the tricky part. What you want to do is have the trebuchet fire at maximum power and hit a building. Fire a test shot with the trebuchet to see where the round lands, and do your best with player two to spawn a tower right where the round will hit. It may take some trial and error but it shouldn't prove too difficult. Once you destroy a tower of player two the trophy should pop.

For visual aid refer to the picture below:

  • Caught a cow with a dragon

Start a game where player one is playing as a human. It doesn't matter which race player two is since they aren't needed for this trophy.

This trophy has some minor setup. You will need to spawn a tower in a gold spot and a crystal spot. If you are playing on Crater's Valley, gold spots are located in each of the four corners of the map and the crystal spot is in the middle of the map. You only need to have one tower in one gold spot and the crystal spot to get this trophy.

Once you have both the crystal spot and gold spot taken, you need to find a cow. Your objective here will be to spawn an outpost. From the outpost, spawn a garrison. Then from the garrison, spawn a hatchery. The hatchery should be placed within view distance of the cow. Now you just need to use the hatchery to aim a dragon at the cow and fire. If aimed correctly, the dragon will fly over the cow and automatically pick it up, which will pop the trophy.

For visual aid refer to the picture below:

  • Destroyed 10 units with a single TNT

This is by far the most annoying trophy to do as well as describe. I'm going to attempt to describe as best I can but it may be easier just to use the pictures.

For this trophy, you can play as either race but for the sake of this guide have at least player two play as a human. Have player two set up a row of 10 outposts placed really close to each other acting as a wall blocking the path between the two player bases. From the outposts, spawn garrisons directly in front of each of the outposts. Be careful with your placements, because it is easy to hit one of the already placed garrisons, which will destroy the garrison you are trying to place and will make you wait for the cooldown to place another.

Once all 10 garrisons are in place, play as player one and shoot a outpost at max power towards the direction the garrisons are. From where that outpost lands, continue spawning in more outposts directly next to the outpost you just spawned to form a line going towards player two's line of garrisons.

For visual aid refer to the picture below. DO NOT spawn in barracks yet even though the picture shows them.

After you get the setup to look similar to the picture above you will be ready for the hardest part of this trophy. What you are going to do as player two is spawn a barracks directly in front of each garrison. You need to do this fast as possible because the garrisons will start automatically deploying troops to attack player one's towers. Use the above picture for reference on where to spawn the barracks.

Once you finish placing the 10 different barracks, units should already be spawning from them and heading towards player one's outposts. Switch to player one and allow player two's troops to group up and destroy your outposts that are placed closely to each other. What you want to happen is for at least 10 of the troops to bunch up together so you can get this trophy. After the troops destroy your last outpost in a row hopefully it will look like something similar to this picture:

If the troops are still spread out too much you can send out another outpost from your main base towards the troops but BE CAREFUL not to hit them with the outpost as it will kill them. Just fire it to the side of the troops so the troops move towards it and hopefully group up better. Once the troops get to your base and start attacking it, fire a TNT or Boombah round a zero power right into the group of troops. If you had enough troops grouped up the trophy should pop. If not, quit out, start a new game, and try again.

  • Destroyed a tower with a building projectile

You can play as either race for this trophy. Have player one and two each spawn outposts near each other. Then as player one, attempt to spawn an outpost so that it would spawn directly on top on player two's outpost. If done correctly, the outpost will fail to spawn but will damage player two's outpost. Repeat until player two's outpost is destroyed and the trophy will pop.

For visual aid refer to the picture below:

  • As a tower is being destroyed, fire a projectile and destroy an enemy tower

You can play as either race for this trophy. Have player one and two each spawn outposts near each other. Then have each player fire TNT or Boombah round at the opposing players' outposts so that they each go down to half health. Once each outpost is at half health, ready the shot for both players so that their shots will destroy each other. Then make sure you fire the second player's TNT or Boombah right before you fire first player's TNT or Boombah so that player one's outpost is destroyed right before player's two outpost is destroyed. If done correctly, the trophy will pop.

