Welcome to Lost Sphear, created by the company Tokyo RPG Factory, also the creator of "I am Setsuna and published by Square Enix. The game involves you travelling the region of Gaiterra in search of the causes of the "Lost" phenomenon. You could call this game a "Nostalgic JRPG" As it's heavily based on the classic JRPGs with a top down view and text boxes for talking instead of in-game voices. If you have played "I Am Setsuna", then you should feel at home with this game. It shares a few features such as the Active Time Battle system and Skills called "Spiritnite"

The Platinum will be around 40-50 hours or so, which is fairly short for a JRPG. You can also speed up the game considerably as it features an option to skip all of the cutscenes by speeding it to x4 speed or even x16 speed so for somebody that wants the Platinum ASAP this is a God Send. There are no challenging or difficulty related trophies at all so you will be having no issues getting the Platinum, especially if you play on Easy.

Step 1: Play the Story and enjoy the Game

Since there are no difficulty related trophies in this game, use whatever difficulty you see fit. For the easiest time though, put it on Easy but you can also change it later on via the Config Menu if you so wish. On this step you will just be playing through the story from the start, you don't really have to worry about any of the misc trophies as most of them will come just from playing the game normally.

Trophies earned in this step:

Ruler of the Sea
Ruler of the Continent
Ruler of the Air
Restoring Time
Restoring the Sea
Restoring the Kingdom
Return of Hope
Primeval World
Journey's End
Ambition's End
The End of Tales

Step 2: Character Side Quests

Next up, you will want to focus on getting each Character's Side Quests completed, there is one for each character and you will get a Spiritnite (and the trophies) for unlocking their final skill. Each quest takes around 25 minutes to complete. You can start these side quests once you are in the final chapter of the game.

Trophies earned in this step:

Awakened Destiny
Royal Pride
Heavenly Light
Wisdom Beyond Time
War Maiden's Prayer
Pride of the Guardian
Telepathic Bonds
Unquestioned Loyalty

Step 3: Money Related Trophies, plus Beholder of All & Chowhound

For this step, you will want to start focusing on the Tycoon Trophy to get a total of 1,000,000G earned, see the trophy details for more information and one of the best locations on this. First thing you want to do is put the game difficulty to easy, as you will get more money from enemies. You want to make sure you do this before going for the Insatiable Shopper and Chowhound so you can make sure you will have enough money for these trophies. You can also get the Beholder of All trophy by scanning 300 enemies with the Scan feature.

Trophies Earned in this step:

Tycoon
Beholder of All
Insatiable Shopper
Chowhound

Step 4: Clean up and Platinum

Once you have all the main and side quests completed, you can start cleaning up the trophies you may have missed along the way. The trophy that you most likely wouldn't have been able to get by now is Vulcosuit Master so see that for more details. Once you have all the other trophies, Tale of Memories and the Moon will pop.

50 trophies ( 39  29  )

  • All trophies earned.

    Congratulation on your Platinum!
  • In-battle move distance reached 1000D.

During any battle, you able to use a regular attack or Skill once a Character's ATB gauge is full. Once you have selected one of these, you are able to reposition you Character anywhere on the field. You will most likely get this while playing the Story normally.
You can keep track on this in the Records tab in the Moon Memory.
  • Money acquired reached 1,000,000G.

The best place you can farm for money is when you are in the final parts of the game. Head to the Royal Archives in the Royal Capital Marche Palace (on the left as you enter) When you enter the room, you need to equip your Vulcosuits with then activate the "Scan" Function by pressing and selecting "Scan". This is the Map of the area, the red dots show the rooms that have enemies, watch the video below the picture to see the best route to take.

Using this method, you can gain 400,000G in an hour. The Phantoms also drop "Ghost Attire" that you can sell for an extra 444G each.

    FAST MONEY MAKING VIDEO

Other ways you can make money are from the enemies "Platinum Bobb" and "Gold Bobb", because they drop Platinum ore and Gold Ore that sell for 4,000G and 2,000G apiece repsectively. Make sure you activate the "Platinum Bobb" Artifact to get a greater spawn rate.
  • Made 10 Momentum Kills.

You can use Momentum Mode when you have filled up your Momentum Bar in battle (Blue circle around your characters icon at the bottom) Once it has filled, you will get a Momentum Boost. When you use a basic attack, press when you see the blue aura around your Character and make sure you get the killing blow. Once you have killed 10 enemies with a Momentum Boost, the trophy will pop.
  • Made 30 consecutive hits.

