My Name is Mayo 3 is supposedly the final entry in the Mayo trilogy. As with the previous two entries, this game tells stories as you click on a jar of Mayo. The twist in the last entry was the addition of mini-games. The unfortunate twist in this entry is that the second half of the game is a "walking sim." And while there are some mini-games in this section, none of them are tied to trophies so it's merely to help break up the monotony of having to walk through a forest for 25 minutes.
If you have a turbo controller, you are going to be able to get through the first half of the game a bit quicker. You will still need to click through stickers in a separate menu, but you'll at least be able to save your fingers from 7,000 taps.
If you do not have a turbo controller, you can press and alternately to help speed up the clicking process.
Step 1: Click 300 times to unlock the substories
In order to begin the substories, you need first to make 300 taps on the Mayo jar.
Step 2: Complete each of the three substories
Once you have clicked 300 times, you are able to access the substories in the menu. Each substory is a crumpled piece of paper in the bottom left. Each time a sticker is earned, go back into the menu and select that sticker in the substory to progress further.
Step 3: Unlock the final sticker
When you have completed all three substories, you still need to reach a total of 7,000 taps to unlock the final sticker and proceed to the second half of the game.
Step 4: Walk 10 miles
The second half of the game is a walking sim. Reach a total of 10 miles to complete the game and earn the platinum.
