Introduction:
Welcome to Rocket League, Psyonix's sequel to Supersonic Acrobatic Rocket-Powered Battle-Cars. This game released for free with PlayStation Plus and possesses a simple, if grindy platinum trophy. Rocket League is, essentially, soccer with cars. You will be using 2 kinds of boosts to score goals for your team. The most professional of players use these skills to pull off the most complex manoeuvrers but for the purposes of this guide I will be showing you the simplest, cheapest way to earn each trophy.
The following is important. Read this before beginning your Platinum run:
You will most likely need a second controller for this Platinum. If not, you can ask a friend or find a boosting partner from this thread. Also, you can use a PS Vita in lieu of a second controller by connecting via remote play to player 1, then connecting your controller and signing it in as a guest to player 2.
Credit: TheManUtdFan for writing basically the entirety of the revisions for the F2P update. Their work greatly expedited updating this guide.
Walkthrough:
Step 1:

The first step covers miscellaneous and gameplay-related trophies. There are quite a few of these and you will need a second controller or otherwise another player to boost 3 of them. I've placed these first to give you ample opportunity to learn the controls before you move on. They cover a bunch of stuff like basic goals, winning games or getting goals in certain way. Also, this is where you will earn the one online trophy in the game: Barras Bravas. On the main menu, select Exhibition. From there, you will be given a few options to change.
Each trophy’s description will tell you what to do and what to change at this menu. A select few of these are better done in Freeplay mode, found in the Training section on the main menu. The trophy description will mention when Freeplay is better suited for it. Otherwise, assume Exhibition will be used as Freeplay does not count for many trophies. Also, bots will be turned off for all of these trophies. During this step, you will earn:
Helen’s Pride
Grease Monkey
Pitch Veteran
Rider’s Block
Break Shot
Turbocharger
Minute to Win it
Speed Demon
Pick-Me Up
Wall-Crawler
SARPBC Forever
Feather in Your Recap
Winner
Clean Sheet
Triple Threat
Double Up
Singles Club
Still A Show-Off
Traveler
Tinkerer
First-Timer
Barras Bravas
Friendly
Step 2:

After learning the controls in the first step, the practice drills will acquaint you with how the game’s mechanics will be used in actual gameplay. There are 3 of these and they can be completed on any difficulty. In this step, you will earn:
Drill Sergeant
Know the Drill
Step 3:

Season is where you will use the skills you have learned to win some games against bot opponents. You will have your own bot teammates to help, but their AI is not very good and often scores own goals.
You will have to play good enough to make up for how bad they are. Also, you will want to learn how to restart games that have turned against your favour as, once you complete a Season game, that progress is automatically saved. In doing that, you will earn Champion and Perfect Start on the first try and save some time. During this step, you will earn:
Champion
Rocketeer
Team Player
Perfect Start
Step 4:

Finally, you will need to keep completing games to unlock the remainder of the 150 items required for Stocked. Microtransactions and trading will significantly expedite the process of obtaining 150 items, so please visit the trophy boosting thread on this forum to search for like-minded players to trade with:
https://www.playstationtrophies.org/f...irst-post.html
Also, you may also need to idle and tie your controller with rubber bands for around 8 hours to get Far, Far Away..., depending on how long it took you to complete the previous steps.
Stocked
Far, Far Away… GLITCHED
Super Victorious
The Streak
Car Collector
Drops in the bucket

Welcome to Utopia Coliseum, the new DLC to Rocket League, Psyonix’s sequel to Supersonic Acrobatic Rocket-Powered Battle-Cars. This DLC released for free with the Rocket League 01.04 Update and possesses 3 simple trophies. Rocket League is, essentially, soccer with cars. These trophies may come naturally from playing online, but they can all easily be done in exhibition. In this guide I will be showing you the simplest way to earn each trophy.
Step 1:
The one and only step involves you earning all three trophies in one exhibition game. At the main menu, select Exhibition then set the Team Size to 4v4, Arena to Utopia Coliseum and Bot Difficulty to No Bots. During this game, you'll be attempting to earn Sky High so see that trophy for more information. At the end of the game you should have earned all three trophies.