This is easiest done later in the game when you have everyone's skills. You will want to go into a fight in the final area that has 5 or 6 enemies. When you have Locke in his Vulcosuit you will want to use how "Jackpot" Paradigm Shift and then use his skill "Spray Shot" Normally, this skill hits each enemy up to 15 times but using the Paradigm Shift, you can land a lot more hits. This may take a few tries as it's luck based. You can also get it by combining Skills from other characters by using various AOE skills. One of the best combos would be "Shining" Kanata Skill) "Glint" while using Divinity Paradigm (Lumina Skill) and "Spray Shot" (Locke's Skill).
  • Damaged 3 or more monsters with 1 attack.

This is simple enough. You need to hit 3 or more enemies with a single attack. This can be done by using a basic attack with either Locke, Van or Sherra. When you are able to move your characters for an attack, target the furthest enemy away with then line it up so it goes through two other enemies. This can also be done with AOE attacks like Shockwave, Spray Shot, Palm Beam and Flame.
  • Caused 500 or more damage with 1 attack.

    See Crushing Wave
  • Caused 1,000 or more damage with 1 attack.

You will most likely get this near the end of the game.
To make sure you hit the 1,000 damage you can do various things. For starters, this will most likely be done with Obaro and his magic spells. Make sure you have your Vulcosuits equipped and use one of his Paradigm Drive. The one you will want to use depends on what the enemy is weak to. Do a few tests first to find this out e.g if the enemy is weak to fire, you will want to use the Vulcan Paradigm Drive. If you're lucky, you will also get a critical hit, which will boost the damage considerably.
  • Made 15 weak-spot attacks.

Weak-spot attacks are when you attack an enemy with an elemental attack they are weak to e.g. the enemy called Windeen, is the Mistral Gorge is weak to fire so use a fire type attack on it for a "weak-spot attack" the damage indicator will show yellow when you do this. Do this 15 times and the trophy will pop.
  • Made 100 critical hits.

Each time you attack an enemy, there is a chance you will land a Critical Hit. You will know this as it will say in the top right of the screen during a battle. This trophy will come naturally as you play the game. Once you have done this 100 times, the trophy will pop.
  • Made 10 evasions.

Each time you are attacked, there is a chance that you can evade the enemies attack. This is normally done automatically and when it happens, you will get a notice in the top right of the screen. This will most likely be done by laying the game naturally. The trophy will pop once you have done 10 of these.
  • Caused 10 sublimations.

    See Master of Spiritnite
  • Sublimated spritnite to max level.

The maximum level you can Sublimate a Spiritnite to is level 10.

The way that you cause a Sublimation is by first getting yourself a "Momentuum Spiritnite" from any Magic Consortium. You will want to grab any three for now. Once you have them, go into the Equipment tab in the Main Menu and select "Spiritnite" You will have a bar on the left for your skills and you can link Momentum to it on the right. Select any Momentum to link to the skill and then start going into battles.

Before you start a battle, make sure you get a pre-emptive strike on the enemy, you can do this by approaching one from the rear or by having the "Foresight" Artifact activated. NOTE: Foresight only works when you are in an area in the normal world map. A pre-emptive strike will start the fight with 1 momentum bar and a full ATB gauge. Once you are in a battle, you will want to use the skills you have the momentum equipped to and press when you have the blue aura around your Character.

Each time you do this, there is a chance you will "Sublimate" your skill, the stronger the enemy, the better chance it has. The maximum level you can Sublimate each momentum is four times. NOTE: Don't mix this up with Skill level, thus you should leave the Momentum on until it reaches this level. Once you've done that, you will have to swap with another momentum and again get that to level 4. This will put your skill to level 8. Finally, attach one more Momentum to the skill and get this one to level 2. That will put your skill to level 10 and you will get the trophy.
  • Activated Momentum Mode 10 times.

When you are in a battle, you will notice a blue circle around your characters ATB gauge at the bottom, when this fills up (through attacking, being attacked and waiting for your ATB gauge to fill up) You will be able to use Momentum, when you are doing a basic attack, press when you see the Blue Aura around you Character to use a Momentum. To this 10 times and the trophy will pop.
  • Activated Momentum Mode 4 times in 1 battle.

This will most likely come during a boss fight. Your Momentum bar will fill up when you are waiting for your ATB gauge to fill up, when you attack an enemy and when you are attacked yourself. Press while using a basic attack to activate Momentum. Do this 4 times in a single fight for the trophy to pop.
  • Collected from Glow Spots 100 times.

Glow spots are the small shiny spots that you see dotted about everywhere, they come in three different colours, Gold (Basic items) Green (Memories) and Purple (Arifacts) Once you have collected 100 of these, the trophy will pop.
  • Went fishing 30 times.

