Introduction:

This game has a mixture of both single player trophies and multiplayer trophies. You can choose to do either one of them first or you can mix them up to keep your interest going in the game. The time to platinum is a complete estimate as it really depends on your overall skill in the online portion of the game. There really is not much to this game and thus is not much to this road map.

Walkthrough:

Single Player

If you want to get all the single player trophies in one playthrough, you’ll need to play through the game on 007 difficulty. This is the hardest difficulty but still should not prove too difficult in the process. There is a trophy per level that requires the player to do a certain task or to complete a portion of the level a certain way. Look at the trophy list or the guide prior to playing a level to make sure you do this.

There are other trophies based on collections. There are power weapons that can be found on most levels and are located inside of a metal case. You’ll either need to explore or use a guide to find these. There are also multiple cell phones in most levels that you’ll need to collect. Again, either explore well or use a guide.

While playing, especially if on 007, you'll more than likely be trying to get headshots. There are trophies related to killing enemies with one shot so this will come as you play the game.

Lastly, there is a chapter select so that you can return to a level if you happen to miss out on a trophy.

Multiplayer - No longer possible due to server closure.

The task that will take the most time for this portion of the game will be to earn 100,000 credits. This may seem like a grind but you’ll need almost that many credits to purchase all the unlockables so it’s not that bad. There are primary weapons, secondary weapons, grenades, gadgets and attachments to buy. There are also golden versions of some weapons that will need to be purchased. There is no recommended order of stuff to buy since you’ll need it all anyway. Purchase what you think will help you win more games and get a higher score in each game.

There are some trophies for certain modes of online play. The best way is to pick a trophy, such as “Dr. No,” and play that mode until you get the trophy. Once that’s done, move on to the next. The mode you’ll likely play the most is the Golden Gun mode. You’ll need 100 kills with the golden gun for the trophy “A Licensed Troubleshooter.” You can boost this on the forum however I haven’t heard of many successful stories coming from boosting this so you may just want to play normally. You’ll likely earn a lot of your needed credits while playing this mode. Once you do all the mode specific trophies, play whichever mode you’re the best at and that you can consistently get the most credits in a game.

The other online trophies require killing a certain number of enemies with blind fire, while behind cover or just killing a total number in general. You will likely get all of these while playing toward the 100,000 credits needed.

51 trophies ( 40  )

  • Achieved 00 Status.

    UNOBTAINABLE DUE TO SERVER CLOSURE

Collect all the other trophies to unlock this one. Well done 007. Perhaps there may be hope for you yet!
  • Takedown 50 enemies.

Takedowns are close combat moves activated by hitting . You will enter a quick-time event and have to hit the right button in order to complete the move. A takedown can be done in one of two ways:

    1. Surprise an enemy from behind using stealth.
    2. Rush an enemy and activate the takedown before he shoots you.

Through the game you will be offered several opportunities to get the jump on enemies, so take them whenever and wherever they appear and you should easily hit 50 before finishing your second play-through.

The kills are cumulative across all playthroughs.
  • Hack all locks.

None of the locks can be missed or bypassed. They are all placed as obstacles directly in your path, so you are forced to complete this trophy by simply finishing the game. There are locks in:

    1 lock - White’s Estate
1 lock - Science Center Exterior
    3 locks - Miami Airport
    1 lock - Casino Royale
    2 locks - Eco Hotel

Because of this you will unlock this trophy in the course of your first play-through.

The lock mini game becomes easier or harder depending on the difficulty setting.
  • Disable 10 cameras.

Cameras are disabled via yellow junction boxes located below or near to the cameras themselves. You will more than likely disable the required number through the course of two play-throughs.

Alternatively, you could use level select to accumulate the number needed. That should not really be necessary though.
  • Defeat 50 enemies with one shot each.

Kill 50 men with a single shot apiece. Headshots are the order of the day here, and thankfully are not that hard to pull off. Take every opportunity that arises to pick them off. You should really be getting in the habit of going for headshots more often than not, as it is the most economical way of dispatching a group of enemies.

    Jimmy B would approve.

Also: the LTK Super Magnum power weapon will produce a one shot kill if the enemy is hit centre mass (the chest). For the locations of this weapon, see the Thunderball trophy.

This trophy is cumulative across all saved playthroughs.
  • In White’s Estate, open the cellar door with one shot.

As you approach the mansion in the level White's Estate, a lookout will shoot at you from a balcony on the right side of the building. Take him down with a single shot, and he will fall straight down. Do this right and he will open the cellar door for you, using his head as the key.

Remember: The single shot part is the key to getting this trophy, so aim carefully.
  • In Siena, shoot all seven satellite dishes on the rooftops.

