This trophy can be a bit f a tricky one to unlock. You can't swing, otherwise it won't work; you have to glide, and only glide, all the way from Financial District to Astoria. A crucial tip for this is to complete the Financial District, clearing out all the crimes and side missions. That way, you will unlock fast travel there, which makes it much easier to restart a failed run. Fast travel to the northernmost tip of the Financial District, and begin your run from there.
