Head Otter Trophy

    Wear the sea otter head.

    This is in the "World of Kelp" level inside the Aquatic Fun Center. You need to do some kelp related mini games and in the final section, you will need to control an otter and block the kelp coming at you (think soccer goalie). After that is over, simply grab the head of the otter you were controlling and put in on yourself.
