Step 1 - 1st Playthrough
Start a new game and select Challenging as the difficulty. This is the hardest difficulty in the game, but apart from a few boss fights it is not that challenging, especially if playing in two player co-op.
Whenever your character dies during the game, the system automatically switches control to one of the other playable characters. You can then walk up to the KO’d character and then revive him/her by pressing . This coupled with some generous checkpoints makes dying not as annoying as other games.
Whilst playing though each level keep an eye out for any collectable stone fragments. These are needed to complete various Super Hero Feats (trackable via the pause menu). Unfortunately you will not be able to collect every single fragment during this playthrough, as some areas are only accessible with certain characters. You will need to play Free Play Episodes to finish collecting everything.

Step 2 – 2nd Playthrough (Free Play)
Whilst in your headquarters to the right of the screen you will see a computer terminal, from here you can access the free play Episodes.
You will need to play through all the Episodes again, this time though you will have access to all the super heroes you have used during the main story, so you should be able to access any secret areas previously inaccessible.
If when you are doing freefall sections, you are able to pause the game and restart the checkpoint any time you wish. The game saves every time you collect an item, so once collected the item is saved even if you restart checkpoints.
You will also want to complete all Hero Feats whilst playing through this section. Check the individual trophies for descriptions of each Feat.

Step 3 – Challenge Mode
The final step in the game is to complete all the challenges within challenge mode.
Some of these challenges can be very very annoying, but with patience you should have no problem completing each challenge. I found that some of these challenges were easier to complete if you use 2 players rather than attempting it on your own.
The reason this step is left until last, is because you unlock new challenges whilst playing through the game and completing Heroic Feats.

Safety First

Defend the S.H.I.E.L.D. Building without losing a power node.

Before the boss fight of Episode Seven “City of Doom”, you will have to defend three vents/power nodes from being attacked by Doom Bots. Just make sure that no vent is destroyed during this sequence and the trophy will unlock.
If you do lose a vent, you can pause the game and then restart the checkpoint, to try this again. This can also be attempted during Free Play mode, which is a little easier, because you can choose which character you are more comfortable with.
Elite Hack Master

Completed every Hack challenge.

At the main menu, select challenges and then Hack Attack.
You have to complete six circuits in total to unlock this trophy
You start on circuit 1 and have to complete this before the next one will unlock.
Times to beat are:
*Circuit 1 – 14 Seconds
*Circuit 2 – 18 Seconds
*Circuit 3 – 20 Seconds
*Circuit 4 – 38 Seconds
*Circuit 5 – 40 Seconds
*Circuit 6 – 50 Seconds
Robo Racer

Completed every race challenge.

At the main menu, select challenges and then Iron Man Robo Race.
You have to beat six track times in total to unlock this trophy
You start on track 1 and have to complete this before the next one will unlock.

Some of the rewards for completing the feats within the game are new challenges. You need to complete each challenge once to unlock this trophy. To know if you have already completed a challenge look to see if the top score list is populated. If not then you still need to complete this challenge.
Stark Certified

Completed all of Iron Man's Heroic Feats.

Defeat 50 Enemies with the Hero Up Pickup.
Firstly you need to collect the SHS Badge “Hero UP” (This is dropped randomly, so this feat is a bit of a grind) Once you have the pickup, kill as many enemies as you can, until the pickup wears off. Continue this until you unlock this Feat.

3-Deadly Darling
Complete all previous Heroic Feats
This will unlock after the above two Feats have been completed.
Slice 'N Dice

Completed all of Wolverine's Heroic Feats.

Wolverine has three Heroic Feats that need to be completed to unlock this Trophy.
They are:
1-Bub
Defeat 100 Doombots as Wolverine
The Doombots are the green enemies, which can be found on Episode seven. A quick location for these is within the challenges. Select “Challenges” then “Survival” and then “Construction Site”.