Supersonic Fury DLC:

- Estimated trophy difficulty: 1/10 (Personal Estimate)
- Offline trophies: 6, 3
, 2
, 1
- Online trophies: 0
- Approximate amount of time to platinum: 3-4 hours
- Minimum number of playthroughs: 1 Season, and some exhibition matches
- Number of missable trophies: 0
- Glitched trophies: 3, Ride or Die (still obtainable), An Inch and 6.2 Miles and Don't Look Back
- Does difficulty affect trophies?: No
- Do cheat codes disable trophies?: No cheat codes
Introduction:
Supersonic Fury is the second DLC trophy pack released for Rocket League and was the first paid expansion for the game priced at £3.29/$3.99. However, as of the Free-to-Play release, this DLC has been removed, but the trophies have been changed to make them available to new players. It boasts 6 new trophies! See below all new additions in this brand new content. Most of the trophies can be earned Online, however for the sake of this guide, we will be using Exhibition matches as it will be easier.
As far as the trophies go, they are very similar to the main game and can be obtained very quickly in Exhibition matches with minimal, if any grinding required.
Update 1.08: As of update 1.08 you can use mutator settings to make Ride or Die and Don't Look Back slightly quicker.
Update 1.11: As of update 1.11 the requirement of unlocking An Inch and 6.2 Miles has reduced significantly to only 10km as opposed to 100km, this will make the trophy almost certainly unlock naturally.
Step 1 - Win a Season Championship
In this step, firstly win a season championship with Dominus. Make sure to change the decal and all paint finishes on your car of choice to get Ride or Die and Family, Not Friends too. Also, ensure to equip the Vortex, Cristiano or Spinner wheels as well to work towards An Inch and 6.2 Miles as you play.
By the end of this step, you will have unlocked:
Winning is Winning
Ride or Die
Family, Not Friends
Step 2 - Exhibition Matches/Misc Trophies
In this step, you will want to earn all the remaining trophies. First of all, go to the Garage and select Dominus or Takumi and customise it with a new decal and paint finish. By the time you have earned these trophies, you hopefully won't be too far away from An Inch and 6.2 Miles or will have very likely unlocked it already.
By the end of this step you will have unlocked:
An Inch and 6.2 Miles
Don't Look Back
Drift King

- Approximate amount of time to 100%: 30mins + (Skill dependant)
- Minimum number of playthroughs: 1 offline game, 1 online.
- Number of missable trophies: None
- Glitched trophies: None
- Does difficulty affect trophies?: Yes, Heartbreaker requires All-Star and Survival of the Fittest requires Unfair.
- Do trophies stack?: No
- Do cheat codes disable trophies?: While not strictly cheats, Mutators do not disable trophies.
Introduction:
Welcome to the third trophy add-on pack popular Rocket League. This used to be a paid DLC which brought you two new battle cars inspired by the predecessor SARPBC, along with a variety of new ways to decorate your cars, however as of the Free-to-Play update this DLC has been discontinued but thankfully the trophies were changed to allow anyone to get them. Unlike the previous trophies for this game, there are one or two that are challenging as they task you to win on higher difficulties as well as in an online match. Overall though, with a mixture of patience and technique to conquer the hardest difficulty, it shouldn’t be too taxing to regain your 100% for an average or better player. If you didn't play other than the plat and took the easiest route to the previous trophies, you may have more of a tough time but it is still doable with practice.
Walkthrough:
Step 1 - Set-up and match against unfair bots.
Go into your garage and pick Backfire. At this point, I'll assume anyone reading the guide won't have bought the DLC while available and will only have access to that, but if you do have Scarab or Zippy feel free to use them. Whichever you pick, equip a Topper, the Standard or Accelerato Boost and a Decal. Now start up a match on Urban Central on 1v2 Unfair difficulty. Now you’ll just need to win this. For tips, see the Guide.
During this step you'll unlock:
- Throwback
- Hot Shot, Part Two
- Survival of the Fittest
- Heartbreaker
Step 2 - Online Game
Now head into an online game, any type will do so go with whatever you are comfortable with. Win that to round off this DLC.
During this step you'll unlock:
- Natural Progression

- Minimum number of playthroughs: 1 online private match and a maximum of 3 exhibition matches.

