Introduction:

La Voz Vol 3 is the third installment of the Spanish version of the hit TV Show, The Voice. For the purposes of this guide and ensuring you get your platinum as fast as possible we'll be utilizing the fan trick. What is the fan trick? Basically you need an apparatus (like a fan or blow dryer) that makes enough noise to trick the game into thinking you're singing. When you place your mic up to the fan (or whatever you decide to use) you will always hit the high score when playing on normal.

Step 1: Achieve a High-Score in all 30 Songs

Using the fan trick you'll need to complete all 30 songs available in the game to achieve 4x4 Voice. Along the way you'll also achieve all of the other high score trophies. Under Absolute Voice there is additional information but essentially, start a song on off the Single area of the main menu and put your microphone up to a fan.

The following should unlock in this step:

4x4 Voice
The Voice
Bronze Voice
Silver Voice
Golden Voice
Absolute Voice

Step 2: The Show

This next step involves Career mode and will take you through the whole season of The Voice but first we're going to quit out after starting up the first song in Round 1 to achieve Quitter.

Restart career after quitting. The first round will be simply impressing the judges and getting all four of them to turn around. This is easily achievable with, the fan trick!

Afterwards you're simply going through each round. Before the next round of the show will start you're given three options: Warm Up, Practice Chorus, Practice Song. In order to proceed to the next part of the show you must complete the Practice Song and then repeat the practiced song on the show.

At some point in your career playthrough do a warmup for the Warm Up trophy. See more details under that description.

The rest is story related and simply needs to play out. Using the fan you're presented with zero issues here.

The following should unlock in this step:

Quitter
Got what it takes
They want you!
Battle
Show down
Finalist
Warm up
Veni vidi...

Step 3: Play One Tournament

For this step you just need to start up and finish one tournament. The following should unlock in this step:

Tourney!
La Voz

16 trophies ( 10  1  )

  • You unlocked all trophies in La Voz Vol. 3.

Unlock all of the other trophies to pop the Platinum!

  • You played a Tournament.

At the main menu choose “Multiplayer” and then “Tournament.” Choose to play a 3 player tournament (the smallest available choice) and simply let the songs play out. You don’t even need to to sing you just simply need to finish the three songs.

You do need to make sure that both of your mics are connected to your PS3 otherwise the mode won't start.

  • You achieved a High-Score in every song.

In order to obtain a high score you need to hit 3000 minimum on each song. Unlike La Voz Vol 2 you actually need to play all 30 of the available songs to get this trophy. In Vol 2 it is glitched in a good way in that you only need to play 1 song and get a high score.

Make sure that you go to Solo/Single from the Main Menu, play on normal (NOT on expert) and then choose each song from there. Do not do a playlist or attempt the high score from any other mode as they won’t work. If you lose track of which you have left you can go to “Chart” under Single/Solo on the Main Menu and each song will show its highest score.

  • You achieved your first High-Score.

    See Absolute Voice

  • You achieved a High-Score of at least 6000.

    See Absolute Voice

  • You achieved a High-Score of at least 7000.

    See Absolute Voice

  • You achieved a High-Score of at least 8000.

  • You achieved a High-Score of at least 9000.

To hit 9,000 easily use the fan method described in the roadmap. If your fan is struggling to get this done others have used a blow dryer or a vacuum. I found that using a regular house box fan on the high setting would give me a 9999 score on nearly every song.

  • You quit during a live show.

Start up Career Mode. When you sing your first song in front of the judges simply press and to quit.

  • You reached the second round of the show.

Story-related, cannot be missed. Using the fan method, simply make it to round 2. You’ll have to practice each song first and then you’ll be allowed to go into the next part of the show. Don’t bother practicing the chorus as it won’t unlock the next show and is a waste of time.

  • All 4 coaches turned round.

Using the fan method, all four coaches should turn around on your first round singing. There's no way to gauge what makes them all turn around but testing with a fan they all turned each time.

  • You reached the third round of the show.

Story-related, cannot be missed. Using the fan method simply make it to round 3.

  • You reached the last round of the show.

Story-related, cannot be missed. Using the fan method simply make it to the final round.

  • You completed every round of the show.

Story-related, cannot be missed. You’ll receive this once you’re finished with career mode.

  • You are La Voz

Story-related, cannot be missed. You’ll receive this once you’re finished with career mode.

Secret trophies

  • You warmed up your voice.

During your Career playthrough between each show you’ll be able to “warm up your voice.” The fan method will not work for this trophy but simply doing even a poor job at singing the notes yourself will get it done for you.