2-Soul Stone Fragment
Collect 100 Soul Stone Fragments.
These fragments are found in Episodes 5, 8 and 10. You will find these fragments scattered throughout the levels, after killing enemies and destroying breakable objects. Some of these fragments are in hidden areas, which will only be available during Free Play.

3-Slice 'N Dice
Complete all previous Heroic Feats
This will unlock after the above two Feats have been completed.
T-Rex Nino

Completed all of Reptil's Heroic Feats.

Reptil has three Heroic Feats that need to be completed to unlock this Trophy.

Hulk has three Heroic Feats that need to be completed to unlock this Trophy.
They are:
1-Let them smash cake
Hit Nightmare with 3 candles during one fight
At the end of Episode 3, you will face off against Nightmare. Wait until he drops some mines and stands still in the middle of the cake. Run towards one of the candles and pick it up and then drop it one him. Do this three times in total.

2-Mind Stone Fragments
Collect 100 Mind Stone Fragments
These fragments are found in Episodes 3, 8 and 10. You will find these fragments scattered throughout the levels, after killing enemies and destroying breakable objects. Some of these fragments are in hidden areas, which will only be available during Free Play.

During Episode 4, you will be in the throne room and have to levitate bomb tubes into a control panel to open a door. Levitate the tubes into enemies to kill them (Do this by levitating the tube with and then quickly pressing . Kill 10 enemies this way to unlock the Feat.

This will unlock after the above two Feats have been completed
Flying High

Completed all of Falcon's Heroic Feats.

Falcon has three Heroic Feats that need to be completed to unlock this Trophy.

Defeat six or more enemies with a single heroic attack.

To use a Heroic attack, you will first need to have the special attack available (You will see two circles underneath your name at the top left of the screen. If one of these are yellow then you can use a Heroic Attack). To use a Heroic attack press . Defeat Six enemies at the same time using one heroic attack to unlock the trophy.
Deflected!

Reflected an enemies attack back at them.

To reflect an enemies attack back at them press just before they hit you. I got this when I was doing the tutorial on blocking with the training dummies during Episode 2.
Take that, Villain!

Defeated an enemy with a parry.

Block an enemies attack with and as soon as the attack is blocked, attack with . This may take a few tries, but as blocking will become a massive tool towards your survival, this should become second nature..
Super Hero Up!

Revived a teammate.

Super Revive Hero

Revived a team mate 10 times.

To Revive a team mate that is KO’d, walk up to him/her and press . Do this 10 times for the trophy to unlock.
Hero Punch

Broke through the defenses of a defending enemy.

To get this trophy, keep attacking an enemy that blocks your attacks, and once you have hit the enemy a few times you will break through the defenses and unlock the trophy.

The Large One!

Saved the Skrull Throne World from Galactus.

This trophy is unlocked at the end of Episode Eight after you have beaten the Boss at the end of the Episode.
Jump Hero!

Barrel Jumping Hero.

During Episode 5, you come to a section where you have to jump over barrels whilst proceeding up a building (ala Donkey Kong). To unlock this trophy you need to reach the top of the building without hitting any of the barrells.
This will not unlock if you attempt this whilst playing 2 player coop unless both players reach the top without hitting any of the barrells.
Lost, then found, then lost again

Defended the Hellicarrier from Assault… but lost the Infinity Stones.

The Overmaster's Underworld

Infiltrated Thanos' Hideout.

You waited calmly in Grandmaster’s Green Room.

At the start of Episode six, you are in a room where you have to wait until the woman that is in there allows you to exit. Do nothing while you are waiting and when you are allowed to exit the room, the trophy will unlock.
Nothing is Forever

Saved Super Hero City and Redeemed Silver Surfer.

Big Red

Complete all of Red Skull's Heroic Feats.
Red Skull has just one Heroic Feat that needs to be completed:

A Victory of Science!
Defeat 50 enemies with Red Skull’s Heroic Attack

Easy, just get the meter filled and use your Heroic attack on 50 enemies.
The best place to farm this is Episode/Chapter 4, right at the start you have to protect 3 power cores. There are massive amounts of enemies spawning there so you'll have plenty of time to do around 30-40 Heroic Attack kills. They all group up around the power cores which makes them really easy to hit too.
Cap!