Introduction
Welcome to Choas Run, the latest Wasteland Apocalypse themed DLC pack released for the 2015 hit Rocket League developed by Psyonix. The DLC used to be available for £3.29/$3.99 on the Playstation Store, but as of the Free-to-Play update, this has been removed and the trophies have been changed to allow new users to obtain them.
This acts like the previous DLC trophy packs, with 5 additional trophies. The trophies can be earned very quickly and easily despite the trophy descriptions which may appear intimidating to some but shouldn't take any longer than an hour to earn regardless of your skill level. The update also adds the Wasteland map free of charge and as you will see, it is required for one of the trophies in the DLC.
Thanks to cenorexia for the video for Psycho-Master Exploder.
Step 1 - Win a '4v4' online match
This may sound difficult, however there is a super easy way to earn this trophy in less than a minute using a Private match without bots and setting the Goal limit to 1. See My World is Fire for more information.
By the end of this step you will have unlocked:
My World is Fire
Step 2 - Score 10 goals with Merc or Grog and Breakout or Ripper, 50 Shots on Goal
In this step you will use both of the new Battle-cars or Merc and Breakout and score 10 goals with each against Pro difficulty level bots in exhibition matches. This will not take too long even if you aren't skilled at the game like myself, and this will contribute toward Ruthless depending on how many shots on goal you have during these 2 matches. You should also aim to destroy the opposition car 3 times as well here for Psycho-Master Exploder.
By the end of this step you will have unlocked:
Spectacular
Savage
Ruthless
Psycho-Master Exploder

Neo Tokyo DLC:
Overview:
- Estimated trophy difficulty: 2/10 - 9/10 (Varies depending on luck, skill, and trading)
- Offline trophies: 5 (5

- Online trophies: 3 (2
1
)
- Minimum number of playthroughs: Will vary depending on luck, skill or using new trading option.
- Approximate amount of time to complete: 6 + hours (depending on luck, skill, or trading)
- Number of missable trophies: 0
- Glitched trophies: no, but counters can be a little buggy - see warning notes.
- Does difficulty affect trophies?: No.
- Do cheat codes disable trophies?: No cheat codes.
- Recommended extra equipment: A second controller.
Welcome to Neo Tokyo, the new DLC to Rocket League, Psyonix’s sequel to Supersonic Acrobatic Rocket-Powered Battle-Cars. This DLC is released for free with the June 20, 2016 patch 1.19 (aka Title Update 7) and possesses 8 trophies. Five of the eight new trophies are really easy and can be done offline solo. The last three online trophies are based on luck, skill, and grinding. Rocket League is, essentially, soccer with cars. However, there was also a free basketball and hockey update that is needed for a few of these trophies. Some These trophies may come naturally from playing online, but most can all easily be done in exhibition. In this guide I will be showing you the simplest way to earn each trophy.
Step 1:
This step involves you earning all five offline trophies in exhibition games. At the main menu, select Exhibition then set the Team Size to 1v1, Arena to Rocket Labs and Bot Difficulty to No Bots. Then play a few games in Snow Day, and finally setting the arena to Hoops to finish off the offline trophies. See trophy descriptions for specific details.
Mad Scientist
Icing the Cake
Left Wing, Right Wing
Fast Break
Buzzer Beater
Step 2:
You'll want to hop on to multiplayer now and just play matches to earn the last three trophies. It will take several random games and some luck to finish these off. After your online grinding (and a little luck) you will earn:
Budding Artist
One Better
Certifiable
PATCH 1.22 Notes: When going for - One Better or Certifiable:
- Patch 1.22 brings in the rumble update and the ability to trade items making these trophies easier to achieve.
- Trading will allow people to get items easier from a friend.
- Rumble pick-ups will allow players to rank up certain skills like "juggle" more easily.
Warning Notes: When going for - One Better or Certifiable:
- Although this trophy is not glitched (they will unlock when your skill level reaches capable/veteran) the counters can be a bit buggy and you may play a few games where your stats were not counted on your item. After you play a game, if you quit out and see this happening while viewing your inventory, then you may want to close the app and reboot. There is nothing you can do, but the problem does eventually correct itself and stats will start counting again. It has happened to a few people, and it did happen to me as well.
- According to patch 1.11 - After playing for 10 hours in one week, the random drops will completely stop until next week. Apparently this measure was put in by the developers to stop people from just "playing" idle games in an attempt to collect items. This news can potentially make these two trophies even more difficult than they already are.
- If you're in a 1v1 game and you or your opponent quits, then any stats in that game will not be counted.
- Some people reported boosting works if you can find someone and both join a 1v1 game on an empty server. However, some have reported that this does not work. So you can try but success is not always guaranteed. This issue could also be due to the buggy counters mentioned in bullet point one.
- See here for some general notes: LINK