In various areas, you will come across some fishing spots. These are shown as small sign posts with a Fish on them:

You can start fishing by pressing at the signpost. Once you have thrown the line into the Water, you simply have to wait until something bites and then press the button again to reel it in. The earliest point you can get this trophy is in Hush Grove near the start of the game. Do this 30 times for the trophy to pop.
  • Created spritnite 50 times.

You can create Spiritnite in any Magic Consortium. You can pick anything out of the Spiritnite, Counter and Momentum section. Creating Spiritnite requires Memories that you obtain in the world map and by defeating Monsters. If you do not have the required Memories, then you can go into "Moon Memory" Then go to the "Monsters" tab. Go through each Monster until you find the one that drops the memories you need.
The trophy will pop once you have created your 50th Spiritnite.
  • Ate 100 different foods.

NOTE: The description is incorrect for the this trophy as you do not need to eat 100 different foods, just eat 100 times.

Before you start this trophy, make sure you have the Diversify Artifact setup near Elgarthe and the Rich Menu Artifact. Diversify, which can found found undera rock in the Luner Kilnm, allows you to buy Food ingredients for any tool shop in the local area. Rich Menu, which can be found on the South Eastern Island, allows you to but every food item from the innkeepers.

Once you have these, head to the Tool shop in Elgarthe. You will want to buy the following ingredients:

    x100 Plump Bird
    x100 Plump Bird Egg
x100 Wild Peppercorn (Adjust to how many food items you need to consume)

This will cost you a total of 30,000G.

Next up, head over to the innkeeper and you will want to buy x100 Fowl Fry, this will cost you a maximum of 38,000G (Adjust for how many you need to reach 100). Finally, head into the Main Menu and go into the items tabs and select the Fowl Fry, now just press until the trophy pops.
  • Money spent reached 500,000G.

This is simple enough, just spend 500,000 in the shops as anything you buy will contribute to the 500,000. You can check your progress in the Moon Memory.
  • Total shop sales reached 100,000G.

Total sales is the money that you get from selling items to shops. You can sell just about anything in the game. The best items to sell for money are Gold and Platinum Ores and Coins, the coins sell for 10,000 apiece and ore for 4,000.
Make sure you activate the Artifact "Platinum Bobb" as this will increase the spawn rate for Platinum Bobbs around the world. These have a guaranteed drop of Platinum Ore, just make sure to get a pre-emptive strike on them, otherwise they will run away. You can check your progress in the Monn Memory.

  • Defeated Krom.

    Story related, cannot be missed.
This can be a fairly difficult fight, because all of Krom's attacks are AOE so can damage the entire party and hit them hard. Make sure you go into the fight Wearing your Vulcosuits and have Locke in your party with the "Potentiate" skill so you can make all of your healing items AOE. Make sure you start the fight by using Kanata's skill "Calamity" so lower the amount of damage he deals. When he flies up into the air, you will want to focus on healing your party up as you cannot hit him. When he lands, he will hit every party member twice and do some considerable damage so keep your health up. Trophy will pop once you have defeated him.

    KROM BOSS FIGHT
  • Defeated Eclipse.

    Story related, cannot be missed.
This is a fairly easy fight. Eclipse has a pretty low HP pool so you can take it down fairly quicky. Start the fight with Kanata's skil "Calamity" to lower the amount og damage he deals. Make sure you do not use your Vulcosuits and make sure you have Locke in your party. You will need them for the next fight.

    ECLIPSE BOSS FIGHT
  • Defeated Dark Ruin.

    Story related, cannot be missed.
This is where things start to get difficult, expected for the final boss of the game. This fight can get pretty annoying. He has various attacks from one that resets every character's ATB gauge, to attacks that can cause various debuffs. Start the fight with Kanata's skill "Calamity" to lower it's physical and magic damage. Make sure you use Locke's skill "Potentiate" to heal everyone when their HP gets low. At some point in the fight, it will put up a Barrier that makes it Immune to all damage, apart from a single character (For example, Escutcheon (Weak vs Demon, would make it so only Dianto can damage it) so keep an eye out for this. You can press the button to check, if that Character is not on the field, then you can press to swap them in for another character. When its HP starts getting low, it will start spamming "Moon's End". This attack hits every party member and can inflict "Instant Death", thus you will want to go all out attack while healing to kill it ASAP. The trophy will pop once you have defeated Dark Ruin.

  • Ate Clam Soup.