Complete all of Captain America's Heroic Feats.
Captain America has just one Heroic Feat that needs to be completed:

Living Legend
Defeat 50 enemies with Captain America’s Heroic Attack

Easy, just get the meter filled and use your Heroic attack on 50 enemies.
The best place to farm this is Episode/Chapter 4, right at the start you have to protect 3 power cores. Not just a side kick

Complete all of Bucky's Heroic Feats.
Bucky has just one Heroic Feat that needs to be completed:

Defeat 50 enemies with Bucky’s Heroic Attack

Easy, just get the meter filled and use your Heroic attack on 50 enemies.
The best place to farm this is Episode/Chapter 4, right at the start you have to protect 3 power cores. There are massive amounts of enemies spawning there so you'll have plenty of time to do around 30-40 Heroic Attack kills. They all group up around the power cores which makes them really easy to hit too.

Mad Titan

Completed all of Thanos' Heroic Feats.
Thanos only has one Heroic Feat which is survive ten waves of the Throwdown. Seeing that there are 20 waves to complete, if you are looking to complete all trophies, this is virtually unmissable.
Last Titan Standing

Survived the Trials of Thanos.
As stated above, there are 20 trials to pass to achieve this trophy. They vary between random enemies and Boss Waves where you fight 1 to 2 Heroes at a time. They are all fairly easy. After each wave, you receive a small health pack to replenish any lost health. To make it a little easier, there is a checkpoint after every 5 waves in the event you get KO'ed. Be wary of the fact that at times, parts of the floor disappear. If you fall, it takes a portion of your health.

The only enemy that poses a major threat is the final boss, Annihilus. He is unblockable and the arena gets smaller and smaller. The best method to beat him is to spam your jump attack. Basically, jump, attack and then jump again to avoid his punches. Rinse and repeat and this trophy is yours. This method can also come in handy on some of the other fights as well.
Flawless Victory

Fought flawlessly through one wave of Trials of Thanos.
For this trophy, you are required to survive one wave without taking any damage. I found it is easier to complete this against the Heroes as you are only fighting 1 or 2 at a time. Use the jump attack and your block button wisely. When you fight certain Heroes, you knock them down with a 3 hit combo. Just keep running around them and doing that and you should get the trophy with ease.

4 trophies

Doom's Domination

Completed all of Dr. Doom's Heroic Feats.
This is pretty simple. Dr. Doom only has one feat to accomplish and that is getting 50 kills with his Heroic Feat. Unfortunately, there are very few enemies in the bonus level so I recommend playing the Survival challenges to accomplish this. 2 rounds max should net you the required kills. I also recommend playing Asteroid M Elevator or Construction site so the you can collect the Might of Doom trophy at the same time.
Stinky's Masterpiece

Completed all of Abomination's Heroic Feats.
This is pretty simple. Abomination only has one feat to accomplish and that is getting 50 kills with his Heroic Feat. Unfortunately, there are very few enemies in the bonus level so I recommend playing the Survival challenges to accomplish this. 2 rounds max should net you the required kills.
Fear the might of Doom!

Defeated 50 Doombots as Doctor Doom.
This is an easy one. Go to Survival Challenges and select either Asteroid M Elevator or Construction Site as all enemies are Doombots. Also recommend going for the Doom's Domination trophy at the same time to save yourself some time.
Best laid plans

Escaped from the Helicarrer.
Story related and can't be missed. To access Doom on the Loose! just continue your game and access the free play computer on the right side of the main lobby and it will be at the bottom of the list. It will take all of 20 minutes max to get through as there are very few enemies to fight and 3 sets of heroes to defeat. All in all it should pose no problem if you have any experience with the game.