For visual aid refer to the picture below:

  • Get 5 tower kills by destroying the tower it is linked to

You can play as either race for this trophy. As player two, spawn in an outpost. From that outpost, spawn 5 other outposts around it. Once that is down, have player one spawn an outpost near player two's initial outpost and destroy it using TNT or Boombah. Once the center outpost is destroyed, the other 5 outposts connected to it should also explode. If done correctly the trophy should pop.

For visual aid refer to the picture below:

  • Changed a cow into a mad cow

Player one must be playing as a lizard. First you need to find a cow and then spawn a outpost near it. From the outpost, spawn in a temple and from the temple spawn in a totem. Then use the Madness ability on the totem and fire it at the cow. The cow should enrage and will probably destroy one of your buildings. If done correctly the trophy should pop.

For visual aid refer to the picture below:

  • Chained 4 towers with a single Hex Curse

Start a game where player one is playing as a lizard. It doesn't matter which race player two is.

This trophy has some minor setup. You will need to spawn a tower in a gold spot as player one. If you are playing on Crater's Valley, gold spots are located in each of the four corners of the map. You only need to have one tower in one gold spot to get this trophy.

Once player one has a gold spot, switch to player two and make a row of five outposts. Try to space them apart by around 40% power when spawning them. Then switch to player one and put four outposts close and adjacent with the last four outposts that you spawned as player two. From a different outpost then the four you just placed spawn in a temple and then from the temple spawn in a totem. Now use the four outposts that you spawned adjacent to player two's outpost and damage each of player two's outpost once with Boombah so they each are at half health. Do not damage the outpost that is closest to player two's main base.

Once the last four outposts have been damaged, you are ready for the time sensitive part. What you will be doing is firing the hex ability from the totem at player two's outpost that is the furthest away from their base. Then you must quickly switch to each of player one's outposts that are adjacent from player two's outposts that are at half health and shoot each one in order once with Boombah so that they are destroyed and the Hex moves on to the next player two outpost. You will have to increase the power some from when you damaged the towers the first time as the hex effect will lower your outpost's power. If you quickly destroy each of player two's towers that are affected by hex, the hex will move down the line. Once you destroy the fourth outpost and the hex moves on to the undamaged fifth outpost the trophy should pop.

For visual aid refer to the picture below:

  • Hit 8 friendly units with the Haste spell

Start a game where player one is playing as a human. It doesn't matter which race player two is.

This trophy has some minor setup. You will need to spawn a tower in a gold spot as player one. If you are playing on Crater's Valley, gold spots are located in each of the four corners of the map. You only need to have one tower in one gold spot to get this trophy.

As player one spawn an outpost at 100% power from the main base. Then from that outpost, spawn another outpost at 100% power back towards your main base but at a 45 degree angle so that it looks like you are forming a triangle. From the second outpost that you just spawned, spawn another tower directly at your main base but lower the power down to 70% (or lower if it still hits the main base) so that it completes the triangle area. Then from two of the outposts, place a garrison right next to the outposts but inside the triangle area you created. From these garrisons spawn in two barracks also inside the triangle area.

Once you have two barracks in the triangle area spawn a library from one of the outposts and from the library spawn a spire. Wait until the your outposts each spawn in 5 units so you have 10 units total. You can see how many units you have in the top right corner of the screen next to the little dual swords icon. It should read 10/15 when all 10 units have spawned.

Once 10 units have spawned you can fire the haste aura spell from the spire at the outposts. If you hit all 10 units with the haste spell the trophy should pop.

For visual aid refer to the picture below:

  • Hit 10 enemy units with the Freeze spell

Start a game where player one is playing as a human. It doesn't matter which race player two is.

This trophy has some minor setup. You will need to spawn a tower in the crystal spot as player one. If you are playing on Crater's Valley, the crystal spot is located in each of the middle of the map. You only need to have one tower in the crystal spot to get this trophy.

Once you have two barracks in the triangle area switch to player one and get an outpost near the triangle area. From the outpost spawn a library and from the library spawn a spire. Wait until player two's outposts each spawn in 5 units so player two has 10 units total. You can see how many units player two has in the top right corner of the screen next to the little dual swords icon. It should read 10/15 when all 10 units have spawned.

Once 10 units have spawned you can fire the freeze aura spell from the spire at the outposts. If you hit all 10 units with the freeze spell the trophy should pop.