The seven dishes are located on and between the various surrounding roof tops littering the level. All seven are located between where you first emerge at street level at one end, and the bell towers at the other.

A picture is worth a thousand words, and a video a million. So the easiest way to find all seven of the various dish positions, follow the video below:

If you have not unlocked the trophy before reaching the tower, you have missed one or more of the dishes.
  • In Opera House, move through backstage without alerting the guards.

There are a few key points to keep on mind while trying to accomplish this feat:

    - The silencer is your friend: equip your silencer BEFORE you begin.

    - Keep an eye out for the yellow camera power boxes: you should look to disable each camera you meet. The box will be close by somewhere.

    - Watch patrol patterns for opportunities for Takedowns: there is no better feeling than blindsiding some hapless goon.

    - Take your time: seriously, go slow. The worst thing you could do with this one is try to rush it. Take it one step at a time, and get a good look at each area BEFORE proceeding.

Follow those tips and this one can be easily done on the first try.
  • In Sink Hole, kill the helicopter pilot while the gunners are still alive.

This one can prove to be tricky. The best method I could come up with was to place myself behind and slightly back from one of the rock pillars. I used the pillar to hide the bulk of my body out of sight of the machine gunners, and set the sniper rifle sight aiming at a point that I knew the helicopter cockpit would pass through.

As soon as the cockpit crosses the sight, open fire. Track the pilot as necessary, but depending on your aim, only a few shots will be needed.
  • Outside Science Center, defeat each sniper guard with one shot.

There are six snipers in total: the original 3 pacing the first floor balcony, and the 3 additional men who appear on the Science Centre roof. Make sure that you take them all out with ONE SHOT KILLS, so you should use six shots in total. And remember to hold your breath to steady your sight.
  • Inside the Science Center, shoot down all the lights in the main hall.

There are 4 sets of lights hanging in the main atrium (the room with the aircraft). Two are hanging near the left wall; the other two are on the right. Shoot them all down to get this easy trophy.
  • In Airport, save the Skyfleet servers without breaking stealth.

You need to move from the start of the level to the third server room without setting off any alarms. Keep out of sight of any cameras. Shut them down whenever you get an opportunity. And make sure that when you shoot the guards they are not in an area that can be viewed by a camera or another guard. If any bodies are seen, the alarms will go off!

The trickiest bit is taking out the final guard and camera outside the third server room. Make your way to the pillar opposite to the one in which the camera is mounted. Wait for the camera to move away from the guard, and take him out. You now have only a few seconds to quickly deactivate the camera, before it can move back and see the body. Speed is key, so don’t hang around.
  • In Train, only use the P99 while on the freight train.

From the time you set foot on the freight train (the second train), until the time you jump back onto the first train, you must only use the P99. Keep it simple, and do not change weapons at all. Take your time and work your way from car to car. Once you make the jump back to the first train, the trophy should pop.
  • In Casino Royale, reach the spa room without alerting or attacking the guards.

This is a delicate one. Wait until the first guard begins to move to the right, then head straight for the balcony and slowly move out onto the ledge. Make your way around to the second apartment. Use your phone to judge the guard movements, and make your way to the office opposite the locker room. Wait for the guard to pass in the hall before moving the laundry car to get into the room. Be watchful of the guard as you move the trolley into position and reach for the vent. From there on, it’s a doddle. Just follow the vent.
  • In Barge, save Vesper in under two minutes.

Believe it or not, this mission is actually about taking your time. The idea is to take a man out with each shot. Your first target should be the sniper who will appear to the right of the searchlight. Wait for him before going after the others. For the men moving along the gangway, aim at a point ahead of them and wait for them to run into your crosshair. And make sure to shoot the gas canisters where appropriate for an insta-kill.

Remember one shot, one kill. The rest will take care of itself. If you find yourself taking too long, replay the level a few times. Learn the sequence of where the enemies come from. It does not change, so you can anticipate their appearance and cut vital seconds off your time.

TIP: remember to hit the ammo box for extra bullets before you start, as you will not have time to go to it halfway through the battle.
  • In Venice, defeat Gettler with one shot.

Near the end of the chase through the building in the Venice chapter, you will pick up a nail gun. Make sure to aim high: go for the head shot to make sure he goes down. If you get a hit, you will get the trophy. But it is a one shot deal, so make it count.

If you miss, reload the chapter and have another go.
  • In Eco Hotel, kill the driver of the car.

This is the first action of the level. As you walk down the entrance ramp to the underground car-park, a car will come barreling out of the gate. Stand your ground and open up on the driver. The closer he gets the easier the shot is.

It does not matter if he kills you. If you manage to get him first, you will get the trophy anyway. If you don’t get him and get run over, you will get another chance straight away. Keep trying, you’ll get it.
  • Collect all cell phones.

