    After destroying all of the portraits and going up the stairs via the wheelchair lift, enter the glowing baby room. After the short cutscene plays, pick up June’s sketchbook on the desk and flip through the pages until you reach the sketch of Carl as a hero. You will be prompted to accept the truth via

    ... in case some of you (such as myself) are worried on why the trophy hasn't popped after "accepting the truth", it pops during the credits... I see what the devs did here when they titled the trophy "WAIT FOR IT" XD