AquaDome DLC:
Overview:
- Estimated trophy difficulty: 2/10 (Personal opinion)
- Offline trophies: 7 (5
, 1
, 1
)
- Online trophies: 0 (All trophies can be done online or offline)
- Approximate amount of time to 100%: 2-5 hours (Personal opinion)
- Minimum number of playthroughs: Multiple matches
- Number of missable trophies: None
- Glitched trophies: No
- Does difficulty affect trophies?: No
- Do trophies stack?: No
- Do cheat codes disable trophies?: No cheats available.
Introduction:
AquaDome is another free DLC for Rocket League in the form of an update so providing you have the latest patch installed, then you will have this content. The AquaDome DLC adds the AquaDome map, as well as some cosmetic items for the online modes. None of the premium cars on the PS Store are needed to earn trophies in this DLC. Also note that the controls I've listed are based on my personal setup so you may have to adapt them to how they are in your game.
The trophies are ridiculously easy this time around. Only 1 trophy will take a couple hours of grinding, but the rest can be done within 10 minutes. If you have a second controller you can get every single trophy by yourself. You can also boost all the trophies with a friend or do them online by playing with randoms but doing them with friends make things much easier.
Use the following thread if you don’t have another controller and want to get them done easily: Trophy Boosting Thread
Walkthrough:
Step 1: Equip the Bubbles Rocket Trail, make sure the map is set to AquaDome and the Game Mode is Rumble.
As of September 16, 2020, you no longer need to have the Bubbles Rocket Trail. The trophy was updated to no longer require it equipped!
This is to setup everything you need to unlock the trophies so create a private/exhibition game with the following changes:
- Map: AquaDome
- Game Mode: Rumble
- Players: 2v2
- Bots: 0
Invite a friend or connect a second controller to make getting the trophies easier.
NOTE: The Bubbles Rocket Trail is part of the core game but isn't unlocked from the start so you will have to play a few games until it becomes available. However, the chances are you will already have it since this DLC came out over a year after the game was released.
Step 2: Obtain all the miscellaneous trophies.
Simply play a couple games and unlock every trophy except Rocket Genocider. This step should take around 10-20 minutes to unlock everything.
Trophies Unlocked:
GG
Trifecta
Infinite Power!
Stopped Cold
Sea Turtle
Get Up, Mr. Bubbles!
Step 3: Clean Up + Rocket Genocider.
By now you should have every trophy except Rocket Genocider. Now just make an exhibition game with no bots and grind out the remaining shots needed. This will take around 2+ hours.
Trophy Unlocked:
Rocket Genocider
Good luck and have fun!