Difficulty: EASY | Single Player Mode

The cell phones are scattered across most of the levels in the single player game. They ring when you are near, so make sure to keep your ears pricked and the TV volume up. If you hear one, stop and have a quick look around.

To see which phones you have already collected, press to access your own mobile, and hit twice. There will be numbered spaces for each piece of information. Number 1 is always reserved for the Mission Briefing, but the rest are all phones. So if the spaces are numbered 1 to 6, then 2 to 6 are the phones.

The phones are not hidden as such, and you will happen across most through the course of normal play. A few are a little out of the way, or not too obvious. For the location of every phone in the game, follow the information below:

Phone 5: After the burning kitchen, in the dining room, far right closet.

Collected phones disappear from the game world on subsequent playthroughs. If you miss a phone for any reason, you can use the Chapter Select to go back and retrieve it after.

NOTE: Make sure to save the game before quitting, so as not to lose the phone. I recommend you play on to the next checkpoint before saving and quitting, just being on the safe side.
  • Collect all power weapons.

If you look hard enough, you will find a power weapon lying around somewhere in each of the levels, except for Casino Royale. They are the weapons found in the gold suitcases. They pack more of a punch than normal guns, and often have higher rates of fire than the normal armaments. They can be a huge help when completing the game on 007 difficulty.

For a list of each gun and its location, see below:

    WHITE'S ESTATE:
Hutchinson A3 shotgun: In an alcove on the left side of the winding corridor, after entering the mansion cellar.

    SIENA:
LTK Super Magnum: In the bedroom, entered through the window, look to the left hand side.

    OPERA HOUSE:
TLD 22s: After the sniper section, when the timer starts. Jump down and head to the right hand side.

    SlNK HOLE:
D.A.D. System: In the bunker like cave which overlooks the cavern, just before the helicopter arrives, follow path to the end. Can go no further.

    SHANTY TOWN:
8-CAT: In the hut you have to defend, directly in front of you as you enter. You can’t miss it.

    SCIENCE CENTER EXTERIOR:
D.A.D. System: After the guarded car park, Up one floor, a door is opened by an enemy. Go in.

    SCIENCE CENTER INTERIOR:
TLD 22: To the right, after the elevator escape sequence.

    MIAMI AIRPORT:

    MONTENEGRO TRAIN:
LTK Super Magnum: As you drop down into the 2nd carriage, go around the bar. It is tucked in there. Easy one to miss.

    BARGE:
TLD 22: After you shoot through the porthole to cause the explosion, look in the second room on your right behind a table.

    VENICE:
LTK Super Magnum: After the balance beam, before entering the defended courtyard through the windowed hallway. Hard to miss.

    ECHO HOTEL:

If you miss a weapon for any reason, you can use the Chapter Select to go back and retrieve it after.

NOTE: Make sure to save the game before quitting, so as not to loose the phone. I recommend you play on to the next checkpoint before saving and quitting, just being on the safe side.
  • Defeat an enemy with one shot.

Pop an enemy with a head shot, trophy is yours. You should be trying for headshots on every enemy anyway. But even if you are not trying to get this, you WILL luck out and get one by accident sooner or later.

  • Complete game on 007.

This is the hardest skill level available in the main game. The enemies become a lot more aggressive and accurate, which can make certain levels a much harder proposition. You may need a couple, if not several, restarts to get through some sections. Persevere though, and this mode is very beatable. If you are experienced in playing other first person shooters, especially either of the COD: Modern Warfares, this should prove to be no problem.

Average Game Time = 7 hours.

Using the power weapons for this run through is highly recommended.

    See Thunderball for more details.

If you complete the game in 007 difficulty on your first run, you will also unlock the trophies for all the other lower difficulties as the trophies stack.

  • Melee the Player with the Golden Gun.

    UNOBTAINABLE DUE TO SERVER CLOSURE

In Golden Gun mode online, one player will have the gun itself, a grenade launching pistol with unlimited ammunition. He/she will drop the gun once killed, so it can change hands regularly. As you can probably imagine, the mode is a high intensity kill-or-be-killed affair.

To melee a player, first get up and personal. Click to punch once you feel you are close enough.

The idea is to sneak up on the player with the Golden Gun. You have to try to time it so that he is looking in another direction. He/she should be under constant attack from all sides, so keep watch and use the radar to judge the perfect moment to strike. Keep trying and eventually you will get it.

If all else fails, try rushing him. You may just get lucky!
  • Defuse a bomb in Bond Versus once.

    UNOBTAINABLE DUE TO SERVER CLOSURE

Be tactful in this game mode. Play like a spy really would. Keep your head down and take your time. DO NOT rush around every corner, as you will get your ass handed to you.

