The first thing that you should do, in your quest to 100% the Spider-Man 2 trophy list, is finish the game's main story. Once you have gone through all of the main missions and reached the story's conclusion, you will unlock this trophy, and you will then be free to explore the map and go after all the other trophies on the list.
