The servers have closed, thus the Platinum is now unobtainable if you didn't get the online trophies before that happened.

Introduction
Medal of Honor (2010) is a reboot of the franchise by Electronic Arts. The Singleplayer campaign is developed by Danger Close, whereas DICE, the studio behind the hugely successful Battlefield: Bad Company 2, lend their assistance for the Multiplayer portion. The theme of the game is set in Afgahanistan based on the US army operations during their time there. This gives the game a more realistic backdrop as opposed to its other competitors.
In the Singleplayer Campaign, you will be playing as both the Spec Ops and the US Army Rangers across a variety of locations waging war in the Suburbs, Towns, Hill Settlements, Snowy Mountains and so forth. The multiplayer allows you to play as both the Coaliton force and the OPFOR and is divided into 4 game modes: Combat Mission, Team Assault, Sector Control and Objective Raid. There is also a hardcore online option available for those interested in it.
Roadmap
Potential Glitches: Personally, I have not had any problems with the trophies in my experience. However, there have been reports of trophies not unlocking correctly upon fulfilling requirements. As yet there are no glitched trophies that are 100% totally unattainable, so just be aware that certain trophies might only unlock after several attempts.
Step 1: Complete the Campaign on HARD difficulty
The campaign spans the length of 10 missions where you play either as the TIER1 Operators or the US Army Rangers. Hard difficulty simply makes you take more damage and slower health re-gen, but it is nothing compared to the likes of COD:World at War on Veteran or Killzone2's Elite difficulties. You can practically run up to most enemies and knife them then spray bullets to kill anyone nearby, but for purposes of the next step I advise you not to. Learn the maps, familiarize with objectives, where to go and who to shoot. Also do try to complete the secondary trophies for each mission. Completing this step will unlock "
The Battle is Won" and "...
But the War Rages On" difficulty based trophies in a single step.
Step 2: Complete TIER1 Challenge Mode
TIER1 Challenge Mode is basically a time trial challenge where your aim is to complete each mission under the specific target time. Enemies are more accurate and hit harder, there are no ammo resupplies, and most significantly there are
NO CHECKPOINTS. You die, you gotta start over. Completing this challenge will unlock "
Conspicious Gallantry". I have written a general strategy guide for this which you can find here:
Step 3: Complete Multiplayer Trophies
Most of the trophies will come as you play, and you need to play a minimum of 8 hours, 2 in each game type. The hardest trophy and a possible stumbling block towards achieving Platinum is Multiplayer: Fire Controller, where you need to have used each Offensive Support Action (OffSA) once.
The highest level OffSA requires a scorechain of 600, and is very hard to achieve. The game lobby utilizes a matchmaking system based on your calculated skill, so I advise you to work on this right from the start when you're matched against people of lower skill (though that doesn't necessarily mean they're newbies).
It is possible to boost this trophy according to my experience but it will require at the very least 4 hours of your time together with patient and cooperative members who are willing to listen to orders and not screw things up. Having a headset/using Instant Messengers is essential because each match can fit up to 24 players and the PSN Chatroom can only fit 16.
Step 4: Clean Up
You probably missed some of the secondary campaign trophies if you need this step, and if you do, don't fret. You can go for them again via mission select. Congrats on Platinum!