Try to stay on the opposite side of the map to the bulk of your enemies. Make your way to the nearest bomb and try to pick out any lurking guards. Take them out and defuse that bomb.

  • Win a round as Bond in Bond Versus mode.

    UNOBTAINABLE DUE TO SERVER CLOSURE

When you enter Bond Verses mode, one player will be selected as Bond. This will cycle with each round. You will eventually become Bond. Get to a bomb and defuse it. There will be three dotted around the level. You only need to diffuse two for a win.

Credits, the in-game currency, are earned through general online play. They are awarded for enemy kills and in-game objective completion. In my experience, the two best games in which to score credits in large quantities are Territory Control and Golden Gun. Golden Gun in particular can yield high scores if you are good enough and manage to hold onto the gun for any length of time.

Credits, the in game currency, are earned through general online play. They are awarded for enemy kills and in game objective completion. In my experience, the two best games in which to score credits in large quantities are Territory Control and Golden Gun. Golden Gun in particular can yield high scores if you are good enough and manage to hold onto the gun for any length of time.

The easiest way to make progress and avoid collecting becoming too monotonous is to aim to get enough to buy the next gun or gadget. As soon as you have enough, buy it, move onto the next one on the list and repeat.

By the time you have unlocked/bought everything available in the store, (and been awarded the Chemin de Fer trophy for your trouble), you will have won and spent a total of 90,300 credits. From there it is only a short 10,000 points to the end. This will more than likely be the last trophy you collect.

TIP: you do not have to have all the cash in one large lump. The amount is accumulative over all games played, so feel free to spend the cash to upgrade your weapons and gadgets.
  • Be a top player in an online match.

    UNOBTAINABLE DUE TO SERVER CLOSURE

You will eventually get this on the way towards platinum. Just keep playing, and do your best. It will come sooner or later.
  • Play 100 online matches.

    UNOBTAINABLE DUE TO SERVER CLOSURE

You will eventually get this on the way towards platinum. Just keep playing. You will need to play many more matches than this to get the platinum.
  • Win 5 Territory Control online matches.

    UNOBTAINABLE DUE TO SERVER CLOSURE

Just keep playing the Territory Control mode and you will eventually get this one. It does depend a lot on how good your team is, but the teams are mixed up regularly. You are bound to be on the winning side as often as not.
  • Eliminate 100 players with the Golden Gun in Golden Gun mode.

    UNOBTAINABLE DUE TO SERVER CLOSURE

This one can be tricky. The key to this mode is not just getting the Golden Gun, but keeping it. I recommend finding a spot in the level where enemies can only come at you one way:

    - In Barge, head to the bow and find cover behind the small wall.
    - In Chemical Plant, get behind the vending machines, or up on the walkways.
    - In Eco Hotel, use the tunnels and keep moving. Etc.

The idea is to make yourself hard to hit while making it easy for you to take others out. Remember, the Golden Gun can kill using mere splash damage. You don’t necessarily have to hit an enemy to kill him. Aim for the floor or towards a wall near to the target enemy. The bigger the target, the easier the kill.

In a decent Golden Gun game you can easily score between 400 and 1000 points. Keep at it and you will rack up some serious scores.
  • Eliminate 1,000 players across all games played.

    UNOBTAINABLE DUE TO SERVER CLOSURE

You should easily get over 1,000 kills on your way to earning 100,000 credits. It should be simply a matter of playing until the award pops up. If you are in a hurry, head into Golden Gun games. If you can manage to hold onto the gun, the bodies soon stack up.
  • Eliminate 10 players while blind firing from cover across all games.

    UNOBTAINABLE DUE TO SERVER CLOSURE

While playing online, you will often come up behind other players. Do not just blast them. Use this opportunity to get to the nearest cover. And take them down using blind fire.

Alternatively, high traffic areas in levels can be used. Lie in wait for enemies to come at you. This is a dangerous method however, as they are as likely to come up behind you as from the front.
  • Eliminate 100 players while in cover across all games.

    UNOBTAINABLE DUE TO SERVER CLOSURE

This is an easy one, and includes kills from both blind fire and aiming from cover. Just reach the total, taking every opportunity that arises. You should be using cover regularly anyway, so this should come quickly enough.
  • Escape as Bond in Bond Evasion mode.

    UNOBTAINABLE DUE TO SERVER CLOSURE

Let your team go ahead to clear the way. Keep your head down, and stay away from any gunfire you hear. When the opportunity presents itself, make a run for it.

Note: You MUST make it to the escape point to get this trophy. If the whole other team gets eliminated you will win the round, but you won't get the trophy because you didn't make it to the escape point. Thanks to Manifest Density Pt. 2.
