How to unlock the hoverboard in Saints Row
To add the hoverboard to your garage, you'll need to have first acquired the Criminal Empire Tier 2 Eurekabator!, in order to can take on Alpha Tests for new gadgets, of which there are three in total. The first of these will unlock the hoverboard, requiring you zip about slamming enemies and vehicles to smithereens to satisfy the demands of the testers. Slam the requisite number of vehicles and you'll complete the test, permanently adding the Prototype RTP 62-8S hoverboard to your garage at the Saints' church HQ.