Clam Soup is one of the many Food items in the game.
To obtain the Clam Soup, speak to Ghover in the Elgarthe Inn and he will ask for "Goldhead Carrot" to make a Gaia Salad. The Carrots are obtainable from the Glow Spots in the Local area on the world map. Once you have one, return to Ghover. Once you have done that, he will ask for some "Mor Bark" for the Clam Soup, you can obtain this by killing the Mory enemies (little green birds) in Hush Grove, Anchient Ruins Merhl, Mistral Gorge and Moon Ridge. Once you have one, return to Ghover, select "Seek Ingredients" then select "Mor Bark" He will then make you the Clam Soup. The Trophy will pop once you consume the item from the main menu.
  • Ate Moon Tripe.

Moon Tripe is one of the many Food items in the game.
At the Salny Refuge Inn, talk to Mann and select the "Seek Ingredients" option, and he will ask for "Moon Cow" This is found in Glow Spots in the surrounding area on the World Map. If you cannot find any, go back into Salny Refuge for a couple of minutes and the Glow Spots will respawn. Once you have found it, go back to Jann and he will create the Moon Tripe for you once you have selected it in the "Seek Ingredients". Consume the item from the Main Menu and the trophy will pop.
  • Ate Fruit Jelly.

Fruit Jelly is one of the many Food items in the game.
The Fruit Jelly can be obtained from the Inn inside Fade Town (Fade Realm) It requires three ingredients:
    - Black Banana
    - Love Berry
    - Dawn Apple
All three of these ingredients can be found at the Glow Spots around the Fade Realm. If you get all of them and don't get what you want. Go back into the Town for a couple of minutes and the Glow Spots will respawn. Once you have all the ingredients, go back to inn and speak to Dadora(?) and select "Buy" Select the Fruit Jelly. After you have bought it, you can consume it from the main menu. Do this, then the trophy will pop.
  • Used Last Elixir.

Last Elixers are the Megalixer of the Lost Sphear World, very rare and very useful.
You can collect one from Dhaka Venu from a Chest and also from a chest on the Moon. You can also purchase these from the Tool Merchant from inside the Royal Capital Marche Palace in the final chapter for 24,000G. The trophy will pop once you have consumed it from the main menu.
  • Turned into rooster.

Rooster is a debuff in the game that turns you into a Rooster.
The earliest point in the game you can gt this is against the "Nightmare Reality" Boss in the Fade Realm. You can also be turned into a Rooster against the the Tungs enemy when you are on the Moon. The trophy will pop as soon as the debuff lands.
  • Made 10 Machine Kills.

Machine kills happen when you kill an enemy while you are in a Vulcosuit. The earliest time you can get this is when you get your Vulcosuits from the Mech Graveyard. You can equip the Vulcosuits at any time when you are on the world map or in a dungeon or in battle. Press to equip your Vulcosuits, then kill 10 enemies and the trophy will pop.
  • Used all paradigm drives.

There are 74 Paradigm Drives that you will need to activate for this trophy. First, you will want to make sure you have all of the Spiritnite Columns activated. See Knower of the World for the locations. Now you need to make sure you have every Skill for each Character from any Magic Consortium apart from Kanata, you will need them all to activate them.

The easiest and least confusing way to do this is to do just one character at a time. Start off with Kanata as all of his Paradigm Shifts require other party members to pull off. When you have done this, go to an early area of the game. I recommend Mistral Gorge. Go to the main menu, then "Edit Party" and take everyone out of the party apart from one, you will want to go one by one for each Paradigm shift. Go into any battle wearing your Vulcosuit and use a Paradigm Shift, once you've done that, you will want to escape from the battle by holding and running to the edge of the screen. Once you have escaped from the battle, go straight back into the fight and use the next one. If you kill the whole group on enemies, move to the next group.

  • Defeated 300 monsters with Scan.

You will most likely get this trophy whilst grinding out the cash needed for Tycoon.
You will unlock the Scan Function when you have completed after the scenes where you have entered Kanata's Memories.
Before you can use the Scan Function, you will have to build the Bestiary Artifact on the World Map.

When you have got all of this done, equip your Vulcosuits when you are going through any dungeon. To activate it, press then select Scan. With this activated, every enemy is given a coloured icon above them, only the enemies that have the Blue icon can be defeated with Scan. Just walk up to the enemy and they will automatically be killed. Once you have done this 300 times, the trophy will pop.
  • Created 10 artifacts.

On the World Map, you will find some isolated "Lost" Spots. Use memories on these parts to uncover large parts of the map and provide helpful benefits to battles and travelling the world map. You unlock this ability when you start heading towards Sacred Rahet. The trophy will pop when you have created your 10th Artifact.