Dropshot is the 6th trophy DLC for Rocket League and was patched in for free. To enable these trophies and the update you must download the most recent patch (which is v1.31 as of the time of writing this Guide) which shall automatically add the update to the game. The Dropshot DLC comes with a lot of new features which will be listed below. A big change this time around is to the competitive playlist. Along with this DLC comes the new competitive Season, Season 4. Completely changing the way ranks are calculated and even removing Neo Tokyo from the competitive playlist. Whilst none of this is important to earning this packs specific trophies it is one of the main focuses around the update being released. For more information on what's changed in the current season see here: LINK
As with most of the recent Rocket League DLC trophies, this list comprises of easy trophies and one really grindy trophy. For more information relating to this short grind see Buckminster x10
Some big changes from within this update include:
- Competitive season ranking system overhaul
- A brand new crate named the "Turbo Crate" which will be available from post game drops
- Painted boosts and a new import car body named "Endo"
- Tips on loading screens
- Time played stat tracker
More information on this update and a full list of patch notes, you can locate them HERE

Step 1: Obtain all miscellaneous trophies, leaving Dropshot for last

Trophies earned in this step:
Registered Voter
Metaverse
Brave the Elements
Step 2: Obtain all the Dropshot trophies
In this step you will be playing 2 games of Dropshot, one with a 5 minute game alone with no bots and another with unlimited timer to grind out the remaining 2 trophies.

INTRODUCTION
Welcome to Rocket League’s 2nd Anniversary. To celebrate it, they have released a new update entitled: Champions Field. This DLC was released for free with the July 5, 2017 v1.35 update and possesses 6 trophies. A few of these trophies can easily be done offline in a 1vs1 game against bots, while the remaining trophies must be completed online and are based on trading items and grinding out 30 scores and/or assists in some casual or competitive matches. Rocket League's 2nd Anniversary Update also includes a new arena (associated with a trophy), new customizable goal explosions, rocket trails, new cars, a new competitive season and much more. In this Guide I will be showing you the simplest way to earn each trophy.
WALKTHROUGH
Step 1: Get the two offline trophies.
This step involves you earning both of the offline trophies. Before you start your first game, go to your garage and manage your inventory items. Select 5 items of the same quality to trade in and receive an item of the next-highest quality in return. For example: Select 5 rare items and trade them in for a very rare item. Doing so will earn you the Trade Secret trophy. Now, select and equip a Very Rare item. Return to the Main Menu, and select Exhibition, set the Team Size to 1v1, any arena with turbulent AKA 'stormy' weather and Bot Difficulty to No Bots. Finally, finish the match and pop the Storm Trooper
trophy. See trophy descriptions for specific details. During this step you will earn:
Trade Secret
Storm Trooper
Step 2: Trade with a friend and compete in online games:
Now invite a friend to trade with and earn Swap Meet , then head into the online modes and earn the rest of the trophies. At least one of these matches has to be on the new Champions Field arena for Good Times
. It will take ten matches in any Competitive Playlist to finish off Rank Up
. Finally, you may or may not need a few clean-up games of your choice, in either Competitive or Casual matches to finish getting 30 combined assists and/or goals for Coming on Strong
. After your online grinding you will earn:
Swap Meet
Good Times
Rank Up
Coming on Strong

Introduction:
Just when you thought you’d put this to bed for good, Psyonix gives us what we’ve all wanted for more than a year: more Rocket League trophies! As expected, they are pretty straight forward and there are workarounds for those that may seem more difficult than you would think. If you can get lucky or have some degree of skill with the game you could be done within an hour, but even average players shouldn’t take much longer.
See the Trophy Boosting Thread if you need help earning these trophies.
Walkthrough:
Step 1 – Create or join a club
An easy trophy to get you started. Simply create a club from the game’s main menu or have a friend invite you to one that they’ve created. This will pop:
Join the Club!
Step 2 – Play matches with your clubmate
Complete ten online matches with your clubmate. Win or lose, it doesn’t matter. Hopefully you can score a goal against a team made up of players in a club of their own as well. See the trophy guide for more details. This step will earn you:
Together is Better
People Person
Squad Goals
Step 3 – Play a tournament match
The final two trophies left are related to tournaments. You can either create one yourself or join one about to start. Simply participate in one match for one trophy and if you’re good enough, get the MVP award for another. See the guide for more details. The final two trophies to get you back to 100% completion are:
New Challenger
Best of the Bunch
